Was skeptical about getting a full set and pedicure here since I'm from Cali and the yelp reviews are not that great. Was greeted immediately, there was a lot of people , wait time was leas than 5 minutes . I got my nails done by Kenny and pedicure by Hannah. Both were great!!! Great service . Same prices. This place is awesome  we walked in no appointments they took us (3) of us, right away. We're from out of town California to be specific... we spent about an hour looking on yelp for a place to go! Most places don't have the greatest reviews so it was hard but we gave this place a chance. Their most recent reviews were all good so it was a no brainer .... so glad we did they're great very friendly and awesome at what they do! Last weekend I flew to Atlanta for a Wedding, but was in dire need of a manicure and pedicure. I went to yelp for suggestions and saw so many great reviews for Nailtrap. Luckily, I was able to sign in and get my nails done on a FRIDAY before close! Hannah was my nail tech and she did an Amazing Job! The service is great here and they are very sanitary. I wish that they could open a Nailtrap here in Memphis and bring Hannah! Every time I visit Atlanta I will make it a priority to stop by the Nailtrap to get my nails done! Read Less

Long story short... they don't do sns and don't know how to properly file down past sns and to put gel on top. She tried to up charge me for gel power set but I politely shut that down because that isn't even a real thing. She broke most of my nails while I was there then charged me to add tips. It's only been 7 days and my nails look like crap again because she filled down too far. Their polish selection is great though. My pedicure came out fine. And she slayed my eyebrows. I would not return for a manicure it's a waste of money but if I have no other options I'll come back for pedicure and brows. Read Less

This place has been here for years. I use to come here back in high school, then the nail tech that was doing my nails move to another location. Years later I've made my way back & I've found a great nail tech. Her name is Katie, she does the perfect medi/pedi. She takes her time when doing my nails. NailTrap is very professional. There are times the wait is longer than usual. But it's worth the wait. They definitely get you in and out, so I don't mind waiting for good service. Read Less

I received the worst customer service today. I was told that after going to this salon for over three years I was no longer welcome. After being in the shop for 3 1/2 hours my nails looked like a Two year old polished them. I called and they told me to come in and get it repaired. After arriving and waiting for a hour I was told this was the best they could do and I can get a refund.. While waiting so many customers were turned away and asked to come another day. I received the worst customer service EVER today. My nails look like my 7 year old daughter did them. The guy who serviced me, did a horrible job. 2 nails are wrong & nail polish wasnt cleaned up off skin & under my nails. The guy also told me I irritated him & aggravated him. All I ask was if he could fix my thumb nail. I wanted to give a tip (cause I always do) but not with his nasty attitude. He also requested that I pay before he polish my nails. You can expect to be politely greeted at the door upon arrival. Make an appointment or expect to wait a while. They do an excellent job on all services offered which is why and they are usually packed with customers. My gel manicure has held up for three weeks, still looks good. I'm impressed! Read Less

This is a mediocre salon. While getting a manicure/pedicure, I didn't see the technician properly sanitize the equipment. I was initially given the same towel as the previous customer. My pedicure was just alright, although the massage was nice. My manicure was terrible. They do not specialize in natural nails. I had to complain before the lady came to clean up my nails; she should've taken the initiative to make sure my nails were presentable. I shouldn't have to complain about the mediocre job. I probably won't return. I'll continue to go to my black salon because I know they take the proper precautions with sanitation & the quality of work. Two stars because the location is convenient. I have been going to Nail Trap for almost 10yrs. They are the best. I live in Buckhead and I dont mind make the 20min commute to get my mani/pedi. I have been letting Cindy do my Mani/pedi and Luann does my eyebrows. I dont have to look in mirror bc its always perfect. Rates are reasonable unlike some buckhead prices I have paid for. (only for polish changes). There is a wide assortment of polishes from Opi, China Glaze, Orly, Essie, and list goes on. The rest of staff is always friendly and helpful. Read Less
