They over charge you and they try to tell you after you have paid that you owe more for something they "forgot to include in price". Diane is only nice to you if you're spending big bucks. I spent 67.00 and sat at the table for 20 minutes for my toes to dry then the girl said sorry you need to pay 5.00 more. The girl mad my toe bleed a little while doing the pedicure and I chose not say anything because I didn't want to get her in trouble. Nail Trip just lost a good customer. This was the first and last time I will ever go here. I took my daughter in to get her nails done for the very first time. We both got acrylic nails and pedicures. They were rushing the whole time and I think about 3 or 4 different people worked on our nails. They were pretty but within less than a week they were falling apart and coming off with out reason. One of my daughters nails came up and ripped her real nail about mid way down so bad that she was bleeding. They were very over priced (I paid over $100 for 2 sets and 2 pedicures) especially with the poor quality of the nails, and thanks to the carelessness of how they applied the nails my daughter's first experience was a horrible one. Well my daughter and I went in for gel nails, pedicure with callous remover, and a manicure. We had never had gel nails before. Well to start, they quoted 36 for full set of gel nails with French tip. 29 for pedicure with French tip and callous remover. And then manicure for 15. Well I was suspicious when to start off they were using acrylic on our nails. So I though it would be cheaper, so I let them proceed with the acrylic. Then my daughter didn't get the manicure bc she didn't need it. Well when all was done they priced our acrylic nails at 41 each. I said I got acrylic nails. But they wouldn't hear it. THEN they charged us for a manicure for my daughter. Really!!!!! So we paid 41 for each set of nails, 29 for the pedicures and 15 for my manicure, but I refused to pay 15 for a manicure my daughter didn't get. I told them I won't be back, nor will I tip bc they basically ripped us off. If you got a price over the phone don't charge more. If I pay for gel nails don't use acrylic and charge me for gel. Then don't go on to charge me for a manicure my daughter didn't get. The lady also grabbed my daughters wallet when we were bickering over the price saying you pay, you pay. The place is a total rip off. I will tell others of my experience and will never go back again. Truly upset is an understatement!!!!!! The services once performed are great. Problem is you make an appointment with a technician and you show up for your appointment and that technician is doing another client. The first 3 times this happened I waited I patiently because it took me a long time to find a nail salon to do what I had previously before moving to Georgia. It happened again..this time for the last time. Had an appointment and there was a client with the nail tech I was scheduled with plus she was going to be doing someone else right after...so tell me...why make an appointment?????
