What I have noticed is that the technicians generally perform shoddy, low quality work—especially towards the end of the night. Some of the technicians are lazy and tend to rush services performed, but expect full pay, along with tips.
I wonder if this nail salon is violating any state laws with their disgusting practices. They clean the tools used to scrub your feet in the water while your feet are still in the water—how lazy and nasty is this.
They are building a new strip near the Waffle House on highway 20 and I hope the new construction includes a new nail salon.
Covington Georgia needs a friendly nail salon who is going to work hard to earn your business. A salon who will perform quality services.

NEVER AGAIN will I pay for HORRIBLE customer service!!! Let me start by saying I tried this place because it was much closer to my home and because a good friend recommended it. I was the second person to come in the door. First of all, among the four women that worked there, NOT ONE of them said hello! That was strike one for me (I'm a big stickler for customer service and plain old "common courtesy")! So, as I am receiving a "deluxe pedicure", I decide that I don't like my color. Yes, I chose the color myself but I didn't like it once it was on my toes. When I asked the lady if I could change the polish, she looked at me as if I was growing 2 heads and inconveniencing her!!! STRIKE TWO! The final straw that made me decide to NEVER walk through the doors of this nail salon is that they wouldn't take my card! "SUPPOSEDLY" they don't take cards from SunTrust Bank! As I tell the woman that I didn't have another card, I let her know that I would walk next door to Kroger to get cash and come right back. THIS WOMAN ACTUALLY FOLLOWED ME as if I wouldn't return or as if I would not pay for my pedi!!! Even though it SUCKED, I would NEVER skip out on a service regardless of how bad I was treated! I am a teacher and a law abiding citizen. Being shifty is not one of my character traits! From now on, I will drive the extra 6 miles to go where I KNOW I will at least be greeted. A simple "hello" doesn't cost a thing!

If i could give no stars i would, Ive been coming here for awhile just because its 2 minutes from my house but the quality has gone down, i just came in for a fill and they decided to want to charge me extra saying my nails are long, they have never charged me extra for my nails and their not even long i was simply just getting a fill like i normally do but all of a sudden she wants to charge extra, so i spoke to Linda i guess she is the owner who clearly lied saying they always charge extra for any length other than short, i told her i have never been charged extra and she tried to make it seem like i was lying in front of several other customers. I didn’t appreciate that and decided to just leave, i told her i would pay for her removing the nail polish and they wanted to charge $2. It’s sad how people always try to get over on people and the quality wasn’t even worth the extra charge. Their money hungry, give terrible customer service to clients, and as a licensed Esthetician i know right from wrong. I will NEVER be back!!

Worst nail place IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN ALL THE STATES IVE TRAVELED. SAVE YOURSELF THE DIGNITY TIME AND MONEY. .the black woman who did my nails was cool. Yet she tried to talk me into more money option all I had done was a full set overlay. The KICKER WAS. it is ONLY $22.00 for a regular full set with tips.. Yet she charged me $25.00 as if I received a full set with tips. Which I only had overlay on my already very very short nails.
Never again. Even the woman who did my nails said the lady over charged me and it should only have been $$22.00.
Terrible business . Great method to loose a customer on the first day.

I have been to this place before and my nails were fine. This time I went later in the day and the job done was TERRIBLE. The polish where the technician did my French manicure was not even at all and half of the acrylic on my nails is already chipping off and I just got it done 2 days ago. When I brought it to the technicians attention she acted like she didn’t understand what I was talking about. So all I can say is maybe just don’t go toward the end of the day. .

The nails look good, but the service was uncomfortable. They charge extra for things that are normally included in the manicure or pedicure. One employee got visibly upset when my mom repeatedly said she didn’t want a wax, and then after paying a higher than expected bill I was followed outside and questioned if we paid for everything. Not the most professional behavior

Been going to this place for 2 years. After yesterday I'll never return. Went for a fill n deluxe pedi. Had to tell pedi lady to go back and trim skin again. Terrible fill experience, she burned through my nail bed and cut my skin on 3 finger tips. I cryed out multiple times and finally she said so sorry. After all of this they charged me the same as before, full set of solar + pedicure. Language barrier and lack of customer service a huge problem. Save you $s and your skin and Don't go to daily nails and spa.

Guess I came on an "off" day. When I got there at 4:50, I asked for SNS and pedicure. 3 people were getting nails done and 5 employees total. My lady did my pedicure and then told me to wait 15 more minutes to start my nails. While I was getting my pedicure, other people came in and got serviced. No idea why they didn't start mine. When I complained they said "you have to wait...they were here first". Ummm...no... I was there first. A misunderstanding would have been ok but the lady in charge was REALLY rude about it. Bottom line...customer service. Nail salons on every corner these days!

When I first walked in.. I was told that a pedicure & full set was $42 all together... the lady that did my pedicure was horrible.. she didn't scrub my feet properly so I had a lot of dead skin peelin...

I was told that a pedicure & full set was $42 all together... the lady that did my pedicure was horrible.. she didn't scrub my feet properly so I had a lot of dead skin peeling so I had to tell her to scrub it again... she didn't clean the water that was in the bowl that your feet is supposed to be in...however I love the lady that did my nails but when I tried to pay for my services.. they switched the price on me & told me that everything was now $55 because of the material she used on my nails... I only got coffin nails with an regular color so I don't understand how is it more... worst nail place ever‼️

I had a terrible experience! First, I spent forever waiting to get served. I paid with a visa gift card and it didn't work, so I paid with a card. Turns out that they double charged me. When going back for a refund they refused to give it to me and were very rude. To make things worse, my gel manicure only lasted two days without chipping! I was very disappointed in the poor quality.

I have been coming here for about 5 years now. I think I've only been not fully please like once or twice. They were quick to fix the issue. I also get my eyebrows waxed here too. I cheated on them twice, once in Columbia, SC and then again at the place by Panda Express. I won't cheat on them again as I was not pleased with those two places. They've always been super sweet to me.

The people here are way to pushy, if I say no it means no I don't want to add on anymore. And even heard a woman ask about a tip! Working in the service industry a tip is NOT to be asked for. Take that from a certified massage therapist that gets tips if she deserves them not because it is expected.

What I have noticed is that the technicians generally perform shoddy, low quality work—especially towards the end of the night. Some of the technicians are lazy and tend to rush services performed, but expect full pay, along with tips.
I wonder if this nail salon is violating any state laws with their disgusting practices. They clean the tools used to scrub your feet in the water while your feet are still in the water—how lazy and nasty is this.

NEVER AGAIN will I pay for HORRIBLE customer service!!! Let me start by saying I tried this place because it was much closer to my home and because a good friend recommended it. One employee got visibly upset when my mom repeatedly said she didn’t want a wax, and then after paying a higher than expected bill I was followed outside and questioned if we paid for everything. I was told that a pedicure & full set was $42 all together... the lady that did my pedicure was horrible.. she didn't scrub my feet properly so I had a lot of dead skin peeling so I had to tell her to scrub it again... she didn't clean the water that was in the bowl that your feet is supposed to be in...however I love the lady that did my nails but when I tried to pay for my services.. they switched the price on me & told me that everything was now $55 because of the material she used on my nails... I had a terrible experience! First, I spent forever waiting to get served. I paid with a visa gift card and it didn't work, so I paid with a card. Turns out that they double charged me.
