They don’t show up when they’re suppose to. I went to them and people were waiting for them. It was 11:21 am when i went , they had been waiting since 10:30(the time they open) i stayed til 11:45 and still no one came. A WalMart associate called them and the phone was disconnected. I came back the next time and they still wasn’t there.....

I had the worst experience ever the guy that was working there threw his hand up at a lady. Also when i had sat down to do my feet there was a customer that was getting over charged when she explaine...
I had the worst experience ever the guy that was working there threw his hand up at a lady. Also when i had sat down to do my feet there was a customer that was getting over charged when she explained her concern the lady snatched her debit card from her come to find out she was getting over charged the lady was refusing to refund her money finally the man gave her money back. But what really topped it off the same lady the over charged the customer started raising cain beside me screaming and hollering in my ear. I had to raise my voice at her and tell her to back up and that if there was a problem that they could handle it later after work she continued to yell and scream across the salon. Another customer had to raise her voice and say can someone please make her stop the screaming so we can get our nails done in peace when ask to be quite she still continued they had to ask her to pack her stuff and leave. I will never go back their very ruided people yall have losed my service.

I have been there a few years back and never had a problem with my nails. I went almost 2 weeks ago to get fill in and had the gel polish done because they said it last longer. Well IT DOES NOT. WITHIN A WEEK IT WAS COMING OFF AND PEELING. AND THE ACRYLIC IS LIFTING FROM MY NAILS. I am a stay at home mom so I don't put my nails through a lot so this shouldn't be happening. I will not be going back. I'm not happy with how my nails were looking after a week and with the money I spent on the fill in and the gel polish I shouldn't be dealing with any of these issues. Very unsatisfied and like I said will not go back.

Under new owes since beginning of year. They suck!!! Was going there since 2009 and was delighted. Recommended them to dozens of women. Now the work is sloppy and inferior products. I spoke to many and overheard many women and none of them are going back! I use to go every 4 weeks since 2009. I now go some place else.

I used to love this place until my nails popped off after a week. Then when I told the guy to take the nails and redo my nails he super glues the nails back on! But I said nothing they are the professional after all! Well after a week they popped off and when I went to a different place I was starting to get a fungus under my nails and they lady said it was because who ever did my nails last did not do them right. Yeah I am not going back! Ever again!

I was not impressed. I was a walk-in and they got to me right away, but I felt completely ignored during the whole time there. I told them upfront, I wanted a mani/pedi and my eyebrows waxed. The woman who did my pedicure was good. But the guy who did my manicure was rude. He was abrupt with me and when he asked me what polish I wanted I asked for an American and he said the polish won't last. Then I said well, I'll just go with clear and he said so you don't want the American. I said why would I get something that you don't guarantee. I then had to remind them that I wanted an eyebrow wax. The clear polish on my fingernails started pealing the next day and the polish on my toenails started pealing the second day. Not quality polish and rude people.

Under new owes since beginning of year. They suck!!! Was going there since 2009 and was delighted. Recommended them to dozens of women. Now the work is sloppy and inferior products. I used to love this place until my nails popped off after a week. Then when I told the guy to take the nails and redo my nails he super glues the nails back on! But I said nothing they are the professional after all! I was not impressed. I was a walk-in and they got to me right away, but I felt completely ignored during the whole time there. I told them upfront, I wanted a mani/pedi and my eyebrows waxed.
