Very upset! I went in for the first time here to get a pedicure with my sister. So we get there, we are told to sign in so we did. There was one name before us, the chairs were full so we are waiting for our turn. I had to go to the bathroom, my sister stayed to save our spots. When i came back my sister was still waiting but within a second they took care of her, then a lady was just getting there and i saw her signing in. At this point my sister is already soaking her feet and I'm waiting for my turn. Then a chair became available but they sat down a lady that was already there getting her manicure done and the lady after me starts to complain. They explained to her that the chair did not work but to be patient and her turn was next. A chair next to my sister became available and I'm waiting to see who they call next... they sat down the lady after me! So i got up and asked why her? I told them i was before her and that i came with my sister who is already soaking her feet. The lady that they sat down starts saying nah i was here before you... really??? My name is SECOND on the list my sister is third and she is already getting her pedi and this woman is as well, what??! And they are still telling me to wait patiently and sit down?! NO! the prices are going up and the manicure and pedicures are getting shorter with less done. I use to get a mani/pedi at Regal Nails because they were the best value....now they are not. Really going to go elsewhere I believe...I may pay a few dollars more, but I will get a true mani/pedi with a leg rub and arm rubs....not just a couple of slaps on the leg! Read Less

Its a no for me dawg "Randy Jackson voice" I shouldn't of came here being that its inside a Walmart and I hate Walmart's but listening to my mom.... i came and was let down. She has no expectations at ALL. Lol. So i got a gel mani and regular pedi. So they change you $3 to take off your Gel ...um okay.... is it because you guys have to wrap my fingers in aluminum foil you feel like i should pay extra because you have to use extra supplies?! Whatever tho. And before i called i said "How much for a gel mani and regular pedi?" The response was "$38".... i get there, $46. They go on to say regular gel mani is JUST the gel mani. Nothing done to your cuticles. Like literally just put the gel on & polish and thats it. Never knew you can just get that. So that was a extra $4 and same explanation for the pedi so that was another $4. So adding $8 to my total because i wanted my cuticles cut. And than they beg you to get the "Sea Salt". All it did was make my legs smell better than they already did. I dont like the way my nails where shaped (i asked for round. Second go round was a mess, I went to get my acrylics taken off to start fresh. When seated to proceed the take off, she got right to it. Now my real nails under the old acrylics were very lengthy. I wasn't paying attention to how she was taken them off, all I know is 2 of my real nails was snipped off. PISSED. I snatch my hand back and asked "where's the acetone to soak these off?" don't you guys soak the nails? She said yes we do, you wanna soak. Uh duh? I also said to her "you didn't even ask me if I wanted to keep my real nails or not? Any way this lady proceeded to while, I'm soaking, take my nails out the bowl to snip some more? I said you know what, just clip them all off. She did, I was furious but still remained calm. When it was time to do the set. I BLEW UP. Tf was she doing IDK. Any way long story short, had to let somebody else do my nails. He didn't do too well but it was better than her. Wouldn't be going back there EVER. 6 of us came in without notice for mani/pedis for my sisters wedding this weekend. The salon was great at accepting us fairly quickly even though they had other guests. Some of us waited longer than other but who gets mad at waiting with your feet in a jacuzzi and sitting in a massage chair!? Each of us got the upgrade sea salt scrub and it's totally worth it! This nail salon did such an awful job on my gel fill in! I WILL NEVER GET MY NAILS DONE THERE AGAIN!!!! I don't care if they were giving them away for free I still will not go. The service is EXTREMELY SLOW. And she made my finger bleed. Never have I experienced such a bad time at a nail salon. Going back to my regular nail salon so that they can fix what she messed up. Just don't. This place is in Wal-Mart and I walk  by it a lot. So I thought what the heck. They advertise a $15 pedi. That should have been my first clue. I went in and was seated immediately. That was nice. There were several workers sitting around chatting b/c there were no other customers at the time. I sat in the chair and the lady doing my nails filled the tub with water and asked me to put my feet in. I did and got burned. She forgot to add cold water and it was filled with hot. She apologized... added cold water and we moved on. Honest mistake. As she goes to put on gloves I asked her to change to the blue nitrile ones b/c I am severally allergic to latex. Apparently she did not speak fluent English b/c a co-worker translated for her. Okay. Fair enough. But just a hint ladies. If your then going to make fun of the dumb American who "claims" to be allergic...a few things. 1. Make sure they don't speak a few words of your language and  2. they can't read body language. Cause telling each other your not sure if the blue has latex and that you'll find out if I swell up...not a great way to get a tip. Moving on...the lady doing my nails actually cut my toe when taking down my cuticles. Yuck and ouch. But again...it happens. Then she asks if I can have Sea Salt? Sure why not. So she does the whole massage of the legs and we move on. She begins to paint my nails and as she gets one nail done I realize I don't enjoy the color I had picked and I asked if she could stop so I could get a different color? She said no. LOL...she really said no. She said she had already started and she couldn't take that color off and start again...lol...ok. So apparently her reality does not resemble our Earth reality. Eh...no big deal. I already knew I wouldn't be going back.  So on we go. She takes her time doing the rest of the pedi splitting her time between my nails and chatting with her co-workers. No. Really. She actually stopped doing my pedi a few times to chat with the other workers in the salon. Really. So she finally gets finished and moves me over to the drying table. Then she asks if I'm ready to pay. Sure. I go to get my card and she tells me..."it's $20 for you today"...um....what? I tell her that the price sign says $15. She says yes but we charge $5 extra for Sea Salt. LOLOL...no. I'm really not joking. So I tell her that the sign does not say that and she says that SHE told me that when she asked if I wanted the Sea Salt. Yea. No. So we argued back and forth a bit when I told her I refused to pay extra for that. So we go back and forth...blah blah blah...then she says...ok I'll give you $2 off...so $18. Um...no. I refused to budge and she finally tells me ok, fine $15. As she takes my card she asked me if I wanted to add her tip to the charge? ROTFL...um...how about NO. This whole time she and her co-workers are talking about how much of a bitch I am b/c I refused to pay the $5 extra. Again ladies...make sure the dumb American can't understand what your saying first. Just food for thought. Read Less
