I went to get a fill-in with gel polish he initially did a good job until I realized he didn’t fix the nails that were damaged he just painted over them. The next day 2 nails chipped and another one the paint was peeling off, I work in an office so I don’t do any physical work where I would damage my nails myself. This isn’t my first time getting a fill-in with gel polish but this is the first time that the polish peeled off the next day. If you are someone who likes your nails looking flawless, do not bother going anywhere but here. This nail salon is like no other. Everyone who works here are true artists. I searched and searched for a legitimate nail salon and could not find one until I found Jazzy's salon. They take their time to do the job right, are creative, professional and truly care about the work they do. They do not rush or half ass the job. My nails always stay looking great for 3-4 weeks. I am so happy that I decided to give this place a try several months ago. I found this salon by doing a Google search for black owned nail salons. I wanted to make an effort to support my own community. I was impressed with Jasmine's quality of work, and she did do a good job on my nails the 3 times I went. However, I got the impression from my first visit that they really don't need my business. I let that slide at first because I figured they must be doing something right to keep their clientele coming back. What really turned me off was my last pedicure with Meme. She made me feel like I totally inconvenienced her and was not willing or able to do the design that I wanted. She had no samples of work to show me either. There were communication issues when booking online. Bottom line is I am not going to continue going out of my way and spending twice the amount of time just to get poor customer service. There's a time when a urgent nail appointment is needed. That time came upon me. Not sure how it happen, but somehow my big toe nail split,  and deeply.  I couldn't take another step without having it repaired. I wanted to go to a salon (in my neighborhood) that could not only save my nail but also provide a bit of education.Sooooo happy to find Jazzy Nail Salon. They are appointment only salon but I called to see if there were any openings. Lucky me, an appointment was available within 15 mins. The salon is only 8 mins from my house in the plaza that shares a parking lot with Walmart.  My GPS Kendra is AWESOME! I told her about my split over the phone and she provided a few solutions immediately. It was too deep to cut so she glued it to prevent further splitting and put he over it. Good as new!!!  She has great attention to detail and a gentle touch. Pumice stones are not reused so Kendra offered it to me to take home! Don't mind if I do  We laughed and talked a lot too which made the experience even better.The shop is welcoming and has a good vibe. No problem!).They use only the best products on clients to make sure that not only are your nails beautiful, but safe as well. A lot of shady nail salons will use an acrylic powder known as MMA which is an extremely dangerous powder that is only safe when used by dental technicians to make crowns for teeth. MMA acrylic powder will wreak havoc on your nails, Google it! However, that is _NOT_ the case with Jazzy Nail Studio! They use a very safe, high end brand of EMA (EMA is the only acrylic safe for nails) known as Young Nails! Ensuring beautiful, safe acrylics every time! Acrylics not your thing? I saw their work on Instagram and was greatly impressed. Then I realized they're a B.O.B and I knew I had to try them. I booked online through Styleseat.  I'm not as trendy as I should be so I wasn't completely sure of what I should book for the look I wanted. But Jazzy kindly made the adjustments based on what I actually received. The shop is small but professional. The techs weren't overly talkative but VERY friendly and welcoming.  I absolutely love that it's by appointment only so there weren't ten women waiting in the wings glaring at you lol. I've been to Jazzy Nail Studio three times now and it's all because I found Vivi on instagram. She's such an amazing Nail technician. She is friendly, timely, and very informative. Usually when you have all those characteristics you might be lacking in creativity. Not Vivi she can set you up with all kinds of glam nails from your basic pink and whites or my favorite nude acrylics to even some ultra bedazzled diamonds are forever nails. So if you're a basic girl, you like glam nails every once in a while or you're a diva who needs gem encrusted nails with a tasteful look. Vivi is your girl!!!!!! So go get  nailed by VIVI because she's one of the best!!!!P.S. The Jazzy Nail Studio has a nice aesthetics to it pretty color scheme, clean and friendly staff. I never see people waiting since most ppl are by appointments. I think anyone looking from something different from the regular rushed nail salon job you get from most places you should come here. Love it here! Kendra is my stylist & does them exactly how I want them. She does not rush and she takes her time. What i love the most is that my nails were sculpted with just straight acrylic no tip included. Also the biggest thing for me is that their products have labels on them. I recently visited Jazzy Nails for the first time recommended by a co-worker, The services were great my nail stylist was Viviana she does awesome work. I would highly recommend her she takes her time to treat the hands and feet not rushed all does all of this with a warm smile. The shop is warm and inviting and very calming not the typical services that many of us have gotten accustomed to. Great attention to detail on my gel manicure and friendly accommodating staff! I just moved to the Atlanta area and was looking for a nail salon. I looked on groupon and found a greatly discounted service. I booked my reservation with Ty through style seat which was very easy. The service I received was excellent and Ty a joy to meet. I  arrived ~10 minutes before my appointment time and after waiting for a few minutes I walked back to Jazzy's area. She told me she was running approximately 30 minutes behind schedule and suggested that I come back the next day if I didn't have time to wait. I told her I would wait and be serviced that today. After waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes, it was finally my turn. Unfortunately, I did not receive a full manicure instead I only received a very rushed polish change instead.
