The first time I went here a guy did my SNS nails and did a great job. The second time a woman did them (I think the new owner) and they were terrible. She didn't file them smooth after the powder, just put on the top coats. They were uneven, bumpy, slanted, and I had to pay another shop to fix them. This place has changed owners 3 times. The new owners are going to be the downfall of this business. Went to get gel nails on a Saturday and by Wednesday the nails were chipping. I work 2 jobs so I called and told them my nails chipped within 4 days they said to come back and they would fix it. When I got there they stated well actually its been a week. I said I called an told you guys it chipped 4 days later and I couldn't get here prior because of work. they seemed really bothered and said well gel nails chip within a week...seriously since when? The first time I came here, I got gel and they were pretty nice. The lady who did them was very nice. I wouldn't say they were the best gel nails, but they were just decent. The lady said they would 3 weeks, but they only lasted for a little over a week. Since I haven't been successful in finding a good salon here in Dacula, I decided to return and this time I was going to get sns. This time, the girl who did my gel nails wasn't there, so another lady had to do my nails and she wasn't that nice. Usually when you first arrive at a nail salon, you want to take at least 5-10 minutes choosing your color. But the lady literally stood there with me while I was choosing the colors, and would say "Are you done yet?" It was so irritating! When she got to the part where you have to glue on the tips, she wasn't even going to let me choose the length. She was simply just going to cut them at the length she desired which was as short as my nail, when I originally wanted them long. Like, I might as well just get gel for less money if she's just gonna cut them as short as my tiny nails! Thank goodness I told her before she started cutting. Once the nails were finished, the nails on both of my middle finger were completely crooked. And on most of the nails, you could see part of my real nail, because she either chose a tip that was too small for my nail, or didn't put them on straightly. Never returning for my sns... Read Less
