This place is soooooo beautiful! I’ve been to many nail salons all across the state and I’ve never seen one as pretty as this one. This is the type of place you go when you want to fe relaxed and pampered. I was shocked that the prices were so low considering how fancy the atmosphere is. I would highly recommend this nail shop! Asked for gel. Got polish on my toes instead of gel because I had 2 women working on me at the same time and the one doing my toes didn't want to wait for the bottle of gel polish. Toes got ruined at my wedding rehearsal because I did not know toes were still wet. Went back and they refused to fix it and switch for free. Did not offer to fix the polish even. Instead, they were adamant that I pay 16 dollars more on top of the 100 from earlier in the day. I drive 35 minutes from home to go here but I'll never go back. Terrible customer service Read Less

I called ahead to make an appointment and said exactly what I wanted done. They made the appointment so I just assumed that they had the product available and skills needed. When I checked in I said I had acrylic and wanted an ombré fill in (my normal salon was closed and I needed a fill) Again they said ok and sat me with a tech. She said after looking at my nail " I won't fill in the white I'll just use pink" I thought that was weird but she must know what she is doing. My ombré I had used a nude color so after she filled it in it's pink at the bottom nude middle and pale white tip so it looks like an Easter inspired candy corn. I also had a broken nail- she attempted to lay acrylic and shape it but failed miserably. She did ask if the length was ok and I wanted them made a little shorter her reply "all of them?" I was so appalled at that reply I said forget it and leave them long-the one nail she had to do from scratch was made shorter and much thicker than the other nails. Not going back. Don't take business if you don't have the product. I would have been happy if they would have just told me they couldn't do what I wanted and I would have went elsewhere. Read Less

Beautiful place! Shame I got a fungal infection from a gel manicure. The girl filed too hard and cut me. 5 weeks later I am still dealing with a horrible infection. I had to go to the dr and get meds. When I called and spoke to the manager, she seemed unconcerned and curt. Beware! Read Less

This place used to be consistently awesome but the last few visits have been dissapointing.  When I get a pedicure I want pretty toes and soft feet. I get the $35 pedi which is a step up from the basic, but  sometimes you get a good callus remover sometimes they do not do it. It us supposed to be included. Last visit it wasn't done and I left dissapointed, ended up going for another pedicure elsewhere shortly after. Then today I asked because she didn't do it and she suggested I upgrade to paraffin wax instead of doing what's supposed to be included, then did a crappy quick once over with the pumice. So out of my last 4 visits one was awesome 2 were just ok, today was not good.  Try the place across the street in the Publix lot, less expensive and much better result. Read Less

I don't who taught the nail technicians in this nail shop but I have gone to this place several times went to several different techs and within a week span my acrylic nails fall off. The place itself was amazing. The inside was designed too look luxurious and unique compared to other places. There was a grand piano and marbled countertops. As soon as you enter and sit down, you're offered a complimentary drink and that's good nBUT. The nails. The technician could not speak english and it was really hard to communicate. She was very frustrated. I am honestly really picky with my nails and want them close to perfect, but it has hard to do so with the language barrier. The paint job was okay but the nail lengths were really uneven so when finished, I had asked to refile one side and she was really annoyed. The job in the end was good but the experience would've been better without an attitude. This use to be my go-to spot for nails. But after the last experience I had, unfortunately, I don't think I will be back. I was floored when I took my niece there and our total was $140. Apparently they kept adding treatments onto her pedicure and acrylic set without asking my permission. Leaving me to front the bill. They still don't accept tips added on your card but conveniently have an ATM onsite that will charge you fees.Read Less

What a great little place! I visited here with my sister while visiting her, and got a regular pedicure (with a paraffin wax add-on) and a gel polish change for $51! I thought this was an AMAZING deal since I basically got a manicure with my polish change -- no cuticle stuff, but my nails were clipped, filed, and shaped, and it took just as long as a regular manicure probably would have. The filing was a smidgen rough at one point, but my technician paid attention and quickly remedied The staff here is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the place is nicely set up, clean, and in general, I just had a really pleasant experience! They have loyalty cards for those who are going to be regulars, and I'll definitely be back when I'm visiting next! My manicure is holding up very nicely, and I'm a fan! Read Less

I came here on an early Thursday afternoon and it was almost empty. I was seated right away after selecting my nail colors and offered a drink (I got a water). The ladies were really friendly and nice. The place is nicely decorated (grand piano!) and clean. I had a gift certificate from my husband for a mani/pedi and ended up upgrading my manicure to a powder manicure which I had never had before (as I was going to a wedding out of town). The powder manicure was $55 but I'm going on week 2 with it and it still looks amazing! The manicurest (Ann I think her name was?) did a fantastic job with an ombré purple glitter manicure that I asked for- plus she gave me tips on 3 of my nails (no charge) so that the broken ones would be the same length as the rest. The pedicure was also really nice- and of course I smudged my toes as soon as I left and got in my car so I went back in and Sandy fixed them right away without any complaint or issue. I also had my eyebrows done- which was a normal experience compared to other nail salons that offer this.You need to remember to bring cash for the tip- but otherwise I had a great experience and would definitely return. This place is HORRIBLE!! I came for a bridal party & my guy was horrible. He was not friendly at all, cut the side of my toes really short (where hang nails are) literally hurt for over a week. Horrible paint job for both nails & toes. Then for a "massage" he slapped the back of my neck with NO lotion. My toes or nails haven't ever looked so horrible. This place is really nice and clean. Unfortunately, the staff just sucks. Don't go to Ken, he cannot polish for nothing and then will blame you and accuse you for moving too much, so that's why he had to put FOUR LAYERS of gel polish on you, ONLY for it to look like crap. I love this place. I go fairly often 1-2 times/ month, sometimes with my husband. I enjoy the different "flavors" for pedicures although the they are a little pushy about paying for the expensive ones. They've always been so friendly. I love the extra neck massage with your pedicure. I love getting gel manicures there- they take their time so it lasts for 2+ weeks. I DO NOT like that you can't tip on your card- I have been walked to the ATM in the salon before to be sure I was tipping. Read Less

The salon is not only the most beautiful salon I've ever been in, the service is spectacular! You will be treated like a king or queen. I've been there 3 times already. One of those times, I took my daughter & 2 of her friends (all 13yrs old). They had a ball getting their Mani/Pedi. As soon as you walk in, you will feel like you're in one of the EXPENSIVE salons on Rodeo Drive in CA, due to the beauty of the place. BUT, their prices are comparable to everywhere else. I just went to their grand opening with 20% off. I came in a little late after my yoga class,15 minutes before closing, and I let them know I'd be more then happy to come back, I didn't want to be that girl that kept everyone there. They accepted me with open arms got me a chair and had two people working on my nails and feet! They were so friendly they gave me a neck massage. Lee did my feet, Tina did my massage, and Titi did my nails while Nina held the fort down. Titi did an amazing job on my nails I got shellac, she was so maticulous, it took a while and I didn't get out until 9 but she did so good. I almost feel asleep and the offered me a coke.
