General Info
At Tips N Toes, we take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously. We believe in eliminating any risk of bacteria. All metal tools are sterilized in a medical grade autoclave to prevent the spread of germs. We do not reuse nail files, pumice stones, or buffers. We provide disposable secured plastic liners for our pedicure tubs. Each liner is thrown away after each customer. We use OPI LED Professional Gel lamp for all Gel polish products. It is eco-friendly. We offer 9 different types of pedicures. We accept cash & card only (DOES NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS). NO CHECKS.

My friend and I went in for a pedicure a few days ago. We only waited a few minutes, however my friends chair was broken, leaving the massagers in an awkward position that hurt her back. There were plenty of empty chairs, but she wasn't given the option to move. The lady doing my pedicure cut my cuticles too short so the pedicure was uncomfortable and even painful when she sprayed the alcohol solution on my toes. Now I've developed sores around my nails and my nails aren't even painted all the way. There are patches on my feet that weren't even exfoliated. We definitely won't be going back.

No good. Just terrible work. Tech was polite but the work speaks for itself. $40 for this? After I was shown and chosen an acrylic color. They don’t have it and had to opt for something completely different. Even though it was my first question before I sat in the chair. Unfortunately will not return or can’t honestly recommend.

Got myself a pedicure and my wifey a gel manicure last night. My feet could have been taken care of more well. I have a bad callous still. They cared not to remove it. Which is something every pedicure I have ever gotten before takes care of. My wife said the guy rushed through her manicure. It looks okay in my opinion though.

We walked in the door and was told the wait time was half an hour. I said okay and id be back in a few minutes after I got food from chipotle. We came back and were told to go sit in a pedicure station. My sister was getting a manicure, so we were a bit confused. We waited like 30 minutes for them to even start on my pedicure, and my sister wasn't even started on for 10 mibutes after mine was done, which was over an hour past the original quoted wait time. And multiple people came in and a few were worked on while many left. The lady that did my nails was nice though, which is the only reason why I'm giving a second star. Other than that, I felt like we were ignored once we came in. Never again. Even as I type this, two ladys left, leaving their water in their tubs.

The service was great, the nail tech was very gentle but thorough, and they gave a wonderful foot massage with my pedicure. All of the products smelled delightful (as opposed to the medicinal, cheap products at a competitor). The polish was applied perfectly and the price was way less than I expected for the amount of care and attention given. I will definitely be coming back!

The service was great, the nail tech was very gentle but thorough, and they gave a wonderful foot massage with my pedicure. All of the products smelled delightful (as opposed to the medicinal, cheap products at a competitor).
