I have NEVER had my nails done so well. I recently tried SNS gel powder at another salon. While I was pretty satisfied with the quality I always felt my nails still looked fake and thicker than normal. Tammy did an amazing job at keeping the shape, feel and look of a natural nail for me. The lady that did my pedicure was fantastic. The gel mani was uncomfortable, she cut my cuticle causing bleeding, after product looked amateur. After complaining and pointing out the errors, they corrected it. Manager charged me less due to the poor finished product. Clean, respectful, quick, and friendly. The lady who did my manicure did a great job. The lady who did my pedicure.... not so much. I asked her to trim my nails shorter and to get an ingrown toenail out, she did not. So here I am almost a week later still fighting with the ingrown nail she could have fixed in 2 minutes and chose not to :( You should get what you ask for. I'm pretty sure she was just disappointed that in didn't want the more expensive pedicure. I don't really get calluses on my feet So I don't need it. She wasnt very friendly and my poor toe hurts. It's clean, the work is good and the staff is very pleasant. Staf was engaged with each client, not a lot of cross shop chit chat. L9ved them and will likely go back. Only suggestion I have is the giant tower of colors is overwhelming. I'd live to see them break those up a bit by brands. Overall, great place! Read Less

I've been to about 7 or 8 different nail salons in Cumming, from Bethelview to Marketplace and this place has the best prices and quality! I have mixed feelings about this place. I've only been once and my experience was great. The techs were really friendly, offered refreshments, and gave a great massage with my pedicure. I was going on vacation so I decided to try a gel manicure. My nails typically don't grow fast so I don't know if maybe they didnt start the polish close enough to my cuticle but the color looked grown out really fast. And it started to peel in the areas closest to my cuticles about a week and a half in. I'm willing to give them another try since they're so close to my house so we'll see! Read Less

I am so picky when it comes to my nails and most salons it takes them a couple of months to adapt to your liking. At I Love Nails, however, they did the best job I have ever had with little instruction. I drive 45 minutes to go here... They are that good. I haven't gotten anything done except  a fill in with colored powder, but very few places offer this service and the are so welcoming.
