This is my favorite Nail Salon....my family has been going to Nancy, Anna and Jack for almost 20 years, at various locations. We are so happy they have their own salons with Lee Spa Nails and Vy's Salon....both are excellent!. Horrible service. Came in on a Friday. Waited two hours to get a full set. I was skipped over. It took her maybe 30 minutes to do my full set. I told her I wanted medium length almond and was told that I could only do that if I got them long. So I ended up coming out with long more stiletto shaped nails. I came I'm with a coworker and she asked for  medium length almond nails and came out with medium length coffin nails. The price on the flyer said $38 but we ended up paying $92 together. By Monday one of her nails was coming off and another co worker came in Friday as well and her nails started coming off Saturday. Granted they did fix them but they shouldn't have come off in 2 and 4 days. We waited 15 minutes to get her nail fixed and it was fixed so quickly it seemed like it would come off again. The nail that was fixed was EXTREMELY longer and a different shape also several flies in the building. Read Less

I went in for a pedicure. I brought my book and had a wonder time. The lady gave me a great pedicure, I didn't feel much like talking and she allowed me to read. She gently guided my feet where she needed them and took great care of my toes! Read Less

I have always had wonderful service. They offer multiple types of pedicures and manicure. The mood polish gel is my favorite! Plus, after you get your nails done just walk next door to Guadalajara Mexican restaurant & enjoy a Margarita!! Read Less

Haven't received service yet, but as soon as I walked in; I can feel that they don't really want me in here. I understand I came 20 min before they closed, but there is no excuse for how I'm being treated. Right now I feel like I'm a burden to them and is being rushed. Horrible customer service by this one individual named Anna. Now that I'm sitting, she is very rude.she did not ask me how I would like my nails, she just started filing it her way. She seems in a rush and when I stated I wanted it rounded she didn't even attempt to do it right. I had to file my own nails the way I wanted never in my life have I had to do that..she is very rude; I honestly never leave reviews or comments not even bad ones. Read Less

First time here and from the get-go I had a very nice impression of the salon. It is very nicely decorated, very clean and well organized. As soon as you come in, the first thing you see is the manicure tables in front of you and the check-in/checkout desk to your left. I was immediately welcomed and asked how they could help me; you then sign-in and wait...I was about to seat to wait when I was welcomed to the manicure station. The entire manicure experience was very nice, she cut my cuticles without hurting me, I told her I wanted my nails short and she did just that, she asked for the shape and the color... everything was very nice and smoothly as any manicure service should be. I didn't get any other services done but their pedicure area seemed to be full (good impression, it must mean they're good) and I know they do facials, massages, eyelashes, permanent makeup and waxing as well. They did offer water but I'm not sure whether they have other drinks in their menu. Definitely great first experience; will be coming back. Read Less

I agree with Heather its seem to me that they did not clean their tools. The girl did my pedicure took her instruments out of the plastic container and i saw skin still in there and its really nasty.i would never come back there. Read Less

Everything seemed clean until my manicure started. She pulled the manicure utensils out of her drawer. They were in a plastic container and it was obvious that other people's skin was still in the cuticle cutter and chips of nails in the clippers. It was also quite a bit more expensive than other salons. Read Less
