The new owner Hanna is the sweetest. She has made this place so much cleaner and nicer. I got the dip powder nails and they turned are beautiful!

Place completely empty. Some dude who works there napping in a massage chair watching tv. I was the only customer in the place the entire hour. Pedicure was just ok...done by a woman who appeared to be at least 70. I have had much better for the money. I do understand why it’s empty, must be a money laundering operation

Worst place ever. They seated me and told me I would be served 15 minutes later I inquired and they said it would be another five minutes. I told them I needed to leave and that they should've told me that when I first sat down. He said it's OK. I indicated I know it's OK, but I'm trying to help you serve your customers better. He said , "you know have to help me nothing."

The shop is very clean, nice technician works there. I got 10% off, first thought the service would be OK, but at the end she does the perfect work. I love it and I definitely will come back

I used the "Perfect Nails" salon several times before with no problems. Last two times were horrible. The new girl that worked on my nails (acrylic refill) was distracted by other customers and several kids in the salon. She was cutting my nails looking NOT at my hands but somewhere else. Almost cut the tip of my finger off. The filing tool was set up on such high speed that it hurt my nails and made them hot. Sloppy job on the refill, too. I decided not to even color, although it was my initial intention. At the end she added $3 for "SHORTENING NAILS"!!! That's what refill is! - shortening the nails and fill the growth!!! Needless to say, she not only cut herself of tips because I was set up for different price than what she had told me, she cut me off as a customer of their salon. To be fair, the owner lady that works there does a good job.

Sitting here at 11:03 outside of perfect nails on a Tuesday morning and the door is locked no one inside. Supposedly they open @ 10a.m.. They just lost my business. The only service that I get from them is my nails done. Nothing else. They have cleaning issues. Well off to somewhere else. SMH.

I used the "Perfect Nails" salon several times before with no problems. Last two times were horrible. The new girl that worked on my nails (acrylic refill) was distracted by other customers and several kids in the salon. She was cutting my nails looking NOT at my hands but somewhere else. Almost cut the tip of my finger off. The filing tool was set up on such high speed that it hurt my nails and made them hot. Sloppy job on the refill, too.
