This is not a beautiful, relaxing shop -- but if you want a great, fast job you'll get what you want here. Amy is a super technician. I've gone to several places in Cumming but I always go back to VT.

Ended up with an infection in my toe after the lady cut me. I'll be reporting them to the health department but I definitely would recommend skipping this salon!

Staff is friendly and professional. Went in to get a deluxe pedicure and it was heaven. Recommend for anyone trying to distress and pamper themselves

Been searching for a new nail place where my daughter and I can get our pedicures. Found this place tucked away at the end of a shopping center. The technicians were nice and attentive. They did a good job on our nails but sheer terror when I went to check out and my debit card was hit with $62!!! WAY to pricey!! Will be driving back to Lawrenceville to get our nails done!

I was not at all impressed by this place. I went for a full set of acrylics, which I hadn't had in YEARS. I asked the tech to please be gentle as all that filing can be painful and my thin cuticles tend to bleed them scan up. (Part of the reason I stopped going on the first place) She barely acknowledged this request and proceeded to go to town on my nails. I noticed all the filing tools and buffers looked like they had been well used. Yuck. The woman did not really speak to me during the entire process but had plenty of conversation with other employees in their native language. What really annoyed me is that my young teen daughter and her friend went there the day after me and they waited almost an hour, while they took other people that came on after them. Bottom line is: I am not displeased with how my nails look, but for customer service and cleanliness... 2 stars.
