This place used to be amazing! Last few times...not so much. This past weekend I was having an incredibly hard day. Decided to do something for myself and went to get my first mani/pedi in months...no one smiles...no one...they make you feel like an inconveniance, service is rushed, water they used for pedicure was cold..matched the atmosphere perfectly. I'll take my business elsewhere

Will never step foot in this place again. Not sure I have ever written a bad review to any type of hair or nail salon but I am livid. Spent 120.00 on a Friday between Gel pedi and acrylic mani plus tip. 4 days later the white on my colored acrylic turned orange yellow for no reason and I have never had this issue before. Visited this place serval times. They told me they would only fix my nails with clear gel. I explained I don’t use gel on my hands, because it makes my nails bridle. I wanted them to do another colored acrylic just not white.I didn’t mind paying 4 days later but obviously wanted a slight discount. They refused to do colored acrylic on my nails and said they would only do clear gel for $15 or i would have to pay pull price again. Lost a customer that has been coming to their salon for almost a year. Hope it was worth it.

Had an appointment for 2 today at 5:30 we walked in and they were swamped. After getting seated she started mine and they had no one else to do my friend even though, we had an appt. I understand that they were busy but they were rude and charged for everything. I’ve never in my life been charged based on how long or short my nails are... I was charged 2 dollars for a broken nail which is fine and then I was charged $2 for the length on top of the fill in charge! My friends f...ull set was super disappointing and she missed the sides of the nail when painting. When she said you missed this part the lady replied “it’s on the side no one sees it anyway” WE see it. We have to look at them everyday. It was over all a terrible experience. I didn’t catch the name of the lady, but I won’t be back. EVER. I did Indeed tell the lady this on the way out after we pointed out what was wrong with the nails. She couldn’t of cared less. Very disappointed. See More

When I went to go find him he told me it will be 45mins. By that time I had somewhere else to go and couldn't wait. I will not be returning! Wish I could rate 0 stars!

This place is not clean!!! I watched as they did a pedicure for someone with obvious toenail fungus. I said something to the manager who told me it was okay because they sanitize the equipment. When I asked what they do about the nail polish, he said it is fine to reuse. That is soooo gross! This has to be a major health violation. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Went yesterday to get my first sns nails on my real nails and and the guy did a great job! He was very good at attention to detail. Although he wasn't very talkative he was still nice. However I was never offered a drink and when I came in they weren't the nicest with a kind of "what do you want" attitude. Asking around at different places it seems like this was also the cheapest place too. Even though the greeting through me off I would go back

I have been to Lee nails several times with a friend as this is her "go to nail salon". I will say that before our last trip it's been fine. However, on my last visit the woman who did my pedi ripped my nails off at the edges instead of making sure they were properly clipped all the way to the edge. Now both of my big toes are red, swollen and very painful. It hurts to walk and I can't wear shoes. I won't be back.

The positive about this place is that there is no wait. I walked right in and there were probably 6 nail techs just sitting in the chairs doing nothing.The bad part is that everything about my manicure and pedicure felt very rushed. As soon as my nails were done the tech took the towel off of my lap (wearing a dress) and pointed to the nail dryer and hurried me over there. She then came up to me to tell me how much it was and hovered over my shoulder as I got my credit card out and as I was signing the receipt. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Nothing about this experience was relaxing. I do enjoy the color of my nails and toes though.

Just got my nails done here. Had a gel manicure and a pedicure. My nail tech did both and started with my manicure. She rushed through my manicure to get to my pedicure. It was awful! She cut my fingers in an attempt to finish quickly and move on to the next client. I do not recommend this place unless you want a rushed experience.

Have been coming here for 2 years and have always loved it! Had a design done and 2 hours later they were finally finished and I got in my car to leave. Noticed there were bubbles all in the nails and went back not even 10 minutes later to have them fix it and the lady there was rude and was telling me I had to pay to have the fixed. I will never go back there. The quality of the experience there has gone down so much in the past year and I loved it there

I have consistently and loyally used this nail salon for the past 6 years. I have yet to find another salon that offers the quality job and intricate designs that Lee nails does. My go to nail tech is MiMi. She is phenomenal at shaping my acrylics to look natural and not bulky. I always get the gel nail polish and never have any problem with chipping. Prices are low, quality great, sometimes their communication is a little arrogant however this place is awesome! This is by far my favorite business in Cumming. Check out their book of patterns....they will literally make your nails look exactly like the picture.

Pros: Large Space, Nice Drying Space for Hands/ToesCons: Absolutely the RUDEST nail tech I have ever encountered. Even told him that halfway through and he could care less and continued to roll his eyes and yell at me for the smallest movements of my hands. No apologies. Been getting my nails done 15 years and never had this bad of an experience in customer service. I'm usually friendly and quite chatty but from the beginning he didn't want any of it. First time going to this salon, won't go back.

I had a great experience here. It was recommended to me by a friend because it was very clean. They lined the foot bath with plastic (which I saw them do) and it was the first time I saw a salon do this. I was very impressed. The manicurist was very nice and it was a great experience. My nails lasted as expected....but I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because the did seem to be understaffed and so it took longer than average.

They offer the best, most elaborate, creative nail designs! Any picture I find online, they are able to replicate easily and I always get compliments on my nails. They're also one of the cleanest nail shops Ive gone too. They line the pans with new plastic for each person for pedicures. They always use sealed/sanitize tools for each new person which is a big deal for me. Overall, service is really good. Can get a bit crowded at times, but they work quickly. Best place in Cumming for sure.

Once the pedi was coming to an end we realized they may have forgotten our mani. So they did it with no soaking no massage and the girl did so bad on my friends manicure she ended up w 6 coats of polish on her hands. Needless to say her manicure didn't last long..

Very disappointed in the service and quality of the acrylic nails. I have gotten acrylic nails many times before from other salons and have never had them break. However the day after getting my nails done at Lee, the end of my nail broke off for no reason. I wasn't doing any hard impact activity or anything, the nails were just fragile and poor quality. On another note, the woman doing my friend's nails was loudly yapping and laughing on her cell phone the entire time she was getting her nails done. I do not recommend getting your nails done here!

If you're looking for a nail salon, I would highly recommend going here! prices are fairly reasonable and definitely ask to see their design book! they have so many to choose from. when I am in the Forsyth area, this is the place I come to when I need my nails done. I wish they had more salons like this around the Kennesaw/Marietta area! I'm surprised to see negative reviews on this place because I've been to many other nail salons and this place doesn't compare to any of them! (but everyone is entitled to their own opinion)

Went yesterday to get my first sns nails on my real nails and and the guy did a great job! He was very good at attention to detail. Although he wasn't very talkative he was still nice. However I was never offered a drink and when I came in they weren't the nicest with a kind of "what do you want" attitude. Asking around at different places it seems like this was also the cheapest place too. Even though the greeting through me off I would go back

I have been to Lee nails several times with a friend as this is her "go to nail salon". I will say that before our last trip it's been fine. However, on my last visit the woman who did my pedi ripped my nails off at the edges instead of making sure they were properly clipped all the way to the edge. Now both of my big toes are red, swollen and very painful. It hurts to walk and I can't wear shoes. I won't be back.

The positive about this place is that there is no wait. I walked right in and there were probably 6 nail techs just sitting in the chairs doing nothing.The bad part is that everything about my manicure and pedicure felt very rushed. As soon as my nails were done the tech took the towel off of my lap (wearing a dress) and pointed to the nail dryer and hurried me over there. She then came up to me to tell me how much it was and hovered over my shoulder as I got my credit card out and as I was signing the receipt. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Nothing about this experience was relaxing. I do enjoy the color of my nails and toes though.

Just got my nails done here. Had a gel manicure and a pedicure. My nail tech did both and started with my manicure. She rushed through my manicure to get to my pedicure. It was awful! She cut my fingers in an attempt to finish quickly and move on to the next client. I do not recommend this place unless you want a rushed experience.

Have been coming here for 2 years and have always loved it! Had a design done and 2 hours later they were finally finished and I got in my car to leave. Noticed there were bubbles all in the nails and went back not even 10 minutes later to have them fix it and the lady there was rude and was telling me I had to pay to have the fixed. I will never go back there. The quality of the experience there has gone down so much in the past year and I loved it there

I have consistently and loyally used this nail salon for the past 6 years. I have yet to find another salon that offers the quality job and intricate designs that Lee nails does. My go to nail tech is MiMi. She is phenomenal at shaping my acrylics to look natural and not bulky. I always get the gel nail polish and never have any problem with chipping. Prices are low, quality great, sometimes their communication is a little arrogant however this place is awesome! This is by far my favorite business in Cumming. Check out their book of patterns....they will literally make your nails look exactly like the picture.

Pros: Large Space, Nice Drying Space for Hands/ToesCons: Absolutely the RUDEST nail tech I have ever encountered. Even told him that halfway through and he could care less and continued to roll his eyes and yell at me for the smallest movements of my hands. No apologies. Been getting my nails done 15 years and never had this bad of an experience in customer service. I'm usually friendly and quite chatty but from the beginning he didn't want any of it. First time going to this salon, won't go back.

I had a great experience here. It was recommended to me by a friend because it was very clean. They lined the foot bath with plastic (which I saw them do) and it was the first time I saw a salon do this. I was very impressed. The manicurist was very nice and it was a great experience. My nails lasted as expected....but I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because the did seem to be understaffed and so it took longer than average.

They offer the best, most elaborate, creative nail designs! Any picture I find online, they are able to replicate easily and I always get compliments on my nails. They're also one of the cleanest nail shops Ive gone too. They line the pans with new plastic for each person for pedicures. They always use sealed/sanitize tools for each new person which is a big deal for me. Overall, service is really good. Can get a bit crowded at times, but they work quickly. Best place in Cumming for sure.

Once the pedi was coming to an end we realized they may have forgotten our mani. So they did it with no soaking no massage and the girl did so bad on my friends manicure she ended up w 6 coats of polish on her hands. Needless to say her manicure didn't last long..

Very disappointed in the service and quality of the acrylic nails. I have gotten acrylic nails many times before from other salons and have never had them break. However the day after getting my nails done at Lee, the end of my nail broke off for no reason. I wasn't doing any hard impact activity or anything, the nails were just fragile and poor quality. On another note, the woman doing my friend's nails was loudly yapping and laughing on her cell phone the entire time she was getting her nails done. I do not recommend getting your nails done here!

If you're looking for a nail salon, I would highly recommend going here! prices are fairly reasonable and definitely ask to see their design book! they have so many to choose from. when I am in the Forsyth area, this is the place I come to when I need my nails done. I wish they had more salons like this around the Kennesaw/Marietta area! I'm surprised to see negative reviews on this place because I've been to many other nail salons and this place doesn't compare to any of them! (but everyone is entitled to their own opinion)
