Sitting here getting a pedicure. This is my 1st time here and the lady that is doing my pedicure is clearly upset with someone. She is not concerned at all about my pedicure. She is complaining to the lady working next to me. She is rough with my feet and seems to be frustrated that I didn’t want to upgrade to the top package. Not coming back again

I have never posted such a horrible review on a company until now. This review is based on the quality of work, not my feelings about how nice they are. Yes they are nice people. But their work is horrible and being nice does not mean it's ok to waste people's money. This place is inexpensive and it shows in the quality of your nails. Manicures are poorly done. I tried them 3 times and each time it was horrible. They either put too many coats on a manicure making it impossible to dry within a reasonable amount of time (2 hours!!). They shook the polish too much so I had bubbles in my nails. And they do not adequately brush your nail dust off before polishing so you end up with nail dust in your polish. They do a bad job trimming your cuticles. If you are able to see your toes well, you can see goop, bubbles, crooked edges and untrimmed cuticles. Their polish selection is old and dirty. If the polish is so old that it becomes thick, perhaps its time to add new inventory and stop providing poor service and junk materials on paying customers. I truly despise this place. Waste of time and money.

I have tried several places in the area, but keep coming back here. There is just one gentleman that I don't like doing my nails (he's new, and I don't know his name), but everyone else is great. I would caution, however, to make an appointment. They are always very busy!

Dirty, horrible quality, bad customer service! I tried to give this place a try since it's jut so close and would've been very convenient, but the first time, I got the worst acrylic nails set I've ever had (and I've gotten my nails done for 10+years)... a couple weeks later, I gave this place one more chance and the service was horrible, the lady had a bad attitude the whole pedicure because I didn't want to "upgrade" the pedicure and did a super lazy and sloppy job on my eyebrows. Don't waste your time or money there!

Love love love them. Kevin is amazing (I am always scared to recommend someone for fear that they suddenly become very busy, and I am selfish - ha!) - perfectly shaped every time. ALL staff members are friendly and conversational, and I genuinely look forward to getting my nails done here! Price MIGHT be a dollar higher than a few other salons... but I will pay the extra $1 for a good experience every time!

Nail job is OK and atmosphere is nice. What I do not like about this salon is the constant pressure I received about getting "upgrades". I was asked several times by 3 or 4 different people if I wanted gel nails, pedicure, eyebrow waxing, etc. I just wanted a simple MANICURE. The constant upselling and pressure made me furious. I even told the technician at one point to back off as he asked me for a 3rd time if I wanted gel nails. Will not be back

I've been going to Saturia Nails for over a year now and love this place. Kevin, the owner, is so personable, and I've enjoyed getting to know him and his staff. The place is clean, and I love that the staff takes the time to get to know their customers. I get gel on my task nails, which grow like weeds, and my manicure lasts for three weeks. They enjoy being creative with designs too. If you look at their Facebook page, I've posted a few pictures of previous manicures.

I love Saturia Nails. Kevin does my nails and I couldn't be happier! His pink and white application is perfection and I'm very particular. My pedicures are always very pretty and the nail techs are super attentive to how I'm feeling and if I'm happy. The salon is very clean and organized with very little, if any wait time. Kevin and his staff are very personable, caring and friendly. I've been to several other salons and I am definitely here to stay! In my opinion, Kevin has done the best job of any other nail tech I've gone to in the Cumming area!

I love this place. Kevin, the owner, is so friendly and personable! Love when he plays his 80s music too. All of the staff is friendly and truly want you to walk out the door 100% satisfied with their services. They love to create nail designs for you as well. They don't talk in their native language constantly where you feel uncomfortable. Honestly, I've enjoyed getting to know their culture. I've had great conversations with everyone there.

Came out with half of eyebrows taken off. Very uneven and totally changed the shape. Had to make her stop plucking. Asked 3 times before she Quit plucking and she said She took off too Much so was trying to even out. Owner offered to fix them if we came in next day (I ended up having to fix At home). No way to truly fix an over waxed eyebrow. Certainly can't put the hair back. Never had an issue here until this but will never be back. Don't want any one else to be surprised when they don't listen and you don't have eyebrows. Had a very unhappy high schooler.

I have been a frequent customer of Saturia Nails for almost two years! I love them! They always do such a good job and they aren't too expensive! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! As another review did mention they did change management but I like it better than before. I always get acrylics there and they even give me a small discount for being a student. I wouldn't choose anyone else to do my nails.

Enjoyed this place and the staff is friendly and speaks above average English. Never heard them speaking to each other or felt like they were talking about me at any time. $35 for a normal mani and pedi is average however the $55 for spa pedi/ regular mani seemed a little steep. Would still come back as its in a nice shopping center and close to work.

For a fill in and gel polish they charged me $42!!!! I almost could not believe it. When I asked why it was so high she told me they charge $20 for gel nail polish!!!! I have been to many salons around this area and have been getting my nails done for fifteen years and I have NEVER been charged such a ridiculous price for gel polish.On top of the high prices they are not even that great, bad shaping and VERY slow. Find somewhere else to go and save your money.

Saturia is the only place I go to when it comes to getting my nails done. They are hands down the best! Vy is the manager. She also does my nails to perfection. The workers are mostly all family members. The store is very clean and is decorated very nicely. Everyone who works there does a fantastic job.They are very interactive with you and make sure you are extremely satisfied. I love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have never posted such a horrible review on a company until now. This review is based on the quality of work, not my feelings about how nice they are. Yes they are nice people. But their work is horrible and being nice does not mean it's ok to waste people's money. This place is inexpensive and it shows in the quality of your nails. Manicures are poorly done. I have tried several places in the area, but keep coming back here. There is just one gentleman that I don't like doing my nails (he's new, and I don't know his name), but everyone else is great. I would caution, however, to make an appointment. They are always very busy!

Dirty, horrible quality, bad customer service! I tried to give this place a try since it's jut so close and would've been very convenient, but the first time, I got the worst acrylic nails set I've ever had (and I've gotten my nails done for 10+years)... a couple weeks later, I gave this place one more chance and the service was horrible, the lady had a bad attitude the whole pedicure because I didn't want to "upgrade" the pedicure and did a super lazy and sloppy job on my eyebrows. Don't waste your time or money there!

I love Saturia Nails. Kevin does my nails and I couldn't be happier! His pink and white application is perfection and I'm very particular. My pedicures are always very pretty and the nail techs are super attentive to how I'm feeling and if I'm happy. The salon is very clean and organized with very little, if any wait time. Clean, sanitary, everyone who works here is friendly, personable and they know what they are doing. Their work is great quality and I would recommend them to anyone who is searching for a good, clean and friendly nail salon.

I LOVE this nail salon! I have finally found "my salon". They are friendly and do an incredible job! Very beautiful decor and ambiance. Check them out for sure!!
