I have been going here since they opened - very convenient to where I live and shop. Pedicures are always good. About 6 months ago I started getting my nails done - acrylic and gel polish. I am their dream customer. I am in there every two weeks for nails and once a month for toes and brows. I've spent HUNDREDS with them - have filled and redeemed two "loyalty" cards. And lately the service has been bossy and entitled. There are a couple of really nice ladies that work there - really like Cathy. But two examples have me not wanting to go back - 1) on day they were too busy to take a walk in (I understand that) and they were just flat out rude about it, not accommodating at all; and 2) hours of operation say until 8pm Mon-Sat...walked in at 7:10 on a Sat and they just said we're closed (the bossy Manager lady)...no regard for the HUNDREDS of dollars I have spent with them (they know me) and didn't even bother asking what I wanted - was just going in for a brow wax...10 minutes and I'd have been gone. I don't write a lot of reviews but I wanted to let Dubwoody know about this great nail shop. I had tried different nail salons around Dunwoody for over a year trying to find a replacement for the nail salon I used for 20 years. It sold and had moved further away from me so after my nail lady retired I wanted to find a salon back closer to home. I finally found my new nail salon! I have been coming here since they opened, I think that was over 6 months ago. The owner, Robert, is great and really takes care of their clients with attention to detail. But I must admit this is the first nail salon I have been in that was owned and run by a white male! He is a really nice guy that runs a great shop along with his wife. The ladies do wonderful work on my nails, toes and neck (if I treat myself to the $10 neck massage or get the upgraded pedicure that includes the neck massage!). They have discount punch cards plus give teenagers a discount, which I think is smart. I recommend trying them for several visits and see what you think. Read Less

This has been my new go-to in Dunwoody. Look no further for a clean, professional and relaxing environment. The staff is always eager to please and every single manicure- gel or regular- has been great. If ever there is a chip, no problem. Pop in and the staff is happy to fix. They also are happy to order gel colors and brands for you if you had a favorite from a prior salon. I've never had an issue tipping on my debit card, as a previous reviewer commented. I am always greeted by name and asked every single time how did I like my service. My daughter loves coming, too! Highly recommend. Read Less

I really wanted to like this nail salon as it's close to everywhere I need to be before carpool, etc. I've had to go back to get gel manicure redone ( they have a week policy which is great and awful because I e never had a mani last longer that that from there ... and I've gone numerous times . They are pleasant but the male boss/ owner  looking over at all the girls work   Is a bit unsettling . My last manicure was on the 16th. It was not clear that they only take cash for tips.  So I offered to run next door and get cash.  One girl was saying "no, don't worry about it.  You can do it next time you come in".  Mean while the manager/owner was saying "you go get cash and come back and tip her!"  I felt completely confused because two women were saying two different things at the same time.  Also while i Was getting my manicure the manager kept coming over saying "you want eyebrows too?" "you want a pedicure?" There is nothing worse than the feeling of being hassled.  The girl who did my nails was great though.  Very sweet and did a great job.  But the manager was very unprofessional.  Needless to say I will NOT be going back. It was my first time at this place and I was really excited. I felt kinda uncomfortable when I walked in and felt like this the whole time. Don't know why, maybe because I don't like when people talking in a language you don't understand in front of you, but okay! I really enjoyed my pedicure, even though the woman who did it was really bossy! I love my gel nails and I'm happy how my hands and feet look like, but I guess it can be a better way to do that! I debated on writing a review, but I'm caving because I got one of the worst manicures I have ever gotten here. I now have 4 broken or split nails and I got a gel manicure about a week ago from City Nails bar. I went here as a suggestion from a friend, walking in the salon is really nice and clean, however some of the workers were wearing sweatpants and looked very disheveled. I get it you want to be comfortable. But don't look like you rolled out of bed. My gel manicure and pedicure were going great until the manicurist asked me about the length of my nails. I said a little shorter so just file. She filed my nails so short it looked like I bite my nails. Then as she was doing the gel she asked if I would like another coat I liked the color so I said no. I honestly wanted to get out of there. As she was finishing, she sassed me about not getting an extra coat saying my nails are thin and I should have done another coat. It took everything in me not to be rude right back. Here is my main opinions: don't go here there are way better places in Dunwoody with nicer people, it is WAY over priced, and don't be rude to your customers. They are paying for a service. I was recommended this shop by my boyfriends friend, great customer service. Phenomenal atmosphere, still undergoing renovations for how new the shop is but still great place to go. I would recommend VJ, she took very great care of me absolute best customer service from most nail places. Eye brow service very good pricing. They attempted to charge me extra just for bringing my own polish. The nail tech was offended when I asked her a question about why she was testing a polish on my nails. It was unnecessary attitude and the up charge for bringing my own polish was a perfect sign to leave. It's sad because the guy working the front desk was curteous but it's a deal breaker for me when the person performing the service is grumpy. If I ever did go back then I know who I do not want to do my nails. Read Less

I stumbled upon this salon totally by accident and was very pleasantly surprised. It is brand new and uncrowded. The facility is beautiful, and you can tell that no expense has been spared. They use covers for their spa pedicures, which means they are hygienic. I noticed the attention to detail that the nail technicians gave to the services and also to making sure the tools were correctly used and clean. I also had my eyebrows done, as well. The owner was on-site and available. This is a great addition to Dunwoody and should be supported! I will definitely be heading back there! Read Less
