WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Myself and two family members were looking to get our nails done and seen this place had good reviews, so we stopped by. When we walked in there was only one person getting a pedicure everything else was open. The lady informed us that they had an appointment at 4:45, one appointment that’s it, so she could not help us, she might have room for one. THE WHOLE STORE WAS EMPTY! She also had a very rude and stuck up attitude that I would not recommend to give to potential customers. But her loss she could have made the money of 3 appointments 🤷🏻♀️

Always super friendly atmosphere, with wonderfully talented staff that are sincerely friendly. Call make appointments to ensure you get time for all the pampering possible. All staff are mega talented...
Always super friendly atmosphere, with wonderfully talented staff that are sincerely friendly. Call make appointments to ensure you get time for all the pampering possible. All staff are mega talented and treat everyone with red carpet service so you could never get a bad technician to service your nail pampering needs.

I have been here several times and have never been let down. Any of the techs will do a great job. It is best to make an appointment. Their prices are a little bit higher than other salons in Dalton but they are the best salon around. The place is clean and feels more sophisticated that other salons.

The customer service is wonderful here! Everyone is friendly and respectful. They are perfectionists and wont let you leave with the slightest smudge. There is a wait and it tends to be better to make an appointment but that just shows how good they are. Prices are comparable to other nail salons.

I had heard very postive things about this place, but I must admit it was a let down. I made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes. Plus the SOME of the staff was very rude and snobby. All of that I could have dealt with, if they did a good solid job on my nails. However, I have never received such poor quality of work. When I got in my car to leave I noticed paint all over my skin, literally all over. And the nails looked very slopply done. I didn't even asked for anything difficult. I simply got acrylics/French tips I probably could've done a better job myself. There's a slim chance I will ever go back.

Previous posters have complained of smell, but I haven't noticed anything that I wouldn't smell anywhere else. I feel like family here. If you had a bad experience, give it another chance. The techs here are very friendly, kind and caring!

I visited with 3 coworkers. The staff were on schedule, very attentive, and friendly. The salon was clean and well organized. Lan did an excellent job, and I will be returning.

I was looking for a new place to get my nails done. Happened upon this place. Although it had mixed reviews from my friends. The other poster on here is right, it smells badly of chemicals in there-Like open the door bad. I got a manicure which was semi painful from the new girl. Took FOREVER. She painted them and then the polish dried grey & clumpy not black:/ so she re-painted them. Got home went out for New Years. The polish was chipped the next day and full on chunks of polish missing by day 2. For a $15 manicure I WONT be going back. Wow. I was so mad but I knew if I took it in they would think if was rough on them or something and it was my fault. So just not going back. Beware.

Total let down. The staff was too busy to help me. I waited 30 mins for a wax! It stinks in there! Horrible headache from the chemicals! The service wasn't very friendly! A bit pricey for a unfriendly staff and 5 mins of waxing. They didn't offer me any other services! Doubt I will go back.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Myself and two family members were looking to get our nails done and seen this place had good reviews, so we stopped by. When we walked in there was only one person getting a pedicure everything else was open. The lady informed us that they had an appointment at 4:45, one appointment that’s it, so she could not help us, she might have room for one. THE WHOLE STORE WAS EMPTY! I have been here several times and have never been let down. Any of the techs will do a great job. It is best to make an appointment. Their prices are a little bit higher than other salons in Dalton but they are the best salon around. The place is clean and feels more sophisticated that other salons.

I had heard very postive things about this place, but I must admit it was a let down. I made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes. Plus the SOME of the staff was very rude and snobby.
