I have been coming to this salon every two weeks for the past 6 months. When I first started visiting, the service was great. The past few times I’ve been, it’s gotten progressively worse each time. Today, I received the worst pedicure I’ve ever had from Trina. She was excessively rough and managed to scrub my big toe with a pumice until I was bleeding, then acted like it never happened. I also got an SNS manicure which was sloppy. I had to reshape my nails when I got home and clean the excess powder from underneath. When I went to pay, I received no remorse from the receptionist. I told her I would never be coming back, and she simply said, “okay, I’ll just add that to the list of complaints.” She never attempted to rectify the situation, never told a manager I was unhappy, and still charged me full price ($70) for both services. Looking to find a new nail salon in the Cumming area, closer to my new home, and decided to try this place today.  Apparently,  walk-ins are not welcome. The three people working were so rude and seemed inconvenienced to have another customer (only one person was waiting for service at the time). They’re good if you want simple nails, but anything fancy or beyond a simple pink and white ombré will turn out lumpy. A couple people like Sandy and Billy are really good but some techs refuse to do really long nails. Sandy is amazing! She always does a phenomenal job at my nails! She truly takes the time and effort to make sure that your nails are perfect! Went in on a sunday afternoon, they were decently busy. I was crunched for time and couldnt get a manicure but they told me if i wanted a pedi they would do it while my nails were getting done. So they did my nails while i was in the pedicure chair. Very nice ladies. You can tell they really cared about your experience. Will definitely go back! This salon has a friendly staff with a lot of chairs and people working so you don't have to wait. My mom is really sensitive to nail polish/chemical-like smells in most nail salons but this place had none so that is a big plus. At first look the salon is very pretty and clean. They do accept walk ins, but you may also have to wait a while. After about 10 to 15 minutes I finally got a pedicure chair and then I waited like 10 minutes for someone to turn my water on. Then after that, I waited until my water turned cold for a tech to come do my pedi. The tech that did my pedi was very sweet and I believe her name was Lily. She made my water warm again and was gentle with my feet. She took her time as well. After that it was time for my mani. I will NEVER GET A MANICURE HERE EVER AGAIN. I'm not sure of the nail tech's name but she cut up my cuticles so badly. Not only that but she put my hands in a plastic sandwich bag and poured the cuticle solution in there and let it sit until my fingers were wrinkled. She gets distracted easily and will stop your nails just to have a loud conversation with her co-workers. When I got to my car my cuticles began to bleed. Had I known she destroyed them the way she did I would've never tipped her let alone paid for it. 2 days later the skin on my fingers bagan to peel from irritation from where she soaked my hands directly in the cuticle solution. My fingers were sore for almost a week. I got gel polish and my nails are peeling now. I got regular polish on my toes and they're still doing just fine. I don't plan on ever going here again but if I do it'll be by appointment with Lily for a pedicure and that is all. Read Less

This by far is the nicest nail salon I have ever been to. The entire staff including my nail tech Sandy are always extremely friendly. They always seem to go out of their way to accommodate everyone when they come into the salon. Not to mention, this is the cleanest salon I have ever been to. I am beyond frustrated. The first time I came here the service was terrible, after waiting an hour for my eyebrow wax and mani, after doing my pedi, I finally left.  The excuse was they were busy and had appointments, short handed..blah blah.  So I thought I would give them a second chance. BIG MISTAKE!!! My daughter made an appointment (thought that would help),  for a spa pedi and mani. I was taken to a regular seat ( not even the spa chair), sat there for 15-20 min. then was moved to a spa chair (btw there were plenty open), the lady that did my pedi was fast, like she was trying to get done. I felt like she didn't want to do it. I still have rough areas on my feet. Then was moved back to a regular chair for them to do my mani with gel. it was the worst I have ever had. The person doing it Phi Phi, didn't do a real mani ( like I asked for) and then while polishing my nails, ran her nails under my cuticles and it snagged on it.(that hurt).  I wasn't offered anything. (no water, no discount, no apology). This is the one of the worst places I have ever been to, twice! never again!!!!! I come here every 3 weeks to get my nails done. Phi Phi is amazing!everyone is always very nice and offer you water or a drink! I'm picky about my nails and can't stand paying so much of they break all the time. I've only had maybe 3 or 4 break in the past year of me coming to this nails bar. Terrible service!!! Had my nails done w acrylic an normal paint. Waited for them to dry about 30 minutes got into the car n noticed the sides of my nailsWeren't even painted. Went back in An was told they look TOTALLY FINE!!! I'm not a complainer but they didn't want to help at all to fix any of my needs. Deff won't be back here EVER! I wish I could give zero stars. This is by far the worst place I have ever gone to have my nails done. I was so disappointed. They didn't even TRY to listen to what I asked for. They told me what I wanted was impossible even though I showed them several pics and she said in the beginning 'oh yeah we can do that'. But after she had on the acrylics she changed completely. By the time it was done my hands were in pain from her filing hard and yanking my hands because I finally stopped talking to her and just told her to do whatever and apparently that made her mad. Do not go here! I walked in for a pedi and was told to pick a color and take a seat by the rude guy at the counter. After 20 mins another rude guy told me to come and sit in a chair with my feet in the dry basin then walked off and left me there for a further 10 minutes. No one spoke to me and eventually I walked out. This is terrible customer service and very short sightsed when there is a very good nail bar just up the street.Awful place with awful workers. I went in Thursday the 4th of May,  the second day after having my nails done, the sides of my nails had air pockets showing up, my nails look busted up around the edges, and they just looked awful. Today (a week later) they look horrendous!!!! They look as if they have been on for a few weeks now. I am so disappointed & so upset about the quality of them. Not to mention when the lady was put the tips on, before she didn't cut my natural nails (which were rather long) and when she started putting the powder on my nails, she forgot a nail & I just sat waiting for her to notice that she hadn't done it yet & she finally did when she started filing them down. They didn't make them thick enough at all, they look like the nails that you can buy from the store to put on & they are so dull, not shiny like all the other places I had been to. When it came time to pay, the lady told me $30. Before coming here, I checked the prices online, I called and checked the prices & I also looked at their menu books they have laying out on the counter. They ALL said $25 for the acrylic nails that I got, and they wanted to try and tell me that it was $30!? I WILL NOT be back. First of all, this place is gorgeous. Looks very new and IS very clean. I saw them clean and sanitize all implements and use fresh disposable buffers and files. They even dismantled the drain on a few of the pedicure chairs to rinse them very thoroughly after use. I got a gel manicure and a polish change on my toes instead of a pedi because I had a raw spot from wearing new shoes the day before. It was $40 all together without tip. Sally filed my nails, buffed, pushed and trimmed cuticles but I had to guide her on shaping my nails correctly. She was going to leave a few crooked with sharp edges. When all was said and done, my thumb nails on both hands were very streaky and lumpy. She kept putting alcohol on them and rubbing them and looking at them, but never said anything. We moved on to toes and I decided to check my thumbs to see what she saw. When she saw me looking she offered to fix it but I was running low on time and it really wasn't a huge deal to me so I politely declined. As for the polish change, she trimmed, filed, shaped, pushed cuticles, and polished. And I had originally just expected her to swipe on a coat of paint! Much better than I thought! I think in the future I will be coming back here, so I give the salon as a whole 4 stars. Read Less

I went in for the first time today.  I had taken off a tarable set of nails off myself and really needed their help.
