Best Pedicure I have ever received. No waiting for me. The massage chair was GREAT. Needs recovering. Fabric peeling. Massage functions were in high gear. Lee was very gentle. Does understand English....
Best Pedicure I have ever received. No waiting for me. The massage chair was GREAT. Needs recovering. Fabric peeling. Massage functions were in high gear. Lee was very gentle. Does understand English. Very quiet, which I like. I ewil return again.

Before my visit today I would've honestly given this place 4 stars. They aren't the friendliest but in my last 4 months getting my nails done regularly, I've never waited long and I've not had a bad experience. Plus, I'm usually very busy and I have a hard time getting to the nail salon more than once every 3 to 4 weeks's and the fact that my nails are still going strong is a plus. That being said, today after walking in and 2 other ladies coming in behind me one lady was sat down before me. I immediately let her know I was first. So from there she proceeded to fix a couple nails that were broken and I had to ask a few times for them to be cut down (only the new nails, they were too long). She asked if i wanted the others cut and i said no. After she finished one hand ( filling, shaping acrylic) i realized they were just too long for me. So I asked if she'd cut them down. Her response was no I'm already finished. I filled and shaped them and I'm done. She then proceeded to work on my other hand telling me that she'd asked me once and that she was done. I really was shocked at the response. I was in no mood to argue and I just let it go. Please know I will never return. Today I spent a measly $22. Normally I go with my daughter and easily spend $80. They'll never get my business ever again. So pitiful that a business owner had the audacity. I'm no expert on business but I do know you keep customers happy any way you can. I'm not mad at all, I'm just happy to find a real

The manager was very rude and disrespectful! My little sister messed up her nails on accident and they repainted her nails. My sisters nails looked like an amiture did her nails. My mother did not like how her nails looked. The manager took off the nail polish and told my sister that she couldn’t come back to that nail salon anymore! And my mother told the manager to not talk to my sister in that manner. And the manager yelling at my mother across the salon! I will definitely not be back and the manager at this salon needs to be fired from her position!

This place sucks. I got a manicure and pedicure here. The next day the polish started peeling off. I went back they said they don't garauntee the polish will stay on. They wanted to charge me five dollars to replace to polish. Poor customer service. Don't go here it is not worth your time.

My first time coming here. Just moved to the douglasville/Lithia Springs area so I need to find a new nail salon. No one greeted me when I walked in & the tech finally noticed I was in the show once I was about to walk out. She told me my wait would be 5 mins. That turned into 20 mins. I sat in the pedicure massage charge and waited for another 20 mins and when the tech came to start my pedi he didn't even greet me... i work in customer service and greeting your customers & showing that your happy to see them is something I take personally. I'll get my mani & pedi done here today but I can guarantee that I won't be back again.

The only reason why I gave them one star is because I had a pedicure that was really good and a fill-in from Tony that was good as well. But his wife is the rudest person I've ever met. I mean rude. I was getting a gel fill in and as she was filing or should I say shaping my nails I told her that I wanted them "square square" she act just like she didn't hear me and proceeded to do square round or whatever. I stopped her again and she said I already finished both hands and I shaped them according to your hands. She then threw up her hands like I was getting on her nerves.Excuse me I asked for SQUARE honey. Never again!!!!Please don't waste time going here.

THIS NAIL SALON IS TERRIBLE!!!!! I got my nails done three days ago and my gel nail polish chipped so I came back to get them repaired. One of the workers was sooooo rude. She didn't want to repair my nails without charging me all over again and proceeded to argue with me about it. I am not a confrontational person but this upset me. I believe if you pay for a service and it was not done correctly you should be compensated whether in the form of a refund or by completing the service again correctly. Their prices are good but the quality and customer service is horrible. The saying is true you sometimes get what you pay for so BEWARE!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! I had a horrible experience with the people that worked there! The lady told me one price(for mani/pedi) when I walked in and then quoted me a higher price when I was getting my pedicure done. I told her that I just wanted to get pedicure then instead of mani and pedi. She proceeded to argue and get loud with me about my decision to just choose just a pedi. I TOLD her I will not be back and she dismissed me by waving her hand to me as if to say don't come back! It was the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time! The place was uninviting and the people were nasty! I WILL NOT be back! I never write reviews but I had to speak up about this very bad situation! PLEASE BE WARNED!

I had a couple free minutes-which never happens-and my nails were a disaster-which happens often. On the advice of a friend, I tried this salon and I'm glad I did. My natural nails look even healthier...
I had a couple free minutes-which never happens-and my nails were a disaster-which happens often. On the advice of a friend, I tried this salon and I'm glad I did. My natural nails look even healthier than when I went in.

Before my visit today I would've honestly given this place 4 stars. They aren't the friendliest but in my last 4 months getting my nails done regularly, I've never waited long and I've not had a bad experience. The manager was very rude and disrespectful! My little sister messed up her nails on accident and they repainted her nails. My sisters nails looked like an amiture did her nails. My mother did not like how her nails looked. The manager took off the nail polish and told my sister that she couldn’t come back to that nail salon anymore! And my mother told the manager to not talk to my sister in that manner. And the manager yelling at my mother across the salon! I will definitely not be back and the manager at this salon needs to be fired from her position!

My first time coming here. Just moved to the douglasville/Lithia Springs area so I need to find a new nail salon. No one greeted me when I walked in & the tech finally noticed I was in the show once I was about to walk out. She told me my wait would be 5 mins. That turned into 20 mins. THIS NAIL SALON IS TERRIBLE!!!!! I got my nails done three days ago and my gel nail polish chipped so I came back to get them repaired. One of the workers was sooooo rude. She didn't want to repair my nails without charging me all over again and proceeded to argue with me about it. I am not a confrontational person but this upset me.
