Terrible experience! Won’t be coming back. The nice lady tried to salvage my pedicure after the male technician walked away after making me CRY 😭.never has a pedicure stung before. This guy! When I walked in, I immediately wanted to walk out due to the lack of people in there on a Thursday. I asked for a simple service since no prices were posted. They asked for me to be seated at the end seat, where a male was watching tv on his phone. Took him 3 minutes to acknowledge me. When his episode went to commercial he looked up. He watched it in his headphones he whole time doing my nails. Laughing and snickering. Pausing so he could see what was going on. At the end, I was over charged. A nail takeoff fresh coat, $30?! I love it every time I go in this place. Staff is super friendly and cool. No matter who does the work, they are very nice and attentive. One young lady in there is so cool and upbeat. Being new to the area, So i gave them a try for the first time about five months ago and they were fine. About 2 months ago the staff completely changed. I went in and asked for the guy who would usually do my nails and was told he was no longer there. So, now there are only three workers in the shop. My nails were cracking after the 2nd or 3rd day and they would redo them. But, the last few times I arrived around 6:30 and was told they were busy and would have to come back another day...which was strange since they close at 8pm during the week. On last Wed morning which was May 17, 2017 I always go get my hair done then my nail. I always get the pink and white the guy that serves me suggest that I do the dip which was the white dipping powder.then to top it off it only last for about 3 days my nail look a mess my nail has never look like this and then he charge me 42.00 I ask him when did price go up I told him I had been come to this place for very long time. My sister Salon is next door now one thing about her Salon if you are not satisfied they will take care of you to make you happy. The owner has always done a great job on my nail she has never ever told me try something new this guy that serves me did want to take the time to take care of my needs I guess I will have to find me a New nail salon to go to things like this hurt your business I don't have money to losses like this. I'm not sure why the change occurred but there are new techs. Van is the tech I got this time and he is probably one of the rudest people I've ever met much less had do my nails. He was rude to customers there and on the phone. I asked for a pedicure and received wet and dried feet and polished toes. Worst pedicure I have ever been given. Manicure consisted of washed hands and SNS which looks like a child applied it. I was told the whole time how he normally doesn't do this but when they're busy he does everything... $78 later I am soooo disappointed and feel like I was just ripped off. Came in this establishment two weeks ago and got my nails done for my birthday my husband got me a $70 gift certificate to get my nails done and a pedicure the place is clean but there are no massage chairs that's just a big bench for you to sit on and if you are getting your nails done and toes done at the same time to text it's next to you and does your nails and gets the stuff all over you now I was getting expensive pedicure that a special running for $40 for the pedicure and I needed my nails taken off and totally redone when I got there I told her I wanted gel nails a brand new set of gel nails is supposed to be $30 now they get started and I pick out the mood changing color nothing you said to me they go on about their business but all the sudden the owner of the shop who is doing my toes  I'm trying to relax and he steady trying to sell me a pyramid scheme about some kind of homeopathic water that if I invest $5,000 then I will be my own boss and be able to sell this water and when I tell him no thank you I am not interested he kinda gets an attitude with me so I'm like whatever I brush it off at this time getting towards the end of my pedicure and he is scrubbing my legs with the scrub and it literally feels like my skin is going to come off after that they put the wax on my feet and legs and then he returns about three minutes later with the hot stones and starts rubbing my legs a little too hot but it's okay so finally we are getting ready to paint my nails and I want my toes to match my nails well they told me that in order for my toes to match my fingers it's going to cost me an extra $20 I was completely flabbergasted I know it gel polish but you can get an entire six piece set of the mood changing gel polish for no more than $100 fir a freaking 6 piece set. They are charging $20 a pop on toes that is highway robbery they are literally making a couple of hundred dollars off each polish bottle but I did it anyway because it was for my birthday and I wanted them to match now mind you I have a $70 gift card my pedicure is only supposed to be 40 with a ridiculous $20 toe polish charge plus a 5 removal of the old nails so that would make it 65 and the new set is supposed to only be 30 so that should be 90 total right well after that 70 gift card they still charged me an additional 45 with a 5 tip that's 115 for nails and toes but I was in a hurry at this moment in time I was ready to just get out of there so I paid it and left swearing I would never be back in there even though my nails do look good she left a big gap between the nail and my cuticle so I just got these nails two weeks ago I get out of the shower a couple of days later and that $20 toe polish that they charge me for was already off one of my toes so I go back up there and they fix it headed home I'm looking at one of their brochures realizing that they have charged me and extra $25 somewhere so I called an ask her why I was so expensive that I would literally should have paid $25 less than what I did and she starts to tell me that she put the pink and white gel on my fingers that was 45 and that's why I was charge $45 negative Ghost Rider you put the regular all white gel powder on my nails and then you painted them if you get pink and white nails 90% of the time you do not get them colored they just stay pink and white gel so after a brief argument I had to just leave before it became a bad situation because no matter what you say they are going to deny and or come up with excuses as to why they charged you more and all it will do is piss you off needless to say do not I repeat do not go in this establishment they will overcharge you for everything and then turn around and try to sell you a pyramid scheme while you're trying to relax and then get mad at you because you will not buy into it not a very relaxing place to go and get your nails done and to feel like you're being pampered. And I don't care what anyone says they should be ashamed of themselves charging people $20 for toe polish when you are already getting there highest price pedicure your toe polish no matter what color it is unless it is gel powder I do not believe you should be charged extra and especially 20 freaking dollars I will not be returning Read Less

Awful service! I walked in with my daughter and handicapped mother in law to get manicures. When we walked in we were not greeted. The only greeting was "what service you getting?". I told the gentleman three manicures. He says have a seat. So we sat down then he says about 10 min later go to the station and sit. I said ok I'll let my mother in law to first. He says "whoever". I'm still just taking it and not saying anything. So I took my mother in law to the station and my daughter and I went back to the waiting area. Then a young lady tells us to go sit at the next two stations.  We proceeded. Then the same rude gentleman says to me "I need you to move down". I then asked him not to be rude to me. He says "I'm not being rude I just need my station ". I told him he can ask me and don't demand me to do anything.  The ladies in here were great but this guy is awful.  I will never come back here again. Service was Awesome! This was my first time with them and they were very attentive to my needs. It is a very neat and clean facility providing high quality service at a reasonable price. I especially appreciate the owner trying to get customers to get the organic gel powder overlay versus the acrylic. He recommended the service for me to preserve and protect my natural nails. If I could I would give this place zero stars. I walk in to get my nails done at 7:15 and mind you they close at 8pm. I went to grab a color as they discussed in who would do my nails. They called a  tech to the front who told them she was about to leave and proceeded to walk out. They went to another tech in the back who said no before one of the guys at the front begrudgingly said I'll do it. No thank you sir! I said I don't want someone doing my nails who doesn't want to do it to which he said well yah could you come back? I almost cursed! I work hard for my money and I refuse to frequent a place who has no idea of customer service. If you can't accommodate clients then adjust your times! I would never return here!!! Terrible service and terrible job  they sat me at the table for 30 min while my nails soaked off while about 5 of them they played cards in the back of the room. Finally someone came to check on me. I decided to go with a gel polish. They switched people back and forth at least 3 times while they sit and talked under their breath to each other right in front of me. When the polish was applied he asked if liked the color. I said its not really what I expected and not really. His reply was "ok" as he kept right on polishing. They were rushing people out the door as the closing time neared. Oh, I almost forgot... I went in on a busy Sunday, and Cindy got me in right away! She did such a great job on my nails! I got a regular full set, coffin style. They were so thin, they looked like my real nails. I broke one the next day (I fell because I am clumsy) and she did a touch up on the polish on all of my nails and the repair for free! I also got a pedicure which was nice, but I wish they had the massage chairs. I liked that they had different scents of sugar scrub and lotion to choose from. Cindy told me the person who had given me a pedicure previously, had cut my nails in a way that caused me to have an ingrown toenail. She said she specialized in that and corrected it. Read Less

They are OK. I had a guy there do my nails and he was pretty good. However, the next time I went I had a woman do them and did not feel it was worth it at all. She rushed through it. That place is unprofessional and the owner was very rude to us. My daughter and I got eyelash extensions done for her bday, we looked like drag - queens!! They told us to come back the next day to get them fixed, we arrived and were 3 hours in the salon, cause the eyelashes were hard and painful to come off. the owner Chris arrived and  kicked us out without any explanation, nn renewal  and no refund was granted.The place next door helped us and took my daughters lashes off within 5 min... This nail salon sucks!!!! I've had two horrible experience's here. The first time I came in and signed in and waited about 20 minutes before they "attempted" to do my nails when another lady walked in that apparently had an appointment with the nail tech they gave me. They then told me I could go after her. I dont understand why they would give me a nail tech that already had an appointment at that time. Its COMMON SENSE NOT TO DO THAT! So i decided to give them another try months later. And boy do i regret it!!! On my second visit after waiting for 10 to 15 minutes (mind you they weren't busy) one of the lady's asked me to pick a color out and have a seat. Well after doing all that. I sat there and waited... And waited.... And waited.... No one asked if i needed my nails done. No one offered to do them. 2 of the nail tech's looked at me and proceeded to go on about their business! So i took it upon myself to just walk out and get my nails done elsewhere. I can't say enough good things about this place. Serenity Nail Bar and Spa is a very clean nail salon operated on the highest hygenic standards. They don't use jet tubs that are known to harbor bacteria & other such bugs, and you get a new nail file and buffer that they seal up for you to keep after your mani/pedi. Finally!!!A relaxing, calming and quiet nail salon.Today was my very first visit.I was instantly greeted upon entering the salon.I was then offered a drink and told to choose my polishI requested a much needed pedicure. I was shown a menu of services and chose the Essential Pedicure which was priced very affordablyMy pedicure was done by TroyHe was very nice,quiet and gentle.He did a great job without being rough on my feet. I was even able to take a quick nap as he worked. There were no strong smells of chemicals, thank goodness. The tools used on my feet were new and opened out of the pouch in front of me.
