CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! The work done is amazing (by Janet and Renee only), but the customer service Kim (the owner) provides is terrible. She has a terrible attitude,she is very rude, and impatient. I cannot stand the fact that every time I come in to relax she has to say something smart, and thinks that smiling with my child makes up for the bs she says to me. I have been going here since new nails was owned by Kim and located next door to American Deli. I will never return after my experience with the manager today . They disregard your technician request , and have poor communication with their customers. I sat and waited over an hour and the owner essentially told me it was my fault cause he assumed I was waiting on a ride ? After I asked him why he didn’t check with me earlier to correct this assumption , his energy and tone became negative. And as I stated to him he began acting like an ass. After I tried to return to understand again , how the establishment was operating he continued to be aggressive and rude, which was reciprocated , given I had wasted my time waiting and his lack of acknowledging his fault, until my concerns were no longer of interest to him stating that “he was done” and walked off. I always get my eyelashes only done here ! Was short on time decided to get my nails and toes done I honestly think I was overcharged. I got short acrylic coffin nails with the pink powder that’s it nothing extra and that was $40 😳 thennnnn the tech cut me on my left pinky and pretended like he didn’t even see it 🤦🏾‍♀️ As for my toes I was charged $10 just for them to change the polish 😂 money isn’t an issue as I still tipped both persons but I just don’t feel like my nails were worth $40 or look like it either ... someone recommended Renee or Tee for my eyebrows but I skipped on that because I can deal with my nails being ok but as far as my eyebrows that’s a no.i think I’m going to continue to go to my regular nail shop in Lithonia Read Less

Was the worse service I've ever had. Had my nail done for 4 day and the started chipping and these were gel nails. I went back to get them fixed and the owner Ms. Kim told me that I had been there several times before and I tried to explain to her that it was my second time ever coming into that place. She proceeds to tell me I'm a liar, tried to take my picture after I had went off on her. She also told me not to come back if the polish messes up and that its 5000 nail shops in Atlanta and not to ever come back to hers. Nails looked like I did them! Which is probably the worst feeling when leaving the nail salon. I have been here a few times, mainly holidays because they are festive and the main girl is hilarious and fun to be around. Today I went for Mother's Day with my mom and sister. I got a gel mani, they both got pedis and eyebrows. My gel mani looks literally like either me or my 5 year old nephew did my nails. The girl really just didn't care and was ready to go by the time she got to me. She was really awful. My mom and sister both felt their pedicures were mediocre at best. I wouldn't recommend at all! Except for eyebrows... both my mom and sister eyebrows were on point. Make sure the main, outgoing woman does them, she is worth it! Read Less

My friend referred me here to get the holographic nails.  The service was average, the nail tech did her job not much of a conversation other then nail color which is cool i wasn't looking to make a friend.  The nails came out perfect.  The downside is they seem to be unsure what the price was.  When I asked how much would it be, she had to talk to like 4 different people to get a price. If you offer the service why is it so difficult to come up with a price.  The second issue was... My nails nor my pedicure lasted long.  My nails looked great I must say I got several compliments but then 3 nails had came off by day 8... and 3 nails were loose.  WTH?  And my pedicure lasted less then that because the paint was chipping a few days after getting them done.  I usually can rock my nails for at least 2 weeks and a pedicure lasts a while in "open-toed" shoes weather. Overall i spent $80 (that's excluding the tip I gave)  for nails that barely lasted a week.  It's too many nail shops around, I probably won't come here again. Read Less

I started coming here after I felt 'slighted' by my old nail technician and now I'm wondering why I wasn't coming here all along! The nail salon is large, clean and bright. I love their pedicures, there are three types ranging from $18-$25. I got the $25 pedi to prepare my feet for sandal weather. It felt soooo good! I also got a full gel set and was very happy with how they looked and felt. Ann was very attentive and we had great conversation. She even provided tips on maintain soft, subtle feet in between pedicures and the dangers of clipping my toenails too low (that's probably tmi but OH WELL!) I enjoyed her services so much that I made a follow up appointment with her. She's my techie now...  If you are in Southeast Decatur I suggest going to New Nails. Read Less

This place was a total bust. I waited for 15 minutes to get a fill and pedicure...the gel polish selection was extremely small and after having to tell the tech how I wanted my nails and show him how crooked they were he tells me the gel color I chose was not available, shows another similar color and they were out of that color as well so he charged me extra because he took off my original gel polish and I ended up not getting gel because they were out or so many choices that weren't even available but they were showing it to me. Paid $25 for a fill in with no polish, the owner was just as ignorant and couldn't understand anything I was saying. I will never ever be back nor would I recommend anyone. Read Less

This was my first time visiting this nail spa I was killing time waiting on someone so I thought I would check it out. From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked how I was doing and what services I would like. I didn't even look at the price list because I originally just came in for a gel color change. Once he looked at my nails he said he would do a fill for only $5 dollars more making my total $20 dollars I was like WHOA! Ok let's do that! I was shocked at the super reasonable pricing. Not only did the fill, but he also cut my nails down and reshaped them and did a gel polish without any extra charges.  I was very pleased. The place listed all their licenses right up front and it was nice and clean. They have 15 nail stations and 14 spa chairs for pedicures and they also have an area where they wax and do eye lash extensions. The place was huge. If you are ever looking for a reasonable but exceptional nail experience check them out. Michael finished my nails in 30 minutes and I loved the color and the shape. I still go to my normal nail salon but this place looked too good to pass up so I had to try it.There is plenty of parking and it's located in a shopping mall area just in case the person you're with doesn't want to wait inside. Terrible customer service and staff rushes that you don't really get a pampering experience. I believe that certain products they use are illegal make sure you check that out. Got a pedicure and my toe nail for the first time would not grow back bc of harsh chemicals being used. Stopped going and my feet are back healthy again. Read Less

I always give places a second chance. Second time coming here, not only was there attitude, but my nails were horrible. If you don't want to do someone nails then don't do it. The first guy i wanted coffin nails.. it was no where nail coffin nails when I showed him a picture. Second time, I waited over a month, and I got someone else. This guy caught an attitude because he had to do my nails, I changed mymind on the shape BEFORE he even put on the nails. Then he want to criticize me on what I can do with my nails. What's the problem? I'm paying for it, so it shouldn't be a problem. Now, he didn't even size up to make sure the nails are the same.. length isn't what I wanted when I told him before doing my nails.. he just started clipping and now my nails are shorter than how I usually get them. Service as terrible. I honestly was going to get a pedicure, but I rather go to Haute Spot in Atlanta. i'm officially done with this place.. sometimes you just have to go far and pay more for good service and awesome nails!
