My experience was pretty good. I walked in and was quickly seen. I just wanted a simple mani-pedi ($35). No frills and was satisfied with my visit.

This is the worest nail bar I have ever dealed with. I went to this spa more than one time. Every time, the ladies are very rush to finish your service. The service is very poor. In Memorial Day, the center was very busy. But I was in need to get my service done as I am traveling soon. The charge was $113 for me and for my daughter. In comparison with other nail bars in Atlanta? This is very expensive. I will never go to this location again . NO, I do not recommend that location. Read Less

Until I hear they’ve actually learned something about customer service, I won’t be going back. You don’t take two walk ins and then make one wait until the other is just about done before starting to serve them. When I first went about a year and a half ago, they were pretty good, did a good job and my pedicure lasted quite a while. When I went over the summer, the quality of job they did had gone down a bit, but I appreciate how they do a good job cleaning the tools between clients, so I went back a few more times. At Christmas, my nails didn’t last anywhere near where it used to. Then I walked in with a friend and they proceeded to seat us right away. Almost immediately someone was over and began my friend’s pedicure. I figured someone would be over to start on me soon, they had put (lukewarm) water in the basin for me to soak my feet in, thinking surely they would be along soon. So I waited, and waited, and waited. I was done. It was clear that I wouldn’t be taken care of before my friend was done, so I took my feet out of the water and started to dry them. It was only then that someone appeared to start taking care of me. I quickly told her no, I had sat there with my feet in what had now become cold water for about 30 minutes. They had taken too long. She runs and gets another woman (I think a manager or owner). As I am standing up, trying to get out of the space between chairs, she stands there, blocking me in. She started speaking, too quickly for me to understand. I told her NO, I was leaving and had to just about walk into her to get her to move out of my way so I could leave before I verbally blew up at them. After I left to wait outside, my friend was handed an envelope for me when she was paying. I assumed this was them attempting to apologize. It was for 1/3 the cost of a pedicure. If they really cared about not losing someone who came in on a semi-regular basis (about once every 8 weeks) they would have done more. My friend was also told they have seen what happened with us happen numerous times. Read Less

Twenty minutes later I was about to leave—it’s fine to wait on a walk-in, but would have been nice to just be told they’re overbooked—and they must have sensed it, because a manicurist came over and took off my polish and put some gel and really hot mitts on me. Then she disappeared for another 20 minutes to work on two other people once I was entrapped and felt like I couldn’t leave! 😂 it was also just a quick and bad mani, my nails are splotchy and I’m bleeding under one nail from a tool stab. They rush even when there is no one else waiting..-The quality of the service is not on point due to the rushing (among other things). Nails were not filed properly; one looks like it wasn't filed at all.-Lighting is way too dim for a nail salon. I am certain this plays into the lack of quality of the service. -This last time, the technician was clipping my nails in such a hurry that she cut off too much nail and ended up taking a chunk of my skin with it! No apology... despite the bleeding.-The pedicure menu is misleading. I told the tech I just wanted a regular pedicure. She handed me a menu that did not include a basic pedicure on it. The menu they give you only has pricey "deluxe" pedis on it. How deceiving. Most salons display ALL pedicure options on their menus. I told her again I just wanted a basic pedi and the she did not seem happy. I am sure some customers assume that this menu encompasses all the pedicures they offer and just end up choosing pricier options. I didn't like this place, and I'll tell you why:Cons: -I went in on a Sunday and although it was buzzing with folks, it wasn't crowded. I still had to wait almost 20 minutes for a technician.- A gentleman started to take off my SNS but he was rushing and cut my hand/cuticle. This made the rest of my services painful and left a cut.-When a female technician came to administer the rest of my services, I don't believe she was that skilled. I asked her to file my nails square and she filed them square-rounded. It also took her way too long to to remove my previous SNS(after the first guy left).-When I left the shop, there was still SNS product all over my hand. The shop does have low lighting but it was gross what she left behind because she probably couldn't see.-My SNS started to snag after a week and a piece of my nail broke off in two weeks. My SNS manicures usually last three weeks, with no chipping or nail breakage, and the only reason I usually have to get them redone is because the polish has grown out at the cuticles and there is a space.I wouldn't recommend this place. I used to go to this place all the time, ever since they opened, and they always did a great job on my nails. But lately the quality has been going down and on a couple occasions I've gotten an inexperienced person who clearly did not know what they were doing, would take forever to do my nails, and do them badly at that. The last straw was when I got my nails done French for a wedding and while I was at the wedding the tips turned this blackish grayish discoloration. I went back after I returned from the wedding and asked them if they could fix it, which they said yes of course. Then they stuck a really inexperienced person on me again, her name was Emmie, who did the tip of my first nail completely crooked. I asked her to fix it and she made it even more crooked. Then she took it off and tried again and it was still crooked! I asked for someone else to do my nails at that point and Ronnie came over. She gave me so much attitude saying that they were doing me a favor for fixing my nails after a week and that they are not stupid they know my nails are a week old, etc. I told her I wasn't trying to hide the fact that my nails are a week old - I was out of town for the wedding and could not come back until that day. The nails turned black immediately the day after I got them done, and I came to the salon as soon as I got back from being out of town. And regardless, even if they were a week old - gel nails should not turn black after a week! She just kept repeating herself as if she did not understand me. So we sat there in silence while she awkwardly fixed my nails as fast and as carelessly as she possibly could. After she was done she said her shpeel about the nails being a week old again and I told her don't worry - I won't be coming back here anymore. And she threw her arm up and flicked her wrist to shoo me out the salon! I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional they could treat a loyal customer! I hope her manager sees this review and reprimands her appropriately. Don't go to this place, but if you do, do NOT get your nails done by Ronnie or Emmie!!Read Less

I recently stopped in for a pedicure after work. They were busy, but I was immediately led to a chair, and a tech started. Lee was wonderful. There are a lot of pedicure options to choose from at affordable prices. I liked that callus remover was included in many pedicures, as that is usually a $5 cost at my usual salon. The place has a nice airy feel, not overly frou frou. I was offered water, soda or a glass of wine and the service was excellent. Read Less

My SNS manicures usually last three weeks, with no chipping or nail breakage, and the only reason I usually have to get them redone is because the polish has grown out at the cuticles and there is a space.I wouldn't recommend this place. Love this place. Came to get pedicures with my friends, for our bestie's wedding mani/pedi. They had a team of lovely technicians who took care of us! Two first-timers with us and they loved it too. Massage chairs, wine, Saturday morning football, and a super clean relaxing environment. I love it. Next time I need services in Atlanta, I'll definitely be back. Read Less

Customer Service was horrible. When I talked to the manager about my unpleasant experience, he did nothing! This nail shop is a rip off. The tech charged me $27 for a fill in (with short nails). She never told me the price or that my other option was to get a full set of acrylic nails for $28. In all the years I have been going to nail shops, I have NEVER!!! I normally pay $14 to $20 not $27, I will not be back!!! Read Less

Read Less

I wanted to wait a couple weeks before I reviewed Nail Bar. I've always had trouble keeping gel Polish and nail polish on for a long time. It would usually chip within a couple days.
