Absolute WORST nail experience I've ever had and still suffering from my visit 2 months ago. The lady who did my acrylics used the drill so heavily on my actual nail that now all my nails are breaking in the middle (where it was the bottom two months ago) she wore them down so thin that there's hardly any of my actual nail left and what is left is tearing from the middle of my nails and falling off. It is extremely painful and I have to wear bandaids constantly on each of my fingers to either prevent my entire nail from falling off or the exposed nailbed getting infected after already tearing off. DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE I KNOW ITS CHEAP BUT IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Their faulty practices will either seriously damage your nails long term or give you an infection. I tried this place for the 1st time yesterday. I wanted to get my old set removed and get a fresh new set of gel nails. The lady who did my nails was very attentive. She listened to what I wanted and asked questions to be sure I was happy. She also executed a beautiful natural ombre finish on my nails, which is harder than it looks. I will definitely be returning and would recommend. Prices are on par with industry averages. Read Less

They did a jacked up job on my nails an a basic job on my toes. The nail techs are rude they constantly badger you to upgrade your services. I literally had to KEEP Telling her regular polish for my toes she was irritating. Terrible customer service. I paid 45 for my gel slanted coffin nails an 40 for my pedicure but what happened to the 17.99 pedi special hell it does not matter my mom an I will not be back. So now I will have to spend more money on the desired nails I want. Management please teach your employees that aggressive selling tactics will not encourage a consumer to upgrade it will run away customers . Read Less

They had a big thing of wax spilled by the electric outlets, the cords were stuck in it, everywhere just looks dirty. Place needs a deep clean. When I walked in, one of the employees was getting a pedicure while everyone was waiting. I've never seen that before. Read Less

Horrible nail salon!! They treat their customers horribly. The person who serviced me cut too deep in my cuticle twice. While I was being serviced, they told 2 walk ins they were too busy and walked away..and it was only 3 people being serviced . They are extremely unsanitary. There were nail clippings in the spa chairs and on the tables connected to the chair. Save yourself a headache and find another nail salon!! Read Less

I had the absolute worst nail experience here today. I am furious. First of all, they did not use any base nor top coat. Woman refused to add an extra 10 min foot massage. (I'm paying extra? She said she wasn't strong enough and never offered to find someone else. Never had this happen to refuse to add an extra service ). She shoved my flip flop back on and messed up so had to redo. I don't care what any other reviews say do not come here.. I have been to some crappy nail paces, but never this horrible. My whole pedicure took 10 minutes ON A TUESDAY. I was one of 3 people (including my fiancé) so it was not like there was a big crowd of people. I didn't tip her and she even said "I'm sorry" I still have dead skin all around my feet. I've visited this place a few times and will likely make it my default nail salon. In fact, the last time I walked at 8:45 to have them change a botched up polish job from the other nail salon in the mall (which is awful by the way), and they kindly accommodated. The establishment is bright and very clean, and the service is courteous. They have a reasonable selection of good quality polish, and the prices are very good. The technicians don't rush through the service, and technically they do a very good job.  Definitely the most consistent service I've received from a Douglasville nail salon.  Of course I've been to fancier, spa-like salons, but for what it is, they do a very good job. I recently moved and in search of a new nail salon close to home. I chose this location because it had a good review, the place was packed during a previous visit to the mall, and was in a good location for running other errands. This place is mediocre. Most of their polishes are sinfulcolors which you can by for $2 at Walgreens. They had a handful of china glaze which I choose a bright pink color from. The actual manicure was ok, but there was no foot/leg massage. I did opt for a scrub which was nice. Maybe this is the best place around here though and their customers don't know that for the same price you can get something better downtown. Read Less

This nail salon is located in Arbor Place Mall, right next to Bed Bath and Beyond and Select Comfort.  In a nutshell, they're great for nails.  The place doesn't smell like acrylic, they generally use OPI nail polish (not the cheap stuff like other places) and don't engage in questionable practices like using a razor on the back of your foot.  They also provide waxing services, but that's hit or miss.  The ladies do the waxing better than the men, but they aren't there all the time, so you're really getting the luck of the draw. At least the waxing is done in a back room...not out in front like other places I've visited. Read Less
