I've been going to Allure Nail Bar for a good year now. The service is consistently exceptional and the staff always makes me feel welcome. If I ever need a quick pick me up I just pop in to get my nails/brows done and leave feeling fabulous. Seriously nice and relaxing place for a mani pedi. Large open salon, lots of polish colors in regular, gel and powder. Everyone is very pleasant and my leg massage had the right amount of pressure to relax those tired muscles. Located next to Sprouts grocery store with a generous amount of parking. I really wanted to like it here, but it is questionable whether they properly sanitize equipment between each patron. My nail tech actually trimmed and filed her nails before doing mine..with my tools. The most "sanitizing" I saw was a very superficial wipe down of the tools with acetone and a towel (the one my hands were resting on.) Additionally, the nail file used looked very well-worn, and should probably have been disposed several patrons ago.Additionally, the nail polish color I had chosen for my basic manicure appeared to be running either very low or very dry, thus requiring the tech to add drops to it (out of my sight) to help thin and make the color useable. I think at this point I should have simply chosen another color, but I didn't, which was my mistake - I had problems with the color chipping as soon as I left the salon. When I turned around and asked for it to be fixed, the nail technician was EXCELLENT in her efforts to do so - but an hour and a half later, I'm typing this with a chipped up thumb... oh well. That was my fault.  The staff were wonderful, extremely accommodating, and paid great attention to detail. I'm just a little sad that I spent an hour and a half at this place for results that I am not satisfied with. Edit: The owner of this business reached out to me promptly after I had published my review, to inform me of their sanitizing process and that they do, in fact, care very much about sterility and allow for their equipment to soak in the back for an adequate amount of time. I went in with one of my daughters and spent 100. The man was rude and didn't follow directions. They charge extra for coffin shaped nails? No other salon in the area does this. Then my nails were all different sizes and looked horrible. They told me come back the next day. I even tried to give them another chance bringing my husband and other daughter. When we arrived they tried to make me sit with the same man. I asked for someone else. After he was done I tipped the new tech. and they tried to charge me for "a color change" You have to be kidding! How about I charge my hourly rate since I was inconvenienced and had to come back ?? HORRIBLE customer service. I will not be back so that is 200.00 every two weeks you lost. You do the math. Read Less

The worst pedicure I have ever received! My mother gave me a gift certificate to use as it is new to the area. The person who did my pedicure was ready to go home. I arrived at 5pm on Sunday...they are open till 6! I got a very rushed deluxe pedicure ($37) that took all of 20 minutes and not relaxing :( Read Less

This is my second time going to them. The first time my nails turned out great and lasted almost a month. Recently I had just gone to them maybe a week ago to get my nails done for homecoming. While I was getting my nails done I noticed that the nail kept falling off my fingers and the person had to keep gluing it back on repeatedly . After I spent $43 I came back a couple days later because The nail polish started to come off. So after they fixed the nail polish for free, like maybe four days later 2 nails have broken off. I have only had these for about a week and they’re breaking. I am so disappointed for the way my nails turned out. Most likely I’m going to find a different nail shop to go. Read Less

Staff seems to change alot. 8/16 Very friendly staff, complimentary drinks, "Nina" did my mani/pedi and it was fabulous, she took her time and didn't make me feel rushed. Having been staying in the hospital caring for my dad my nails had grown out and I was past due for a fill and a pedicure. The gel was on my cuticles on multiple nails. It was lumpy. And within two days it was turning from a pretty pink to a brown. It has now peeled off on 5 nails. Within less than a week. Uneven, gel peeling off, not all the same shape? Not acceptable. I just wanted to have my nails look nice and feel girly and beautiful again after sleeping in a hospital chair for two weeks. I will post photos. Read Less

I went to Allure yesterday the salon looked really nice. Relaxing atmosphere. I have a problem though. Today is only my second day with my gel nails and so far I have one nail that totally came off and another where the gel polish has chipped. I have never had this problem occur with gel nails. Also the guy who serviced me started off really nice and ended rudely. The lady next to me was getting SNS nails so I was watching her service. They intrigued me. The guy doing my nails asked if I wanted SNS, I told him no. I did not want to pay that much at the moment. From then on his whole demeanor changed. He told me at some point that I did not know what I wanted. I do plan on contacting them about my gel nail issue. Update, after posting this I went back to Allure Nails and they fixed my nails at no charge. I also had the women who fixed them add another layer of gel. Hopefully the extra layer will keep the other nails from having any cracks, chips or nail breakage. I told her if I returned I would request her. 4 stars just for offering me red wine ;). That was a huge bonus of course, but they gave me a really great pedicure and spent plenty of time. The ambiance, cleanliness, attention to detail, professionalism...and offering of wine is above and beyond most places. Their pricing is on par with most places. It was my first visit to this nail salon today and it was amazing !  Joann did my nails and she was extremely friendly and knew exactly what I had in my mind . My nails turned out so beautiful and trendy . I was hesitant  because I never try new places but she did the perfect coffin shape with ombré polish . I had  a pedicure done by  Jennifer who  was amazing . I have  issues that usually are painful when I get a pedicure but when Jennifer did my pedicure I didn't feel any pain .  Beautiful establishment and amazing service . First off, beautiful salon! Very classy upscale place. Nothing like your traditional nail salon. But with an upscale feel comes a higher price tag. I spent $45 not including tip on a full set and eyebrow wax. The woman who did my nails was amazing. You can tell she took her time to make sure everything was perfect! I didn't take enough time to make sure my nails were completely dry and they fixed it without hesitation. Great music, amazing staff, wonderful atmosphere. Worth every penny! What a beautiful place with such amazing staff. We have been looking for a new great place since the owner of our last salon sold he place. We have been going there for about 6 years and the bar was set VERY high. After we tried 5-6 other local places we were so glad to find this new salon. I paid doe the top of the line 60 minite pedicure. The woman, Joy,who did it was terrible! She did not trim my cuticles, only pretended to and I had to say something. She then said oh I do it twice, now and later, what???? Then she massaged my legs and feet for a maximum of 5-7 minutes, and the massage was like she was just tiuching you, no pressure. At 40 minite sage was done and ready to paint. She asked if I enjoyed it and I told her, "no" and explainednext. She then rubbed my feet for 5 minutes. I told her to not to bother painting them. I learned my lesson. When I told the manager I expected him to give me a discount. I even told him he could see she never touch my cuticles. Nope he charged the full amount.
