I cannot recommend this salon at all. I went in on a Tuesday just to get a redo of my SNS nails. Nail Technician did not offer nail extension, even though I had bitten one of two of my nails off. He also only put one coat of color on my nails. I've been enough to know he should have put at least 2 - 3 coats of color, depending on the color. Also, was trying to match my toenails and the color I selected and the color he used were entirely different. Do not go to this salon. My nails were chipping and breaking within 3 days....

I really wanted to like this place because they are so nice and I gave it multiple chances (thanks to my daughter)since they moved to their new location, however, everytime I went my feet dried out, my toenails hurt, and my polish dulled/chipped all within a few days.
I would switch between them and another local salon and I did not have the same result at the other location. I just cannot recommend this salon for a pedicure.

Service is spot on, professional, friendly (w/o being intrusive) and always courteous! I won’t go anywhere other than American Nails & I live 30 miles away! I’ve tried several other nail salons, closer to home, but none compare! It’s well worth the drive! My appointments are always timely and they always do a fantastic job on my SNS (French polished nails) as well as well as my “spa pedicures!” I’ve also had acrylics & those were awesome too! A.N. is (also) reasonably priced, especially if they are offering a promo coupon, as they did when they first opened. 👍☺️ The nail salon itself is impeccably clean & both beautiful and comfortably appointed! All of the equipment (used by techs) is kept very clean & sanitary, which is super important! The equipment is NOT the focal point of this lovely facility, but even if it was, it’s shiny new & also kept spotless and properly sanitized! The pedicure massage chairs are squishy, new and very comfortable! 😚 The necessary salon equipment is kept out of the main traffic area & is also impeccably clean as well as visually unobtrusive! GREAT Job American Nails!! Keep up the GREAT work! 😬 Petsonally, I’m voting YOU, *Best of Forsyth! A couple side notes, I’m also a small biz owner & have found that referral promotions are well valued because word of mouth IS the best form of advertising, after all! 👍 A loyalty program for your regular, loyal customers, would also be a great gesture! ♥️ Wishing you ALL the best, in your new location!

Rose is RUDE, the older gentleman there is RUDE, the younger guy is also RUDE. EVERYONE WAS RUDE. and not only that but they told me my little sisters nails would be $5 bc shes 4 and it was just a polish but it came up to $12. I asked for coffin nails and instead my nails looked like foffin. I hated it. They were just so rude I cant stand it. The same day I got my nails done it broke in half on a table. And when i got there shes like “what happen” “how you do this”? Lets not forget how she greeted me when i first got there “What do you want?!” Horrible experience!!!!

The staff is friendly but my experience was horrible. My nails all look different and they were all supposed to be the same solid color. Some of the nails don't even have color at the top of them. They also cut several of my fingers. Not just the cuticles either, the tops of my fingers too, it's like they were carelessly doing my nails. Also, got my toes done and one of my big toes were cut sideways. Before leaving this review, I tried to message them on Facebook and my message was read and not replied to. I will stick to lees and never go back here. Very disappointed.

I've been going here for about a year and absolutely love it (and I'm pretty picky-i think I've been to every other salon in Cumming). Rose the owner is top notch and everyone is so nice and welcoming. They do an outstanding ding job and the salon is clean and relaxing too! I recommend to everyone.

I was a previous customer of this salon before it was purchased and renovated. The new owner remodeled the interior with a more modern, chic look, upgraded the massage chairs, carries over 1000 different polishes including, SNS, gel colors, and acrylic polishes. The salon offers very reasonable prices, and is currently offering 20% on all services till 7/31/2016. In addition to hand and feet services, they also offer eye brow and small areas on the face waxing and eye lash products. They also carry organic products. They cater to men, women, and children. They stay pretty busy, and I would definitely recommend calling ahead to get an appointment. If you do not have an appointment, they will make sure to try and get you in. Just make sure that you have more time than they tell you it will take if you walk into the shop and they are really busy. I usually get acrylic and gel on my nails, and have not had an issue with chipping or cracking since the new salon's ownership.

Not only is she a great person with excellent customer service, but she does nails beautifully. Not too thick and always natural looking. I have a long drive now (I live in Lawrenceville), but completely worth it and there is great shopping nearby as well.

This place is absolutely horrible. I went in & was told it would be 15 minutes. I finally got service 45 minutes later. After 15 minutes they took me to a chair & put my feet in water & then I sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for my pedicure. I will NEVER return to this establishments!!!!

I have never been to a nail salon with such loving people. The girls here are happy and they definitely are great in turning my nails into beauty. The pedicures are nice and relaxing.

I cannot recommend this salon at all. I went in on a Tuesday just to get a redo of my SNS nails. Nail Technician did not offer nail extension, even though I had bitten one of two of my nails off. I really wanted to like this place because they are so nice and I gave it multiple chances (thanks to my daughter)since they moved to their new location, however, everytime I went my feet dried out, my toenails hurt, and my polish dulled/chipped all within a few days.

The staff is friendly but my experience was horrible. My nails all look different and they were all supposed to be the same solid color. Some of the nails don't even have color at the top of them.
