Never again!  I went in for a second time for a gel pedicure and fill with gel polish.  Once she finished I noticed my nails on the left hand were almost a half inch shorter than the right.  When I showed her she said they matched underneath and offered to fix only one nail on the left hand. Only one!  Then proceeded to tell me I told her to file down just the one hand.  Seriously??? I requested she just take them all off since they look horrible with the different length.  She then told me I would be charged the full fee for take off on top of the cost of the fill and polish.  Horrible customer service. When I came in my nails were destroyed from a different salon... There SNS nail service is amazing. Made my nails look beautiful and the way they did it was just spectacular. It was very clean and everyone in there was very nice.  I was in there about four or five different girls came in asking for the same thing that I'm getting done and they all said they swear by it (SNS). I have been coming here for years and it has always been great but the last few times I have come it was been awful. I will schedule a time and I have to wait so long after and when I come with some one one of us will be completely done before the other is even started. Definitely dissapointed in this place. Horrible. I went to this salon on June 29th after working all day. The time was 7 pm. I expected to sit in the massage chair, get a mani/pedi, and relax. The staff was loud and obnoxious almost like a party. The nail tech cut my finger causing it to bleed. Instead of cleaning up her mistake she put a bandage on my finger and manicured the other 9 nails. I mean really, I'm supposed to wear a bandage on my 4th of July vacation! At the beach! Then the woman performing the pedicure kept trying to up sale me. Really, I came here to relax and get pampered. Then around 8 pm they started cleaning the chair that I was sitting in actively getting a pedicure. The salon still had ten guests. As I was sitting at the drying table, one of the workers starting sweeping around me and then started mopping the floor. I get wanting to leave right at closing, BUT this is a salon where one should be able to get pampered not aggravated. I've been to this salon several times in the past. Each time the service worsens. I will not go back to this salon nor recommend it to anyone. Waste of time, money and energy. Read Less

This place is mediocre at best. I've been going here every few weeks and leave irritated almost every time. It started with them asking for a tip in cash instead of on a card. Rude! You should appreciate ANY tip. Then, they start asking if you're going to give them a tip before you even pay! Done. Not going here anymore. Terrible customer service. My first time at this place and I loved it. I would have given it 5 stars but the customers around me were obnoxious and it put me in sour mood. Tracey did my nails, she is so sweet and my nails turned out perfect. Not sure who did my pedi but it was an hour and a half of heaven. I got the deluxe honey green tea which I was sure was an extra $15 up charge waste but guess what.. it wasn't.. it was for once in my life worth it. So about those pesky customers.. two teen girls on Snapchat and YouTube.. no I was not interested in watching or listening but they forced me to.. the lady across from me talking to her hubby on speaker phone ‍ why, just let him take Justin to Dairy Queen for goodness sake and get off speaker phone? To the redneck wedding party not sitting together spread out across the salon, I know all of the details of the nuptials tomorrow, whose doing whose hair and makeup and I just want to know why you chose blue and yellow as your wedding colors and why you thought it would be okay to paint your nails that way?... but good luck with the marriage. What a nice salon! Very clean, lots of associates for walk-ins, and the service was great! I walked in, and got a luxury pedicure. Very long massage, with a spa treatment for my feet and lower legs. I just moved to Cumming from Commerce. I loved this place. I'll be coming here regularly. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and i needed some pampering. This place was professional, clean, and on top of their game. I got a pearl spa pedicure and my tech massaged my feet for what seemed like an hour. Highly recommend and thank you for great service! Always professional. I get the gel nails there and they seem to last longer there than anywhere else I've been. They offer a guarantee that if your nails don't last through the week they will replace or fix them for free, but I haven't had to do this. Love this place. It is super clean and the pedicure tubs are lined before use. Very clean! Read Less

Went there for the third time for a pedicure and fill.  Third time was not a charm. Could not get the nail tech to shape my nails like I wanted them. They are too square. After three attempts to get her to round the edges, I gave up. They don't look bad just not how they normally do them. Worst pedicure ever. My heels are worse than went I got there. I came home and worked on them some more. If I go back, I will definitely make an appointment with Andy. Should have known better than to leave it to chance. Read Less

I got my nails done by Jayda. She did a good job on my nails BUT she was the rudest nail tech I've ever dealt with. From the beginning she didn't even greet me as I sat at her station. She just went ahead and started doing my nails without saying a word. Since she didn't ask me, I told her I wanted almond-shaped nails from the start. When she shaped my pinky, she showed me and I approved. After she shaped the rest of my left hand she started with my right one and I looked closely at the rest of my nails. I asked her if she could make them more rounded because they looked too squared. She started yelling in her Asian language and moving her hands fervently. After she was done throwing her fit, she turned to the tech next to her and started talking to her about me and they were both laughing. Then someone else came and sat next to her on the other station and she continued talking about me and how I changed the shape of my nails at the last minute. It literally took her 30 seconds to make my nails little more rounded so I don't understand why she got so upset. I left her a $10 tip on my $35 total (kill them with kindness). OH MY GOODNESS....I love this place and the wonderful people that own it and all the fabulous people who work here! I went to their other salons for years then they sold it. I retired and stayed at home deciding to not get my nails done anymore! My daughter started going to their salon and spa off of Hwy.369 and she reacquainted herself with them at this location. One day I decided I would go there with my daughter and granddaughter to get nails done. I walked in and "Nina" looked up, saw me, and shrieked and came running to give me hugs and kisses! She is the sister of the owner! I felt like I was home again! THERE ARE NOT MANY NAIL TECHS THAT REMEMBER YOU.. especially from 4 years ago!! The owners weren't there at the time. Horrible customer service! I called and asked about eyelash extensions. Once I got their, I was told they couldn't do them because I had mascara on and they didn't have any makeup remover. WHAT?!? You would think #1 they would have told me this on the phone #2 if they offer a service like this, you would think, they would have the appropriate supplies. I stopped in on my way out of town. I love Georgia Nails! The salon is a happy place to spend some time and get pampered with an environment that is clean and tastefully appointed. Despite the fact that they are always busy, I have always been able to get an appointment with my preferred specialists, whether it was for nails, pedicures or eyelashes. Their quality is top notch and I am a very fussy customer. They provide that quality of service no matter the age of the customer, from the youngest (despite the wiggles of children), to the eldest ands weakest senior citizens. Even my husband loves to go there for pedicures, where he falls asleep in their vibrating spa chairs while they massage away his tired feet and legs. Horrible Customer Service! I went here with my 4 year old daughter and she simply had her nails and toe nails painted. They charged $10 & when I asked about the price they were extremely rude and told me if I didn't like the price they could just remove the polish. I went there in previous years and put up with the bad customer service. I stop going there because I found another nail salon that had great product and awesome staff. That nail salon sold their business to another so I thought I would try GA Nails again hoping their customer service improved after the years I stopped going. Well, it didn't.
