I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt it necessary. I have been coming once a month to this nail salon, since January 2018. I normally go to Ann and she does a great job. This past Sunday I scheduled an appointment with her, I arrived and she apparently was not scheduled to work. I was a little upset because of the mix up, but they promptly provided another technician. Lee has been there a month and I was super hesitant, but he did a fantastic job! Not many neighborhoods are as lucky as I am to have a fabulous nail salon. I chose my color and waited about 10 minutes for a chair as soon as walked in. They're talented in their work. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could give them a complete zero I would. The customer service is beyond unprofessional. I got my nails done there for the first time and wasn’t pleased with the color or the shape. I would not have went there at all if my original nail tech at another nail shop wasn’t on vacation. I explained to the male nail tech that I didn’t like it and he agreed to correct them. After voicing that I didn’t like it another nail that was doing another individual nails decided to be smart at the mouth and have an attitude towards me and enter into our conversation. She was completely rude and unprofessional towards me. It was completely unprofessional for her to chime in on our conversation when it had nothing to do with her. After she was completely unprofessional and rude towards me I told them that I didn’t want them corrected and they were NOT GETTING MY MONEY. I explained to them that she had nothing to do with the situation and should have never said anything to me. She was the main reason I decided not to pay or have them corrected. SHE SHOULD HAVE MINDED HER BUSINESS BECAUSE THE SITUATION HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HER. I refuse to pay for something that I do not like. I work hard for my money and I refuse to reward bad behavior. Since she wanted to be rude I will not spend my hard working money on a place with such horrible customer service. I will continue to go to NOVA NAIL SPA where I am treated with the utmost respect. I have been to this salon 3 times. The first time the nail tech hurt my nails but o overlooked it and thought that was just a one time experience and I would give it another chance. The second time I went with my daughter I ended up leaving after sitting and waiting for an hour to even get in the chair. The owner told me it would only be a 10 min wait which was not the case and they weren't that busy at all. So today was I decided to give it another try and for what?? The same thing happened as it did the last time, I put my name on the list, the guy tells me it's only going to be a 10 min wait and 30 mins go by. He has scratched my name off the list put 3 more people in front of my name on a different page and then tells me that he is going to fix the problem and try to work.me in. First off. I’m 12. The lady I had didn’t have a name tag on so I didn’t know how to complain. So where it all started was when after I sat down the massage chair was set on “combination” where it has all the massage settings. My mother and sister were able to change their setting to what they wanted. So I decided to grab my remote too, I changed the setting to kneading so I didn’t constantly have my back be vibrated. She took the remote and switched it back! TWICE! After that I changed it back and held the remote. Second, I said I wanted a baby pink, and she brought back all hot pinks to choose from. Third thing wrong was when she put my feet in the water, it was scolding hot and so I told her and she refused to turn it back. Fourth, as I took my feet out, she started laughing and pointing at my feet talking to her friend. I didn’t feel relaxed at all! This place is horrible!! I went here for my bridal nails.  When we came in the lady at the front was really nice! Shes probably the only reason i gave a star.  Some guy comes up to me and asks me what i want.  I told him and he told me an outrageous price.  I questioned it and he scattered some kind of an excuse.  He then started doing my nails.  He asked me how long I wanted my nails...i showed him and told him the tip that i wanted.  He cut them waaaayyyyy longer so i told him to cut them shorter.  After about 4 or 5 times of telling him, i just gave up. I told him i wanted a round tip...he replied $5. WHAT?! Other that that, he didnt talk to me the whole time.  He acted as of it was a chore and didnt even want to do it.  Then he cut my cuticle and my fingertip.  Luckily i didnt bleed everywhere!!  I was sat way away from my bridal party so i didnt get to chat and have the experience i wanted.  It was just horrible. I went in for a normal full set and color change. The guy waited until after he polished my toes to say it wasn't enough polish in the bottle for my nails. So now my nails and toes don't match😒 He just threw the color on my nails! It was so clumpy and ugly. I had to go to a nail salon right after to get a color change. I went with my friend and got a pedicure and "gel nails" before they started I showed them what I wanted and they assured me they could do what I asked. Well the person that did my nails had no clue what to do. I actually believe he may be color blind because he didn't even know that there was 2 CLEARLY different colors on the picture I showed them. Anyways I didn't get what I wanted and was a bit upset since I never get fake nails. It ended up being $75 which may be normal. But here I am a couple weeks later and a nail just popped off I mean clean off, barely any residue, that shouldn't happen. One positive is the place is nice inside I really like the pedicure chair and how clean it seemed. But I won't go back. Read Less

The parking is a bit weird, but its a lot of parking around $ 23.00 for regular spa pedi , but $28 with heel treatment. The lady who did my pedi was omg  the sweetest person I meet in a long time. They are very clean here, so nothing to worry about. I also had to get my nails redone, so gel full set, removed of old nails plus gel polish cost $60. I love my nails, if in the area must try..Fyi you could have to wait a bit because they be packed, but it's worth it. Read Less
