I was there. Twice actually. I had to get my gel manicure nails redone because it peeled off the next day. I was very disappointed. The staff was nice and apologetic. It was still an inconvenience to me return that same week for my gel manicure. I would be happy to share my receipt as proof of visiting the nail salon for this service upon request. Read Less

They were very friendly which I give the stars for. They made my cousin and I feel welcome. We stopped in because we both live at different ends of Atlanta and it was the halfway point. We both had a pedicure and I also had my natural nails shaped and painted the same as my toes. The pedicure was relaxing. Unfortunately the polish is chipping and peeling already (noticed this morning and only had them done yesterday at around 2pm). My cousin also said that hers are chipping when I called and asked her. I called the store because I can't go all the way back there to get them redone. I received several excuses such as I must have chosen polish that is for gel or acrylic nails, however this wasn't stated to me when I chose the polish. In fact I was told it would look great. To spend $45 and nails chipping less than 24 hours later is not satisfactory. I'm hoping they will remedy this because I do not want to have to contact my bank. They can verify that I was there yesterday; I got nude colored nails and my cousin got red on her big toes and black for the rest of her feet. Read Less

I went to get a pedi. Told the lady to cut my toes nails down a little and she cut it as far as she could. I told the guy at front desk before she went any farther. He switched techs and told me she would fix it. Ok cool. I look at my toes when finished and she didn't do anything to it. I spoke with a guy again. This time he tried to make me say i liked it. Even tried to make the lady next to me say she liked it. She just gave him a crazy look. Then he said she can fix it again but that's what he told me at first. Now my toes nails are uneven and he said oh they will grow back quick. Yeah in a week or two. I will never go there again. Read Less

I posted pics of my broken nails on their page, along w/the text to say when I was there. I went on Saturday and less than 24 hrs later my nail had broken. Then 4 days later, the 2nd nail broke. I will admit, I came into the shop w/the nails already crack. However, I usually have a salon glue the nail, the dust acrylic over it until it grows out. The nail tech, did not glue the cracks. She just dusted a light powder over it, that turned into an acrylic "looking" overlay. Although, she said it was not acrylic, it was powder. So I pay her $5 extra for this "powder repair" and it did not even last 24 hrs. I would have given it 1 star, however, the other times I have been there have been OK. I'm not saying I won't go back, but I definitely do not plan on paying EXTRA for a powder that does not even hold the nail a few hours after the fact. I paid $80 for the service all together, and for that amount, I would have loved to see my nails last the full 2 wks. STOP being cheap w/your supplies @LTNails! That dang on nail glue didn't even cost you the $5 I paid to have you drop a drop on my nails! Had I known that "powder" wouldn't hold, I would have told you to put the glue on it 1st! LOVE this place. It's been my go-to nail salon in Decatur since 2008. I try to get a mani/pedi every 2-3 weeks. They are very nice and accommodating here. Always friendly, inviting and reasonably priced. They have a good nail color selection as well as gels and powder options. Also lots of good magazines and the comfie massage chairs. I also like to come here with my five year old niece. It's quite the treat for her and they are so good with her. They are very sweet and make her feel special. I have been coming (along with my aunt, sister and mom!) to LT Nails for over 10 years. I can't recommend them enough. Some folks have mentioned long waits or bad service but in a decade, that's never been my experience. I've gotten everything from pink and white acrylic nails here (for my senior prom, back in the day) to eyebrow waxing.I love that it's squeaky clean every time. The manis are solid and they do fabulous SNS (my newest obsession). The real treat here is the pedicure menu. I most recently had the "Champagne and Roses" and left feeling like a pampered princess. I first started going to LT Nails in 2003 when I lived in Decatur. I moved to Cobb County and found a nail shop that I would go to but it just wasnt LT Nails. I went back to LT Nails and I won't leave until Amy and Kenny leave. I drive make the drive bi-weekly. I love the atmosphere and Kenny and Amy are GREAT! Amy is AWESOME!
