I got my husband to go get a pedicure with me while we were in between errands. Sounds fun right.... well they sat us together immediately but only one attendant came started on my husband. Left me in the water and finally I had to decline a pedicure because my husband was 2/3 of the way finished and we had to be somewhere. I would have appreciated their honesty in saying they didn't have time for both right now instead of literally walking past us 73 times before I finally flagged someone down and was told it would be one second but that turned into 6 more minutes. Awful, awful, awful.  The shop itself was pretty dirty, there was no soap in the bathroom, and they seem to get offended when you don't want sns. Asking for regular acrylic nails because you don't want to soak off the sns each time is apparently funny and you will be called cheap by their staff. I will never go back there Read Less

This place is very nice inside so I give them one star for that.  The customer service I experienced was not up to par.  I have been getting my nails done for years so I know exactly what I want and do not need. To make a long story short they wanted to charge me $10 for a polish change because I did not want my SNS remover from a couple of my nails...my natural nails at that. I only wanted them to smooth it down on my nail bed because it was only applied to repair a crack in my natural nail.  Therefore I will not be returning to this establishment and I will not recommend them to any of my friends that are in the area.  Thank you, but no thank you for a $10 polish change using regular polish that I brought in myself!!! I went to do the SNS nails and they had one of the guys do it. It was horrible the nails were slanted. It did not look natural.  I showed the owner and she agreed. I had to wait for someone else do my nails. I was there for three hours. The owner ended giving me a 2.00 discount for the inconvenience. I've been here 3 times so far and each time my experience gets worse. The #1 reason they're getting 1 star is because they do not clean their tools, chairs, etc properly (at all for that matter). I didn't notice this until the last visit but it disgusting. Second, The nail tech's are grumpy and the customer service as a whole sucks. Third, they're extremely over priced. But seriously, they don't put the plastic cover in the water where your feet go and they 100% do not clean them (I watched 2 people go to one chair with the nail tech cleaning after each one ) Read Less

So after a long day of work I expected to relax and get my nails done, I came in Monday afternoon with my boyfriend around 6:30pm. When we first get in there of course they sit us down to get a pedicure. Finally after 40 min of waiting in the chair with cold water they finally start on our feet, I also asked if I could get a full set SNS when I first came in and the lady came in and proceeded to do my nails but then left to go service another client that JUST CAME IN after i have been waiting for just about an hour. She gave no warning, or anything. And after all of the other nails techs tell her she comes over and tell me that they were "Running Behind"This has been the worst service I have ever received and I can Guarantee you that I would NEVER be going back. Came here last Friday morning around 10am and they were already filing up. I came in for a pedi and was seated immediately. My technician was Tim and he was great! I got to sit in the spa chair and get a massage it was nice. Eventually the chair shut off and when I tried to set it back to where I had it, I couldn't figure it out. It turned back on butt mode and it hurt.Tim was very gentle and asked me how I wanted my nails trimmed and ensured I had my color. I picked #1 pedi because I was in a hurry for a wedding across town later that afternoon and was on a budget. I still got a sugar scrub, which was actually amazing!! And a quick hot towel rinse off. The sugar scrub smelled amazing and did not hurt. I'm really sensitive to scrubs, but this was perfect. The only con was that my nail polish might have been a little old. My tech had a hard time applying and by the end of my night had rubbed off on 2 nails. Tim said they had been open 8 months. I don't think their polish should already be thick and hard to use in that short of time if they had new polishes - I picked a light pink OPI color.I will be back! Upon my first visit I tried SNS for the first time because the owner Tina had told me how strong they were. I had 5 nails break the very next day. When I went back they were fixed but the next day same thing happened. I had nails breaking. I was given a hard time when I went back a second time. My second bad experience was because my nails were breaking again but this time because the lady had made them to thin. I had to go back on two separate occasions to have them fixed. I was asked to come back because they were busy. But a customer had walked in after me and was seen before me because the gentlemen didn't know how to do acrylic. They have a large staff but they are mostly trained in SNS. How do you run a nail salon and not properly train your staff to fully accommodate your clients?! Read Less

I have gone to here twice. The staff is friendly and do a really good job. I got the SNS powder nails and they make them look real. I am going to be a long time customer. I have really short nails. I bite them to nothing and they still took the time to make it look like I have always had nails. Thank you for a great experience. Read Less

I have gone to Noire twice in the last two months. My initial experience was more 3-star, but my recent experience was excellent. I went for a spa pedicure and gel manicure, and my nails were done well. Typically, a pedicure/manicure takes a while, but they did both at the same time to be efficient! I was happy they did because I was able to get out on half the time. I would recommend David! He is personable and professional. Read Less

Always have a great experience here. I was there when the reviewer was there that had so much trouble.... however what I observed was different... she walked in.... had a long difficult time deciding on the color 20+ minutes.... at least 4 different technicians tried to help her. It was a busy time. Finally the owner stepped in and she did not charge her for her nails as stated. It is not possible for the owner to be described as aggressive.... I work at the Publix across the street from the Nail Bar and wanted to get my nails done before I had to clock in. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by a nice gentleman and seated. I didn't have to wait long before my nail technician came and started on my nails. She did a nice job, except for after I got my nails done, an hour and a half into my shift a nails pops off. She didn't file on the tops of my nails to make sure the nail it secured properly when she glued them on. Thankfully, she was able to fix it during my lunch (no charge). Unfortunately while at work today, another nail came off and it's only been a week of me having them. This never happens so I'm a tad disappointed that I couldn't give them a full 5 star review. Other than these incidents, the place is clean with a nice atmosphere and staff. I'd recommend it to my coworkers, friends, family and customers. Read Less
