My nails look aweful they are thick but feel like they are going to break. I'm usually not the type to ever put a bad review out there or even speak bad of a service I have received. But I work just as hard as anybody for my money and I also do my best and make sure any of my customers as happy with the work they have received from me. I didn't feel like they cared that I was unhappy with my nails, nor did they want to it right. And still charged me $50 dollars. I will be back tomorrow morning to speak to the owner or who ever can to get a refund. I had my daughter with me and it was closing time. They were nice people but I have been looking forward to going to place for a while now and when I got the chance to go. Was totally not pleased at all. I hope they will make it right. Read Less

Don't go here!  I'm going back to Dr tomorrow after a week on antibiotics and he's going to have to dig out whatever they left in the side of the nail of my big toe.  Wasn't happy with pedicure when I left and really not happy now. Read Less

If you know me, you know in extremely picky about my nails and toes. Every nail needs to be shapes straight and polished evenly across the entire nail. I had only found Taylor at #T-Nails in Alpharetta that could do my nails perfectly. The only problem is I changed and moved to Sugar Hill. I know Alpharetta is close to Sugar Hill but I needed to find a location close to the house. I had tried a few place before finding Vivid Nails. Phillip (the owner) did my nails and Henry (who's in the training phase) did my toes. He still did a good job. Both took their time and really listened to what I wanted. I got gel nails for the first time.   The nail Tech did a fabulous job.   I'm in love with my nails and now can't go back to regular polish!  I highly recommend this place.   They were very professional and the store is clean.   Choices in gel polish colors were also plentiful and the tech listened to the design I requested. I really like this place! I have only tried them twice but so far they have done a great job both times! My girl was very friendly and she took her time. I hate being rushed out, here was not the case. It's very clean and a nice calming atmosphere. I will definitely be back! Read Less

I haven't been too a lot but this is the only place that didn't rip my skin/cuticles. They were very careful and very nice. I had surgery on my shoulder so they were extra considerate. Their prices are lowest I've seen and will definitely go back =] thank god its 5 mins away too Read Less
