Well, I'm sitting there and the man giving me a pedicure just pulled out his cell phone and put it on speaker and took a big pause while he made a phone call. So there's that. Overall the pedicure was ok. My toes haven't had love in a while and I was hoping for a little more aggressive approach. Just a more basic file and polish than I'm used to. Not a lot of work on my nails, cuticles, etc. get in there! The French that I got is good, but not the best I've had. Again just ok. The massage was good. The women who did waxing to me wasnt experienced i believe , i got blood spots on my hand amd couldnt even take the pain. I wouldnt recommend going to that Spa for other stuff other than manicure and pedicure Read Less

Nancy was great. She spent more than 1 hour on my nails making sure everything was perfect. I asked for long, sharp, stiletto acrylic gel nails. Time went by fast though because they have a TV you can sit down and watch while she does your nails. I asked for a moon design on my ring fingers and she even put glitter in there for me! We called around 7 o'clock for an emergency 4 person pedicure for a wedding a few days from now. We lost track of time and wouldn't have time to do it before the wedding... they were supposed to close at 7:30 tonight but instead they stayed for us until 8:45 just to do our nails. Since moving to the Cumming area several months ago, I have made Perfect Nails my new regular salon for a pedicure. I have now visited the salon on several occasions & each time has resulted in a flawless pedicure. The owner of the salon, as well as the gentleman who works there both do a fantastic job with really good attention to detail. I personally get quite a lot of dead skin build-up on the bottom of my feet & they always remove the dead skin very thoroughly... Plus my toe nails are always painted perfectly. I have also noticed that the price for a regular or deluxe pedicure tends to be a little less expensive when compared with a few other nail salons I have visited. I also like the fact that they have a couple of TV's in the salon. All in all, it's a great place to go for a quality experience that is also friendly, relaxing & very reasonably priced. The salon is only small with just a couple of people working so should you arrive & there are a few people already there, be prepared for a bit of a wait. I would recommend booking in advance or visiting on a weekday if feasible. Read Less

Recommended by a friend, I went in with another acquaintance who got a much better service than I. Must be luck of the draw on who you get for the deluxe manicure pedicure. I got French tips as well and there we major blemishes in the nail that I showed the assistant who worked on it and she kept telling me it was my natural nail. I've had my nails done many times and never had an issue with it being my nail. I know what a blemish but I was treating the friend to the spa date and did not want to make a fuss. For $80 walking out the door with flawed nails that began to curl at the edges a day later...I was not a happy camper. Read Less

I was in the area with my mother last evening & we were looking for a girls night. Mani.'s/Pedi's. dinner. I had dinner covered, but when it comes to nails its a very hit or miss kind of thing sooo what did I do? Hopped on Yelp of course! ; - ) And thanks to the 2 ladies below I found my FAVORITE nail salon.I had actually stumbled on this little gem several years back, I was waiting on a friend to accompany them to their company Christmas party & while I was waiting I figured I would step it up a bit by getting my nails done. Everything went fabulously & the time frame worked perfectly. I remember being a little out of my familiar area, but tried my hardest to remember how to get back. The girls did a quality job in a timely manner.So, anyway long story short...Yelp led me back to them yesterday. Same exact results! LOVED it. Prices are a little higher than what is described below, but its ok. I guess it wouldn't be as pricey as it was for me if you were to go in & get painted acrylics, but I went with the gel & mom went for Pink & Whites. NOTE ON THE GEL: Given it has only been a day, but the way she up sold me is by stating that they were thinner than the said Pink & Whites. NOT TRUE. I went to Perfect Nails based on Devon's review.  Kit took care of my feet that haven't seen the sandals or flipflops since last year!  He did a great job, I will go back.  And the price was great.   The ONLY downfall was the two ladies there were in there together talking about all their health issues, GROSS!  But, that's not Perfect Nail's fault.  I'll just bring my MP3 player next time;) Read Less

They took care of my feet that had been in boots for months in New England, and now they are soft an lovely.  My nails are, well, perftect.
