Horrible experience. When I am in this area I normally go to the nail shop at Arbor Place mall. Unfortunately I chose to patronize a local shop closer to where I was on this particular day, and talk about a slap in my face. Those people are unprofessional, non-talented, and dirty technicians. After spending 20 minutes "debating" about MY preferred nail shape which they said they could do before we even got started, I left this shop looking like a 3 year old did my nails before nap time. I didn't even bother letting them paint my nails, why? Because after paying them for a refill, I am right here at Arbor Place letting them *FIX* my nails. Lesson learned. If a nail shop is empty and workers are sleep, it is for a reason. Run while you can! Also as I was walking out from paying for my Walgreens press on nails special, one of their customers came in stating that she just got her nails done yesterday and has a broke nail. If you get Lisa to do your nails, you'll get good quality. The guy that works in there gets an attitude if you tell him you want your nails a certain way. He doesn't seem confident in what he's doing at all. Lisa had to take over several times.Read Less

TERRIBLE QUALITY WORK. Called them the same day i received service, let them know I wasn't pleased with my nails, out in the light THEY ARE AWFUL!!! Misshaped, awful polishing job. She told me (Lisa) that I would need to pay for my gel polish (same polish she put on today). 15.00 additional dollars to the 70 I've already paid to them. I got a pedicure today and it was done within 30 minutes from start to finish. The lady spent about 30 seconds smoothing my feet with the metal callous remover and only about 1 minute for my foot and leg massage. The color looks okay but my nails are uneven and the application is a little chunky. I definitely don't like their attitude as others have said it's almost like I'm an inconvenience to them! If I could do 0 stars I would. This place has HORRIBLE customer service, horrible service period. For one, there are roaches which are indeed inside the couch you sit on to dry your nails AND coming from under the couch. I'm writing my review as my toes dry. These ladies need to work on their customer service and overall customer experience. I was able to go to a spa chair almost immediately which was pleasantly and strangely surprising on a Friday afternoon. I've stopped in on a Saturday and there were too many ladies waiting and a lack of good customer service so I decided to come in today as my boyfriend got his hair cut. The experience was uncomfortable because the chair was at an awkward position to where my Leg bent awkwardly. I tried to explain my discomfort twice and they tried to adjust the chair but it didn't work out. The worker wasn't too friendly. Where do I begin. The rudest staff that I have ever encountered. I got an acrylic overlay on my natural nails with gel polish on top. My total came out to $38. By the following day the acrylic and gel polish was chipping off. I went to the salon to get it fixed. There were three staff members in and all of them were sleeping in a corner in the back. After waking them up I had the owner herself( or someone pretending to be) assist me. She said that in order for them to fix my nails I would have to get everything done all over again and she would charge me for the services. I explained to her that it didn't make sense for me to pay so much for my nails to get done and for them to already be messed up. She said that it wasn't her problem and she didn't care how much I paid. In order for her to fix my chipped and cracked nails I would have to pay her again at full price even though I got my nails done one day prior. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. They don't know what they're doing, the quality is bad, they use cheap polish (the don't offer OPI, Kiara Sky or even Essie)  and their nail techs are rude and they aren't trained well. Every time I walk by this salon there are only 1 or two customers inside and after my horrible experience with their rude owner it makes so much sense. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. If you want crooked nails, someone to hurriedly do your nails in ten minutes, and for your cuticles to be chopped off only for the guy to give you the "eat shit" look when you jerk because your bleeding, then this is your place! Read Less
