I went in because the yelp reviews on here were decent. I will never go back. I asked for SNS manicure and the Medicare part never happened. At the very end the person cut off some of my dried skin around the nail but really did not manicure my hands. Also I said I wanted a nude color not pink and I was told it would be see-through and not pink and it is pink. There is gunk underneath all of my nail sticking to my fingers are compressing against my fingers underneath The nail that I'm having to peel out. When I look at it from the side most of the nails are lumpy and uneven. They do not look natural at all. And finally when he was filing my pinky nail he cut my finger with the nail file and then put some sort of solution on my nail and it burns like hell and he tried to say it was my hangnail when you can clearly see it's a cut from the nail file. Horrible!! Their not very clean, and you’re waiting forever. I walked in on a Sunday at 1:45 and within five min three people walked in after me. All three of them were started and serviced while I waited for 20 min to be started. (And no they didn’t have appointments, they were inquiring how long of a wait, how much for a mani/pedi etc) which I think is poor business. I own two businesses that’s not how you treat a first time client. Then the guy that comes over is CLEARLY new and VERY slow. My fill came out horrible, crooked nails, jagged edges etc. I would have asked for them to be fixed but I had already been there 2 and a half hours and couldn’t be there any longer. Fast forward three days later and I had a stress fracture on my nail (a crack in the middle) so I went back in, and again, waited 20 min to have a small crack fixed. When the woman comes over she barley files the nail down and pretty much adds the acrylic powder to the base of the nail (not near the feature) and goes very lightly over the crack if at all. Needless to say it cracked a day later again which tells me their powder is cheap and poor quality. I’ve been getting my nails done for 19 years and very seldom do my nails crack. You can go to any of the newer salons in the area and they’ll do so much better. However if you do go to them at least set an appt, ask for someone who’s not new and be able to deal with the less than clean environment. Read Less

Love this salon. They are super friendly and try so hard to remember everyone. The prices are reasonable. The salon always looks tidy and relaxing with the rock/water feature. I can’t help but go at their normal busy times because of work but if anyone needs a good nail salon and has time during the week/daytime go see this place. I have been going here for 5 years every 2 weeks, religiously. I have loved my tech and this salon and have been faithful to it. Yesterday I was informed by a friend of mine who is also a customer and that was there, that there was a fight at the salon between techs and a male tech slapped a female tech. I will never ever visit this place again. A place that allows that kind of stuff to take place is not a place that will ever get my business again. I am beyond disappointed, not to mention disgusted. Won't be going anywhere else, anytime soon. Had acrylics for 2 plus decades. Heard about SNS and thought I would try...no odor & little filing to be done which I love. Daughter wanted pink and white and they argued with me and her that she should get SNS. Continued to argue about it through the entire process all because the owner is the only one who can do acrylics and she had other appointments. Then to top it off the girl doing my nails who was arguing didn't even finish my fill in. Didn't wipe down my hands or put lotion on them. Just walked off! Read Less

Do not go here on a weekend like during the day without calling to make an appointment. This was my first time and i decided to walk in. I waited for about 20 mins then i got a pedi chair and had my feet in the water another 20 minutes. Finally, David did my toes but not before helping me pick a SNS color for my mani. Another lady did my mani and she got antsy because i didn't like the color. I was discussing with David and she continued to dip my fingers. Interesting that I was telling him not her but he was more helpful than she was! If she had stopped or checked after the first finger to make sure i was ok with the color, she wouldn't have to soak my fingers again and file them! After all that, I was able to find a pretty light pink and she did an ok good (have had better). I will return but not before making an appointment with David and hopefully he can hook me up with a better manicurist. Read Less

! First time coming into this place. Beautiful establishment. No nail salon smell at all. Upon walking in, i was greeted and told to pick a chair to sit at. Looks like today is a busy day for them. I waited for about 35mins total before starting. I ended up getting rose gold sns coffen nails.Total was 48.00. Whew! Expensive but worth it. I went to Lily (also known as Mama). She's great. I will definitely go back to her. She took her time and made conversation as well. She even offered a drink! (water, coke, sprite) Now thats customer service!. Horrible worst rushed nail set ever. I received the S&S nail set and two of my nails fell off within a week. I also have a French manicure on my toes which started chipping two days after my set was complete. Please do not waste your time for the quality is deplorable Read Less

Tina and Cindy are my favorite! When I go, I always ask for them. I have NEVER felt uncomfortable in anyway when they are doing my nails. Also, this nail salon is super clean which is a must for me. 3rd time at the salon. 1st two times went great. Today I sat in a chair for 2.5hrs to get a fill in and nail design on 2 nails. By the time it was all said and done, I left without any designs because the owners were out of town and apparently they are the only ones that can paint a chevron design out of 12 girls in the salon. It would have been very helpful had the staff told me when I arrived, rather than stumble around "trying" to get someone to figure it out. I will not be going back. Tips n Toes lost my business. I walked in after being referred by two other friends and was very happy I did! First thing that I noticed was that I did not smell the overwhelming chemical odor. The chairs and manicure stations were immaculate. Niki helped me figure out the type of service I wanted (gel manicure) and I couldn't be happier with the result. They had a great selection of colors (both regular and gel). I can't wait to go back for a pedicure and polish change, Highly recommend! Read Less
