I have been coming here for over 3 years now and this will be my last. ..l have been extremely patient, understanding and empathetic to each of the employees working at CJ Nails, regarding the lack of respect and customer service for their patrons. I try t not to take things personally, and thought to myself at times, maybe they could be having a bad day or going through personal issues However after 3 years of witnessing the same rudeness, disorganization and poor customer service to most(especially new clients)it is just flat-out unacceptable! I would rather drive the hour away that I used to for Quality Service care and an overall lower prices. and to actually like the finished product and feel satisfied with my purchase... I was referred by a co-worker and because it was close and convenient however I'm not willing to accept that in 2018 I will spend my time and money more wisely. I have been a long time client. As many on here have said. The service is poor and they are very disrespectful. I refuse to be talked to like a child or listen to them try to talk hip or like me. I think it very unprofessional and the environment is very unclean and Stateboard standards not meant. I come for the descent work that one lady does and they get irritated when you ask for her. I have endured to much from this low rate business and refuse to give them one more cent of my money. People who care less about their health or standards can go there. I don't see any sanitation being done and polishes are so out dated and place needs a remodel. They think they are black or hip because that is their clientele but it comes off weird and rude. I guess if your into that type of thing but I'm not, and just want professional service like anyone should. Be aware of this company and bring some bleach for you appointment because you will need it. They don't sanitize anything at all. 😔 Good luck but your better if else where. This is the WORST business that I have ever encountered. CJ, the nail tech, portrayed herself as being lazy with a take it or leave it attitude. She would never answer the phone. When she did reply to me it was only 2 or 3 words via text. When I told her that I felt she was being unprofessional she hung up the phone on me. I bought a Groupon for a mani-pedi service. I never received the service that I paid for. This place has caused me a lot of stress. Beware of Groupon for Nails by C.J. I went to get gel polish with color change,I wrote gel polish on the sign in sheet.After I pay and leave a $9 tip only to find out I didnt get so much as a gel top coat,I was very upset. I told them thats what I wanted and the offer to change it but I did not have time.Just to top it off the polish does not change colors,I ran it under hot and cold water and nothing.My husband called and told them we want a refund and the guy replies"are you going to refund my time?" Also he told my husband he did not even look at the books where you sign in and state what you want.Wow just wow and he hung up on my husband. I've been going to this nail salon for many years. I live 1 mile from this location.  After Wednesdays unacceptable experience I WILL NEVER GO BACK. 1st thing, when I'm paying for my 7 yr old daughter to get her nails painted, you don't treat her any different than you would any other paying customer. 2nd thing, if you forget to file nails on one hand while doing a manicure & I bring it to your attention,  dont get angry! 3rd language is a big problem they dont speak or understand English well at all. When I asked can you clean under my nails? "Sandy" the abnormally skinny little lady got pissed off. Let me preface this by saying that I only came in for a pedicure. I waited over an hour ON A WEEKDAY....IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY...and there were several people waiting behind me.  After 72 minutes...and I counted...I witnessed three ladies get up and decide to go to lunch next door.  Immediately after that, one of the ladies that had a manicure was done and at the register and decided that "now" she wants a pedicure.  I expressed that I had been waiting over an hour and that this lady had been serviced already.  They then asked...."Was she before you?".  I agreed, but also noted that not only had she had been serviced (and was paying for finished services), but another person had left and that it was inconsiderate to leave all of the other customers there without addressing our concerns.  She simply stated, "There are no chairs available."  I stated, "It would have been courteous if you would have told me that 30 minutes ago.  More than that...It would have been courteous if you would have told me that 15 minutes ago."  She very rudely told me that if I didn't like it, I could leave.  I DID!  I promptly went to the restaurant of which the other ladies spoke and I told them exactly what happened.  They, too, agreed not to patronize them either.  If you value your dollar and your dignity, I hope you won't either.  Clearly, they have no regard for a person's time or the money that they spend.  Although their prices are good, I learned a good lesson a long time ago that I wish I would have adhered to....."Good shit not cheap....cheap shit not good!" I've been a customer for several years even after moving from the area I would still go back to have all of my manicures, pedicures, and eyebrows done even tho it was 15 miles out of my way despite the traffic as well. I went on a Wednesday night to be told were to busy to squeeze you in tonight can you come back tomorrow about the same time which was about 6:45pm, in which I did do after work driving once again 15 miles out of my way to have my nails done in which mind you I have drove past my exit and many nails salons as well to arrive as discussed the day before with KELLY at 6:45pm, to wait an hour which was exactly 7:45 to be told I wouldn't be able to get my nails done it was to late and they would be closing soon????? Never again will I ever return to this establishment again nor recommend as I have done in the past!!! 0 for customer service after 5+ years never again!! Read Less

I didn't catch the young lady name that's what I don't like when you can't catch their name nor do they introduced themself  but overall she did a good job $30 for pedicure manicure and eyebrow wax. My pedicure has bubbles spots in it and she explain getting a regular pedicure with polish it will start chipping she suggests clear I deny I like color.  she suggested clear gel. Nice location. Get's crowded early so come early or bring your patience. They will some times open the door a few minutes prior to opening time. Why? Cause there's a line forming outside. Other than that it's the typical Nail Salon. Could use a little more TLC but it's clean so it's okay with me. I did a gel set this time. Good for just under 7 days. Prices are reasonable. Read Less

This nail shop is next to the hair-cutter place located adjacent to the Wal-Mart and Sam's Club shopping center not inside Wal-Mart.I been here a couples of times and I really enjoy the services. The atmosphere is very nice, not too fancy like other nails shop I been to, but are very clean.  The girls are very nice and friendly there. Prices are affordable. I had my pedicure and fill-in done here whenever I come and are very satisfy every time. They are very helpful with colors and designs if you ask. I usually are very picky about what colors I want and not and they are very helpful with that also.oh and they recently have eyelashes services too which I am looking forward to :).Overall, I would definitely recommended this place!
