This place had great reviews and I was here once before and was happy with my results, but this time they just did a crappy job. I came to do Gel in my fingernails. The work was fast and not detailed. My friend next to me got a hand massage and they put lotion on her, and I did not until I had to ask for it (and we got the same treatment at the same time, one next to the other). The lady oh did my nails this time was unkind and kept being upset with me that I don't put my hands on the machine the right way and that's why the Gel doesn't dry out... I'm doing Gel for years now, and not even once had a problem of not putting my hands correctly... (Did you think maybe your machine it's malfunctioning??!? Doesn't it make more sense?). My boyfriend wanted to shop at Harbor Freight so I decided to pamper myself a bit. I opted for the basic pedicure due to lack of time. One complaint.. lotion massage lasted just a few minutes for both legs, where as I’m used to a thorough leg massage of both legs averaging at least 5 mins per leg. The pressure applied to my legs was also pretty weak unfortunately. Monica was very nice and I did tip her well for the service along with my eye brow waxing. I love Classic Nails! I moved to Atlanta 3 years ago and couldn't find a salon that I liked. My aunt brought me here about 2 years ago and I've been coming ever since. They really try to help all their customers and get them in and out at a decent time. If they are really busy they will advise you to come at a different time before servicing you. This was my first time here and I had a great experience. I was definitely impressed. Very satisfied with the customer service, it's peaceful and quiet. I am satisfied with the quality of work done. I did the pink and white solar nails and pedicure. The bottom of my feet are so soft and smooth now and I went in there with rough cracked heels! Definitely would recommend! Read Less
