I came in a couple weeks ago to have gel acrylic square nails done. 2 of my nails were not put on correctly and were crooked. They did not clean my nails before they began putting on nails. In result of that i now have a fungal infection in my right pinky nail! If i wouldnt have taken that nail off last night after i got home from church it could have been worse. My nail was being eaten away because of the infection. My real nail was starting to rot off of my skin! Because of that i will NEVER be back there EVER again. It could have been a lot worse for me if i wouldnt have taken that nail off when i did. This is the first time i have ever have a fungal infection caused by unsanitary work at a nail salon! I have had my nails done for 3-5 months at a time and have never experienced this! If i was able to, id post a picture on here for you all to see the horrible damage that was done to my real nail. Came in about a week ago and paid for a full set plus I gave a tip. Was asked to pay before my nails were painted which I'm used to. Reading all of the good reviews makes me wonder if I had such a bad experience because I look young (I'm 20). I asked for coffin nails and the result of this was my tips are thick (does not curve like she just left gobs of acrylic at the tips of my nails.) and the acrylic is wavy/uneven. My nail polish didn't reach the bottom of my nail on the second coat either which is very noticeable. Day 2 of having them I started to really look at them and I saw all of these problems. The nail polish had so many bubbles as well. I'm very disappointed that I paid the same amount as everyone else who left a comment plus a tip and received such poor service . This was just disrespectful and lazy. If you don't look like you have money I would suggest going somewhere else. I will never get my nails done here again. Read Less

I have been going to this spa for about 10 years. Ever since they opened the store. I am always satisfied with the job.  Dylan and Sunny are the best.  Always polite. Will not go any where else ever to get my nails done.  I get an acrylic fill in and Pedicure about every 2 -3 weeks.I absolutely LOVE this place.Lynn H. Read Less

I went here and I got a pedicure and full set with gel nails and they did everything perfectly. They all treated us very friendly. I feel like this is the number one best place to get your nails done you won't get a headache from the nail polish. Like you do other places. Read Less

Went here for the first time, and I'd have had a better pedicure from a farrier.  No joke.  The guy that did my feet used a hard bristle brush on my toes.  I've been getting regular manicures and pedicures (monthly) for over 30 years, and have never experienced such harsh treatment of my feet.  If I had used sandpaper, it would have felt better. No massage, no soaking between work on feet.  I had a gel manicure that was OK, but the pedicure was truly the WORST ever in my years.  So, NEVER will I go there again. Read Less

I can paint my own nails at home, but I get a pedicure for the massage and relaxation. Despite being the only one in there, I felt like the lady rushed and did a poor job. Hardly scrubbed the bottoms of my feet, and merely rubbed lotion on my legs instead of massaging. I've definitely had better pedicures elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed and after going here for years I will never go back! First of all the girl completely ruined my eyebrows and there a big gap of hair missing! Second, I was over charged for a manicure and polish. Lastly, she messed up my polish. She screwed up and put 3 coats on one hand and only 2 on the other. Now it looks like I have 2 completely different colors of polish on my nails! I'm so frustrated! Don't waste your time and $$ here! There are other salons in the area that do a better job! Read Less
