I came in to get a manicure and pedicure. I waited 20 minutes with my feet in the water and was not seen at all. They were not that busy and if they were not ready to provide me service, they should have said a wait time. They do not respect peoples time and I ended up asking for a towel and left. Some of them are nice. Not sure who everyone is but some of them don’t take their time and are rushing the process. The lady with really short hair was very rude to one of the employees and started speaking about her in another language saying that she messed up on my pedicure in front of everyone. If they treat their employees rudely I do not appreciate that. It wasn’t too busy either and my friend ended having to wait longer than me to get her manicure done. Nothing is timed right here. I am very real!! I even called the cops because I refused to pay you $5 (which was paid by credit card) for the powder removal!! I was very upset to have had to pay you anything!! I was in the area to run errands and needed a fill in. I was greeted right away and asked how they Could help. although I had gone longer than 2 weeks without a fill I still had plenty of white tip from my pink and whites. Kevin wanted to do a full set. I just wanted to fill in with dark pink and then put a clear top coat on. He said a full set was only $27 and a fill was $20. I said ok. He removed my old set causing 2 of my fingers to bleed. He applied a full set with just white acrylic. He applied a pink tinted clear coat and a clear top coat. When he asked how I liked them I said it wasn't what I wanted. That's why I just wanted to fill in what I had. They just looked like plain nails that needed to be polished . He offered to add some silver and I said no I'll just go home and. Paint them. He said do you want me to paint them? I said no thank you. $27 plus tip =$35 for an unpolished full set of acrylics. Ill never go back! Read Less

I literally drive from Macon, Ga just to get my nails done here. I recently moved from douglasville to macon, and there is no comparison!! Yes, some times the wait can get lengthy for a pedicure, but Jennifer (store owner) strongly encourages making appointments. No one else touches my nails if they dont work at this shop!! Read Less

I moved here from South Florida 6 months ago and It's been very hard for me to find a good nail salon. Well today I visited jdore nails and Leigh did my nails and she was AWESOME. She was very friendly. She made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and she did a great job. She is a perfectionist and I loooovvvveee my nails. This place is great. Been a customer for over 5 years. I'm very selective about who does my nails so no matter what.. I've remained a loyal customer despite the things that I didn't like about the salon. Today, I made my last visit to J'Adore. Jennifer the owner while she's good at what she does, she's cheap, rude, flakey & very unorganized. I make appointments & am never taken at the scheduled time, the wait is always long because, she refuses to hire the needed help. The shop is never clean, the way that it should be & of course the selection of polish is truly limited. If you don't mind waiting & for others to be taken before you then by all means visit but, if that is not how you operate you may want to reconsider!!! Read Less
