I don’t know if the guy doing my nails was new or what but it seemed like he had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He almost forgot a step while doing my right hand that I saw him do on the left hand, in fact that step wouldn’t have even happened if this other lady didn’t point it out. I took my daughter to go get us both manis and pedis. Her and I both had a HORRIBLE experience! I got tips with SNS. I gave the original person who did my nails a choice. They could either do SNS or acrylic. It didn’t matter to me. They (manager, owners husband???) basically told me it was my fault they were very wavy. They couldn’t do a very simple flower design without me waiting at least 30 mins for the owner and they said it was a 3D design which it was not. They only fi...xed the issue because I told them it was the worst nails I have ever had, in over 15 years, and that I wouldn’t be back. My daughter asked for a 4 leaf clover on her thumbs and big toes, and they ignored her wishes. I was told it would only be a 2 minute wait to have my nails repaired. After 15 minutes the manager/owners husband finally came over to fix them and then made the comment well you should be happy now. First of all, first impressions are everything. Second, I would have been happy if they were done right the first time and treated us with respect, not ignore our wishes and not treated us like it’s our fault. Third, I had to come home and take nail polish of the skin on my toes. And lastly, when they were fixing my nails they are all different thicknesses and the manager/owners husband (whoever he was) made my cuticles bleed on one finger. Will NEVER go back. They try to sell you things like you're at the flea market. Told her they were too long and she insisted and then charged me extra for length. Went back to have them cut down....wouldn't even take off the Polish to cut them down. They were crooked and the paint looked like a kindergartener painted them. Terrible service. Asked for a pedicure and manicure. Waited 90min in a chair with feet in water fot the pedicure and never recieved the manicure. Usually my favorite place to go. However recently the place has gone down hill. One of the older female techs refused to fix her mistake and was aggressive when finally fixing it. She made a point of telling me and everyone around me that I was lying ??? At the end, she dumped acetone all over my hand instead of the usual wipe technique. I’m assuming because she was mad that she had to take 5 extra minutes to fix my nail, again that SHE messed up. She then ignored for me for ...another 10 minutes. The last 2 times I’ve went, the quality of my fill ins has been horrible. I almost think they have started using a cheaper acrylic maybe. I practically begged to have jewels put on my nails. I asked 3 times and she ignored me every time. Such a shame. I also think they just choose a price and completely disregard their price board. My nail clear coat is coming off. my pinky nail don't even have a white tip across the whole top of my nail He cut the side of my pinky and superglued it shut wasn't even gonna clean it untill I requested . It was pretty deep and done with a file not anything sharp. They still charged me full price. I live a he away and it is a waste to go back to show them. Prices for everything is a dollar more than average. She Did a completely different shape then what I asked for! She also tried to get away with not fixing the shape and got upset when I told her all my nails was different shapes. Use aggressive techniques also charged me to remove gel polish. Have been here before several upon several times and was SO disappointed. My mom has surgery on Monday and this was the LAST time she would have time for a pedicure and the last pedi she will get for at least a month. The guy doing her feet was CLEARLY inexperienced and was too busy talking to the ladies around him to be bothered by our walk-in. He fails to remove her ingrown toenails or scrub her feet at all. After realizing we are not happy he gets quiet and she told him it was hands down the WORST pedicure she has ever received. Instead of grabbing another technician for assistance he continues. I've only been to this nail salon a few times, and I have enjoyed my visit each time,until tonight. First, one of your employees walk up to me, as my toes are drying, and tells me that I need to pay because they are closing. Highly inappropriate and very rude! I understand that you are closing, but that is not a way to conduct your business, if you want to stay in business. Furthermore, there was 3 other customers besides myself, still in the salon. So, are you going to treat them the same way?! Then....you charge to remove gel polish that you put on?! This place used to be really good. The last two times I've come have left me less than impressed for the amount of money I spend. My friends and I used to joke about it being called Lovely Nail, just one. It's true now. There was about one lovely nail out of ten. The polish on my toes didn't even go down to the side cuticles. I am disappointed, today was my 3rd time here. First 2 times were not that bad (definitely been to better) needles to say one young like really young girl started my pedicure. She actually clipped my nails at an angel causing it to look as if I barley had a big toe nail. Told her I didn't like that... then she stated well I don't know how to get in grown toenails out... I said then why did you even try? I've been in here for 3 hrs now waiting for my toes to get fixed. Finall...y the owner Michael had to use acrylic to fix this issue...then I had to tell the other guy that came back to paint my toes that I paid for the most expensive pedicure and all of the steps didn't get done.. He apologized and just kept painting my toes! I asked for a design.. it's the same design my best friend got last week from this guy and I specifically asked him not to do it this way! I'm assuming it's the only design he knows how to do? I don't believe some of the people here are certified to do everything there job requires them to do.
