Most other places don't pay specific attention to what I ask for but she did my nails just as I asked and took her time and didn't rush. I came here based on Yelp reviews, and this salon is also not far from my house. Service was friendly, and the salon is nice.  I had two women do my manicure, one cleaned them up and one polished them.  I felt the first manicurist was a bit rough with the cuticle work.  But she didn't make me bleed, and they did look a lot better after she was done.  The second woman who did my polish did a good job.  And she was so patient.  I felt awful, because I was the annoying client who accidentally bumped one of my wet nails while situating myself under the nail dryer. Whoops!  But she was really nice about it, and fixed it quickly.  I wasn't super crazy about the regular polish choices, and wished they had more sparkly colors. I guess these days far more people are getting gel or SNS, but I'm old school, and stick with the regular. They do have liners for the pedicure tubs, and another bonus was that they take American Express.  I didn't feel relaxed during the cuticle part, but otherwise it was a good manicure.  Solid choice for the Suwanee/Cumming area. I took my husband here for the first time as part of his birthday weekend & he definitely loved it! He said that the best part was he gets to have a choice of beverage (alcohol) while getting pampered & the hand massage that comes with the manicure :). 0 stars if possible. Fist visit, the technician filed the top of my toe until I bled...not sure if she could not see or what. However, they were very nice so I tried the place again. This time I made an appointment. I went in at my designated appointment time and after being greeted, I sat there for 30 minutes. It was obvious someone had just started a manicure and another a pedicure. Why take an appointment if it cant be kept? Then, to make matters worse, the staff proceeded to talk about the customers. Awful experience. I came in to get a pedicure, and was told to put my feet into a bowl of plain, still water and to give them "a minute." Then I was ignored. Wasn't offered a drink, nothing for my feet to soak in. 20 minutes later I still hadn't even been looked at and the water is freezing.  Awful customer service. Will not come back. Read Less

Amazing staff, very clean, and careful. I love this salon and always drive a few minutes extra just to come here. They genuinely take their time doing your nails and I love that! Worst experience for gel nail. First of all, the lady who did my nails cut my thumb and made it bleed profusely and now it is swollen and infected. Second, I got my nails done three days ago and it has already started to chip and peel off. She made me put my hands under the UV light for every two nails she painted...I have never had to do this before. Read Less

My boyfriend had a nail appointment this morning and I joined him! Even though they don't offer coloured nail polish (they have clear or matte finished) I still got a full mani done that took care of my dry cuticles and skin and an arm/hand massage ... and a free cup of tea!! I seen some feminist posts saying it's rude to have a "males nail salon" but just because it's designed with men in mind doesn't mean girls are not welcome!! I'm pleased with my experience here. Some places feel too rushed for me, but here they take their time with you. I spent a few extra dollars to get the deluxe today, and boy was it worth it! A very relaxing massage, and lots of other little extra goodies - this is, hands down, the best pedi I've ever had! The polish is gorgeous and was applied perfectly, no goofs. This is my new favorite salon! I stopped by two weeks ago for a pink fill with gel overlay. Staff was very professional and nice. I LOVE MY NAILS! After 2 weeks, it still looks great. Prices are very good compared to some of the other salons around. I will definitely be back! :) Read Less

Since I'd voted early, I decided to get a pedicure first thing on election day. Having tried pretty much every nail salon on Peachtree Pkwy, I decided to try Poshe under new management. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the thoroughness of the lady who worked on my overdue pedicure. I got the spa pedicure with the bamboo massage and wax and hot towel treatment. Well worth every penny and much longer than promised on the brochure. Pricing is very reasonable. Do not come to this place. I walked in and was told it would be 10 minutes. After 10 minutes someone came and got me to my chair, started the soaker. Then left me there for 10 more minutes while started applying nail polish to the woman next to me. Off they went for a wax and no one even asked me if I was ok waiting. They took the next customer for pedicure and never even bothered with me. When I asked for a towel to dry my prune-like feet they basically threw one at me and laughed when I told the I was leaving.  Rude, awful, disrespectful without any knowledge of customer service...
