WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I have been a customer for over 3 years. About 6 months ago they started to give the worst customer service. They never greet their customers with a cordial greeting, instead they ask if "you have appoinment?" If you dont have one they will not take care of you. Since I know this I decided to set up an appointment today June 1st, 2018 at 7:15pm. I came in on time to the place, but I was served by 7:50pm with the worst attitude and the quickest service ever. I was offer a 20% off because of the delay, I requested the signature pedicure and manicure well I got the cheapest manicure and the quickest with the worst attitude ever, making the most ugly faces. By this point i have already paid for all the services. My last service was my eyebrows and upperlip the lady said "you have not paid for that yet, I said I did I paid $13 for both" she said is $5 more do you want it or no? I said yes that is why I came because I need the service. Well I paid the $5 extra and she was all over my upperlip and the wax was on my lips. I got up very quickly, she said "what happened one more one more Chico Chico" something like that. I got out of the room and felt on the floor.Happens that the person who was mapping this not had signs or anything to announce it was wet. They only said sorry sorry but nothing else. I am a very passive person, I have worked retail and customer service all my life. I understand being busy tired and wanting to go home, but when you have a loyal customer you treat them with respect and care. I will never recommend this place NEVER!!!! Read Less

I’ve come here several times before and I’ve always had great service. However this time was different I set an appointment 2 days in advance I was on time for my appointment but apparently they had over booked. When I arrived I was asking did I have an appointment I told them yes she said ok we’ll be right with you. I stood there for 10 min before I was taken to me chair . Got to the chair no water had been run sat there another 10 min I then asked could somebody just run me so water. The lady then tells me sorry we’re really busy and we don’t have enough nail technicians and asked did you have an appointment I told her yes she said sorry again then walks off. Not good service I hope they read this because I’m not a happy customer right now and I will have to think about coming back. The inside is nice, but the quality of work and service does not match the look they’re going for. Only if the service was as nice as in the interior decor. Over priced, the owner seemed nice but the employees doing my sister and I mani pedi were miserable. They did a mediocre job. Something I could’ve done my self at home. Not coming back! $84+$10 tip. I usually tip more, but the service did not match the price. Oh and to mention they charge $5 extra for opi shine regular nail polish. Rip off. I deducted that from their tip. I've been here twice. The first time I got a basic mani and pedi. It was good. No complaints. The price was good and it's a convenient location. Nothing I'd rave about, but they did exactly what they were supposed to. I went back yesterday. I felt like I needed a full body massage too, but also really, REALLY needed a pedi and didn't have time for both. So I got the ultimate hot stone massage. It really was the ULTIMATE!!! I didn't thorougly read the description, so I was surprised when she kept coming out with treatment after treatment.It started with a foot soak in some salts. Then a scrub, then a mask with my legs wrapped in hot towels. I thought that was it and I was feeling great. Then the lady walked out with the hot stones. That was awesome. But she wasn't done yet! After the stones came some paraffin wax. Never had that before and it was incredible! The only thing that would have made it better would have been a hot fudge sundae!The salon is cute and clean. I wish they had a staff dress code though. I'm used to going to places where they wear casual chic clothes. Some of the staff were wearing track pants and old t-shirts. And yes, there is a $5 upcharge for the longer lasting OPI with the silver cap. No signs to tell you that. The only reason I knew to ask was because I'd been to another salon with a sign saying there was an extra charge so I asked. Read Less

I stumbled upon this place while my car was being serviced at a nearby dealership. The pricing for each service was clearly listed. I selected the Pedicure for $25 and SNS with extension which is $40. When asked what shape I wanted for my finger nails I replied coffin. The nail tech gave me square nails. I let it slide, after all I loved the color and I am not a picky type of person. Once services were complete, I walked to the front register and was given a price of $80. I showed them which services I chose and explained how my total should actually be $25 + $40= $65. The guy rudely demanded $80. Not once did he offer and explanation for the $15 difference. He continued to demand the $80. I paid him $80 just to avoid any further confrontation. This salon is over priced and the nail tech was poorly skilled. He cut several of my fingers with the drill, gave me the wrong shaped nails and was very slow. I will never go back here...EVER. Read Less

I got a pedicure at Treat Your Nails a few weeks ago. I was impressed with the thoroughness of my manicurist's (is that what they are called?) work. She carefully inspected my feet, working the rough spots on every nook and cranny. Her brow was literally furrowed as she concentrated. It was a welcome contrast to the hasty service that I have received at other salons. Although not specific to Treat Your Nails, I do ask myself why manicurists always seem to glum. I will admit that I do not envy their job, but they seem significantly more dejected than workers in other service industries. Maybe it is the result of poor tipping and handling of callused zombie feet, like mine. Read Less

This place has terrible service and and is completely overpriced for the quality of service received . My partner and I arrived here after shopping for cabinets. After I googled "best upscale nail salon near me" and after perusing some images and mixed reviews we decided on this place. The decor is beautiful and the shop is very clean. BUT, Don't let the decor fool you, they charge for absolutely everything ($5 for OPI REGULAR nail polish, really?!). My partner was completely dissatisfied with this pedicure. His feet were left hard and the nail tech offered to scrubbed the excess off for an extra $5, but as we agreed she said it was too late because she had done everything "the best she could" (WHAT?!).The only redeeming quality is that they offer you beverages at the beginning. There are so many other great nail shops in Atlanta other than this place. Read Less

This place has gone down hill since Nina left. The people there DO NOT listen well and often disregard what you've specifically asked for. I made an appointment at 11:30AM for myself and friend. My friend spent an HOUR sitting there in the acetone while the person assisting her moved on to other clients. She wasn't seen until 12:30 AN HOUR LATER. Then for the sake of time she could not stay, so they told her it was $15 just for taking off the polish. THAT'S INSANE! We came to get our nails done, not to take them off. The right thing to do would be discount or COMP the cost for the inconvenience. Instead they chose to argue and try to blame said FRIEND for the amount of time it took them to simply take POLISH off. We will NEVER go back, and I strongly urge anyone considering this nail salon to do yourself a favor, and find another shop. Then to add insult to injury my friend simply asked if they could put 1 layer of CLEAR polish on her nails so they wouldn't look tattered and they wanted to charge her an ADDITIONAL $5 for that....unreal. No customer service what so ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS POOR QUALITY NAIL SALON. Read Less

I came to Treat Your Nails for a treat to myself on my birthday. Originally, I wanted to get both a manicure and a pedicure, but after reviewing the prices for gel manicures and also seeing that there was an upcharge for OPI nail polish, I opted just for The Signature Pedicure for $25.The interior of the salon is really nice and also, very clean. You don't smell salon chemicals as soon as you walk in, which is a plus. My nail tech was extremely professional and thorough. PRO TIP: if you have calluses on your feet or your heels are a little rough, request that they use the metal grater/shaver instead of just a pumice. With the shaver, my feet came out buttery smooth.I didn't wait long enough for my polish to dry before getting in the car, so I chipped my big toe on my gas pedal. I literally walked back in and the nail tech repaired my nail for me. That was so nice of her! I appreciated the above and beyond, no questions asked or no additional $ required.3 stars because I wish their manis were a bit more affordable! Read Less

Most of it is white, cute leather chairs with frilly pillows and silver accents. A glass wall fountain as well!I needed a full set acrylic ($25) and my tech's name was Lisa. She did a great job on my nails! I have a coffin shaped nail. She took her time and stopped a few times to make sure I liked the shape.CONS: Coffin shaped nails are $5 extra and matte coat is $2. Most shops I go to charge extra for length or stiletto nails. $5 is a bit steep to me. I consider matte to be a top coat so to charge $2 for it was a bit ridiculous. I've never had to pay extra for matte so I was shocked when I was told it was extra. I don't think I would be back unless I'm in Doraville again. I have shops closer to me that are more affordable. Likes: my pedicures always turn out great, they have varying price levels to fit different budgets, they (usually) offer you soda or water, the salon is clean, they will attempt to fix mishaps (like chipped gel manis)within a couple of daysDislikes: I've never had a good manicure from here (they've always chipped, or the gel not be on all of my nail, or general sloppiness), some nail polishes are more expensive to get and it's not made clear by their nail displaySo, I do regularly for pedicures, I've stopped going for manicures unless I'm desperate and can't get to my fave Mani place Read Less
