The rudest nail salon I have ever visited! They were unbelievably rude!! One of the men kept snapping his fingers at my sister. A woman was very rude to me and kept shoving my hand away every time she was done with it. They left gel nail polish all over my skin and around my nails . It was my first visit and AWFUL SERVICE. I've been here plenty of times. Went there when they had just first opened. I've always had Great service here, everyone has always been very friendly to me. Love coming here. My nails always come out great. Love their pedicures as well. They always make sure I'm comfortable. Idk why some ppl say they are rude, I've never seen or had a negative experience here. Read Less

Greeted at the door by a man who was more interested in what was on his phone than saying hello to his customers. He never even looked up at me. My pedicure was done by a woman who was obviously in a hurry. My pedicure was done so quickly that I pulled in and out of the place in 34 minutes....no kidding. Classic pedicure is $20. I asked to have a coated of glitter polish over my solid color (no design) and was charged $30. When I handed her my card, she had the audacity to ask if I wanted to tip her. First of all I came here before I went on vacation. I received a Manicure and Pedicure and an eye brow waxing for $52. I got the basic Pedi and that most of time includes removal of dead skin. I didn't receive a design on any of my nails but was charged for a design for using a different color polish on two toes. He did NOT REMOVE dead skin off my feet and tbh I was very dissatisfied with it. I did not tip and will never come back to this place ever again. I could have had a 10 year old do what they charged for a pedicure. They are rude and I will go else where with my business. Go elsewhere to get a Spa Pedi. Read Less

I've given this place a ton of chances most of the time they are rude and you can tell they are talking about you! And I like to go where I can take my daughter also and just be able to walk in when I can't get to my regular nail tech! But when you pay 40$ and they don't even clean the dead skin around your cuticles and leave polish on your skin,and your pedicure took 20 minutes I can do a better job myself at home!! I'm not one to complain but when I pay $35 for a pedicure my feet better feel brand new... but instead the balls of my feet are literally ripped to shreds. They are worse than before and hurt. She didn't scrub them well enough nor did she scrub them correctly or this would not have happened. I'm constantly having to wear socks bc the balls of my feet are picking on my carpet and it hurts. Not to mention I asked for a simple glitter ombré on my big toe and when she tried and i...t didn't work she scrapped off the glitter, didn't repaint the base color, and just painted over it. So I left with awkward chunks of glitter on my nail. She also missed half of a few of my smaller nails with the plain red polish. I had to ask someone else to touch them up for me bc the other lady didn't even clean up where she got it all over my skin. I Luv Nails has been my salon for some time and I was impressed on my first visit. They offer many options with the nail color and have new colors available on a regular basis. I'm a big OPI fan and those colors are available as well as the new colors when released. I also like the options available for manicures and pedicures. Lee normally does my nails, but when she is not available several others have and I have not had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone! Read Less

Went there with a friend for the first time yesterday. As soon as I sat down the guy doing my nails was rude, I started looking at the nail colors they had painted on the nails (like the other customers were) and he told me rudely that those weren't the colors that they were on the back wall. The price on the menu was $25 for acrylics (which was what I got) so I told him I wanted them almond shaped then all the sudden it was an extra 5$ for whatever reason. I asked nicely if I could have the powder with the glitter in it because I prefer it better than glitter nail polish and he refused to give me what I wanted on my 30$ set of nails.. not going back again Read Less
