Wanted to give this place a chance as I hadn't tried it before and I don't always trust reviews fully. I will never be back to this place and cannot recommend anyone to go there. It wasn't even a week since I got my shellac manicure and it's chipping. The guy who did my nails was not friendly and just questioned my nail color choices over and over so I questioned it to, then he says to me are you sure this is the 3rd color choice. I just felt completely unwelcome and like I w...as a bother to them for being there. I tried making small talk as i was feeling so awkward being there and he completely ignored me. Came over to get a manicure & pedicure as somebody recommended this place but what a bad experience my manicure was done and after they cut my cuticles never seen something done like this before, needless to say gel manicure that normally last me three weeks last me only one. So on Friday I got my nails done both of my thumbs are two different sizes my pointer finger on my left hand is crooked. And I called them and asked if I can have a refund and also for them to take my nails off and they still want to charge me $15 to get them taken off. DO NOT go to this nail salon. I have literally been getting my nails done since I was 14 (I'm 27) and I've been to so many nail salons in both GA and FL I cannot even begin to count. I will say with certainty that this is by far the worst service and customer service I've ever had to date. I got my nails done on Monday evening with my mother and left with a mess right out of the salon. My polish was chipped and uneven and the shape of my nails were literally crooked. My right hand had longer nails than my left. My mother even said as we were leaving that I needed to handle this the next day and get it fixed. I paid my tab (which was $52 for a full set) and left. I called the next day and told them my issue and we set up an appointment for 4 hours later to correct. I went into the salon at the agreed time and was made to wait for 20 minutes. I ended leaving without even getting them fixed. They just ignored me as I left! At this point I was PISSED. The next morning (Wednesday) my nail popped right off. Not even 3 full days in and my nails were lifting and popping off! When I got to work I called this salon again and informed them what happened and how unhappy I was with the service I've received thus far. At this point I wanted a refund. I already tried going in to have them fix their mistakes but they didn't find any urgency or decency to help me. On the phone the woman was rude and dismissive. She told me I will not be getting a refund and the reason for my nails lifting was because of something I did. Um what!? Just save your time and money and go a half a mile down the road to Sun Nails & Spa to see Quinn. She was so kind and accomodating to my situation and did a phenomenal job. Read Less

I have been going here for quite some time. I've never waited more than 10 minutes. They are kind, humble and respectable. Most of all I love the way they do my nails! It's really disappointing as I have been coming here for so long but it's time to find a new place. It seems every time I come in here there is new people and they have gotten rude. Worst manicure and polish change on my toes I've EVER had, hands-down. I took the bottle of paint and fixed it right there on the spot. Had jagged edges on my nails and old paint color that wasn't completely removed underneath the new polish. It was chipping the next day. I came here recently with a large party of about 7 bridesmaids.The good: fast, sweet, personal service. Group pricing.The bad: prices weren't posted, so we were surprised when we found out that american/french paint was $5 extra. (awkward moment for the bride and us, but we all had cash to cover it, thankfully.)
