I never know what I'm going to get when I come here. Sometimes I'm satisfied, sometimes I'm disappointed. This place is convenient because it's really close to my house. With this last experience I thought my nails turned out fabulous because I actually got the look that I wanted this time. However, later when I was opening my make up the nail on my pointer finger bent so easily because the acrylic was applied very thin, or not at all, at the tip. So I guess I'm walking around with cute but fragile nails. smh Read Less

Came to get my nails done at 7 and the woman come and did my nails and started to do my pink and white ombré and immediately I noticed she started doing it wrong. She put the white down and did not bland it so there is a clear white line visible even with the pink over top, and in store they looked fine but I noticed once I left they weren't blended as well as I wanted and made my nails look bigger and just weren't done very well. I came into Nail World to get a fill in & it took a hour & a half while all the workers fiddled their thumbs just to get seated as the nail technician clips off my acrylics from the nail beds not only causing pain & I let her know that it was hurting me. She then tells me that my new acrylics that were only a week old that I needed them replaced. So I asked her "Are you going to charge me extra?" & she said "Uh yes". So I told her that I needed to leave because she's charging me extra for her clipping my acrylics which I didn't request nor ask for. Then she proceeded to wave her wands like she was shoowing me out of the nail salon & said "Go". I highly don't recommend anyone to step foot in the salon. Read Less

I go here because it's close to my house. 9 times out of 10, I'm totally satisfied. But my most recent visit was a little disappointing. The guy did a rather sloppy job on my nails, and the hand/arm massage was half-a**ed...he didn't even rub in the lotion. My niece could do a better job painting my nails than he did (though he is very nice). The lady that did my spa pedicure, though, deserves an award because it was awesome. She really took her time. Got a pedicure. The water they put my feet in was stinging like it had bleach in it. Then when they went to get the dead skin off my feet. The man took the stone around on top of my toe, causing a sore. Read Less

I love my acrylic nails, they're very neat and clean and they look natural instead of a glob of stuff on top of my nails! Very detailed in their work. However the pedicure was not that great the guy was sloppy with painting my toenails and didn't paint half of one of my nails Read Less

This is my new favorite place! I love the pedi they give they take their time and it is amazing! They also disinfected cause when I was there I saw them do it several times. The place is very clean. I also got a mani and the last did a amazing job and she took her time and did a great job so I found my new nail salon. FYI first time there you will have to pay a dollar for your own tools which you will have to take back next time for your pedi. So kind of law they follow. Read Less

TERRIBLE nail salon!! The day I went in, all I needed was my acrylics taken off because I was starting a new serving job that night and I needed them off quickly. Everything started off fine, but then she had me soak my left hand in acetone but simply popped off the nails in my right hand...? Weird but whatever. Then she used the electric tool to get most of the acrylic off my left hand, but it didn't look like it was all off. When I asked her about it she assured me it was all off and told me to wash my hands. Then she painted my nails with this green stuff that I assumed would dry clear but has lasted. People thought I had an infection!! It's a nasty sheer green. Finally, a week later the rest of the acrylic started peeling off!! I knew it wasn't all off and I should have told her. Now my nails look like crap and I'm out $15 for NOTHING. They don't do refunds so this can't be the first time they've messed up!! Do not go here! Read Less
