I hate to do this because I loved my nail tech and my nails looked pretty good. The sanitation in this place is well below par. I had a rash on both of my hands and thought it was an allergy but it turns out it is a fungus that I got from going here. It’s going away with a topical anti fungal ointment. Went in today and my regular tech was no longer working there. Had a horrible job done. I do nexgen and my nail edges are sharp and were cut too short and they aren't even. The tech they gave me never asked how I wanted them shaped. Kept staring at my chest the whole time too. Very disappointed as I've been going here for years and now this. Read Less

So i’ve been to this salon a couple of time in the past couple of years. When i first started going i got my eyebrows down and i loved them! I came here to get my nails done for prom last year and they were okay. I paid $45 dollars for them and they definitely weren’t worth it! my cuticle area looked so bad; the SNS wasn’t shaped correctly in that area and they made my nails look weird! I hate to say that because the nail shape was so good! I came here a couple of weeks ago to get my eyebrows done about 30 minutes before they closed and they rushed waxing them and left them looking like sperm brows! definitely won’t be coming here again, it feels like they’ve let their standards go down, i used to love this place ! I am from out of town. Came to get pedicure and fill in. They weren't friendly, no one said anything except the receptionist who only Informed me it would be a 35 minute wait. I wait and wait as I watch them take other people back to service. Right when I was about to leave, I finally get back to the pedicure chair. They offer me water and left me alone for 20 minutes. Not a "we will get to u in a few minutes" or "is the water still ok?" When I start putting my shoes on someone decides to tell me they are coming. I said listen you bring other people back and start on them. She informs me that they have appt and get done first. I'm like seriously? I been here an hour! I left, and I will never come back. They could ha e given me the option or info when I walked I'm the door so that I could make a decision if I want to be treated like a 2nd class citizen or not. Read Less

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. I went to another nail salon in Douglasville two weeks ago and the service was horrible. My nails were bulky, the pink gel polish was super thick. The original nail was suppose to be coffin shape (it doesn't look like a coffin to me)! Today after 2 weeks of botched nails I finally had time to get my nails done again. I came into Signature Nails and received the best service EVER! Tracey was so sweet and an amazing tech ! She is NAIL DOCTOR. I came in for a fill in, she completely transformed my nails. I will never go to another nail salon again!! Tracey gets 15 stars from me! I’ve been going to nail salon for years! I love it. Julie did AMAZING on my pedicure, and really got out the tension in my feet. Angel’s expertise made me feel comfortable with trying Nexgen Nails! Holly and Joe were EXCEPTIONAL managers as they ensured that everyone was comfortable and properly serviced. Ha did my moms nails and was really patient and considerate. Wow what a waste of my time! The lady told me 20 mins and I waited 40 while people who were behind me got seen. Another girl that was also getting a manicure that came 2 people after me got seen. Started coming here bc it was convenient and service was okay. However, the last two times I've been serviced weren't so great. I came to get a nude gel polish and they didn't even have one. Today, I noticed two huge roaches (although dead- not a comforting look). Not sure if I'll be returning. My first visit to signature nail salon in Douglasville Georgia was in 2016. My initial visit was pleasant, I was greeted with a smile, offered a drink, and had my nails done to my liking in a timely manner. I was thrilled because I thought that I had finally found a nail shop that offered quality service. Over time, the service declined and I felt that each time I would come regardless to whether I had an appointment or not, the nail tech would do a rush job on my nails. As a result, I stopped getting my nails done there. After about a year or so without visiting this nail salon, my daughter suggested that we go and give them another chance especially since we live so close by. Boy, was that a mistake. Yet again, the nail tech did a rush job on a simple fill-in. I voiced my concerns and let the owner know that I felt rushed and as a paying consumer, I didn't feel that it was right. The owner did try to accommodate my blotched nail job by completely removing the acrylic at no charge and even offered a gift certificate for $15. I declined the gift certificate because this has been an ongoing issue and I don't want to waste another minute of my time on an establishment that doesn't take the necessary time to do quality work from start to finish. Not to mention, they overbook and still accept walk-ins when they know they don't have the staff to accommodate; if you don't like your nails and ask them to fix them, they get upset and talk about you to other techs in their native language; and it seems that some customers are treated better than others. If you want your nails done right, save your hard earned money and time and do them yourself or establish a rapport with a nail tech at a reputable salon that truely loves what they do more than seeing how much money they can make in a day by doing rush jobs. I have been a client of Signature Nails for over 2 years. I absolutely love this place! Minh makes you feel like you are part of a community. The staff is very friendly and are attentive to your needs. I've watched them in action to fix any issues which is rare but they are about taking care of the customer. They are in high demand there and it can be challenging to walk in and expect quick service as I recommend calling ahead and setting an appointment. I LOVE this shop! Clean, lots of great staff, complementary drinks! The service is always great and my nails always look perfect. The nail techs listen to your wants and requests. Hannah and Tom are my favorite techs. I've have a few other techs work on my hand and feet and was still happy with the outcome. Business is booming so I do suggest making an appointment. I was visiting my dad a few weeks ago and I was bored, seeing as it was Douglasville and all, and took my little sister and myself here for a pedicure.  The staff was great - it was nice to see some Vietnamese culture - it made me feel like I was back home in SoCal.  Prices are a little steep but the staff does a great job!!!  The best place to go in Douglasville IMO.
