They do a horrible job. It about them making money not the quality and making the customer happy. I waited 45 mintues for my nails to dry. I came home sat down watched TV and played on my phone for 4 hour my nails were fine. When I went to sleep my nails messed up the reason why is the nail polish was drying out so the tech put acetone in the polish which if too much is put it causes the polish not to dry. Went back to get them redone the owner had a bad attitude and said she would repaint but not change the color. The entire time I was there she stare at me with a big smile on her face then started laughing like she was trying to make me mad. Then she made the comment if you getting in and out of your car of course your nails are going to mess up. And just continue to stare at me and talk about me with the other techs and clients. DO NOT go there. My daughter went to get acrylics which were supposed to b $20 and after they started the girl informed her that they will be $5 more because of the length and the shape. She didn't even get them long and her shape is normal...I have never heard of any of that nonsense before. What a rip off!!!!!! Read Less

Had my nails manicured by Lee, on Sunday, 2 Oct 16. I asked for Gel tips. When she was finished I asked when I was going to dip my nails in the waxy gel solution, she said this was a new technique. When I awakened on Tuesday, 4 Oct 16, my White tips were pink. I was not able to go back until Friday, 7 Oct 16. I was told that she would not redo them because, she didn't know what I had did to them. I explained, I am a Nanny, I don't do windows, dishes and I don't own fingernail Polish or remover. Lee also made a joke saying, since my hair is pink maybe I wanted to match. My hair is Not and Never has been pink. All I wanted was for her to do them over and she refused. I am a Veteran, on a disability income, I was trying to treat myself. I called the 1-800#, but, since they are individually owned, there was nothing to be done about it. Ever go into a nail salon and be ignored? That happened to me this morning. No, I am sorry we are busy, no it will be a little while, no nothing. Ih, I was shown to a pedicure chair and told to pick out a color but for more than 30 minutes, nothing. They didn't even put water in the bowl do I could soak my feet. The man who works there finished his client in the first 15 minutes he w as there, but I am guessing he doesn't do feet. They were not even upset when I got out of the chair and put my shoes and socks on. I didn't complain, I just said I no longer had time. Read Less
