Nail tech Karen is awesome. This is the 4th time I've had my nails filled in and 3rd time w/ Karen. I have yet had one of nails come off. In my history of having acrylic nails there is almost every other time a nail would come off especially when Angel Nails in PC, AL. would do them. There are 2 things I've notice that she does in her technique that I've never experienced and it honestly makes a difference. I wait almost a month b4 I go back for a fill in, all ten of my nails are still firmly attached.
You'll have to go there and see if I'm right. Karen is off on Wednesday. She is very patient and takes her time. Surprisingly she has only been doing nails for 3years. Wow..
The pic I uploaded was done yesterday and she had never drawn a spider b4. I thought she did great. Everyone that has seen my nails really are impressed. I will travel from PC, AL all the way to Macon Rd to have my nails done by Karen. Keep up the great work and a wonderful attitude.
My daughter now wants to get here done tomorrow.

I dont like it at all i ask for medium to a long sized nail the guy gives me short then he cut me and put nail glue on it to stop from bleeding i asked for coffen be didnt do a good job at it amd when he was putting acrylic on he got it all over my fingers and left it messy and thick all my nails are different shapes he put the wrong size nail on my finger it looks like they are ready to get a fill in and i just got them to day they have a lot of air bubbles in them i have never gotten my nails done in such a bad place i dont recommend any one to go there i go to the nail shop by the Lowe's on Bradley prk they do my nails grate never had a problem with them i will not be coming back to star nails though

This place was terrible as soon as I walked in the customer service was terrible billy had a attitude. Billy and two other women passed me around. None of them take direction well! The one lady cut the my finger and then said she didn’t because it wasn’t bleeding, they left acrylic all over my cuticles/skin. Never going back! I don’t recommend them at all!!!

Very rude man but he didnt clean the extra polish off my hands didnt clean under my nails good i spoke to someone in management she told me he would fix it he got an attitude with me after he was done the second time nails still wasnt right i ask for a discount i was told no even though u can see the mistakes. But zuri is the best at feet and the only reason i go there. This is the only thing i will continue to go8

Nails were nice upon leaving salon. However I was removing nails at home, as I always do, and my ring finger nail on my left hand has damaged my natural nail. The acrylic was very difficult to soak off and therefore, I have a split in my natural nail. I wanted to rate five stars for my pedicure. The lady that did them was great! The lady that did my nails rushed to get me out of her chair. I asked for coffin nails and got nothing like that.

The head of the shop too.. The other ones are nice but she is something else.. Go to MD nails on 196th much better, comfortable, and they don't blow you off. I really want to take my tip back but I won't be petty..

She left and I followed.

He was rough and cut my fingers.
I've barely had them a week and I already need a fill, not to mention, they're uneven, different shapes and sizes, color isn't on the entire nail, and they're not what I had asked for them to do.
But when I tried to correct him, he just said okay okay okay, I got it. Clearly he didnt.
Never returning.

I was in a hurry and happened to luck out on this place while I was in Columbus for a trip. The technician was nice, quick, and thorough. There weren't any "frills" per se but I was in a rush and didn't necessarily need that kind of attention. I'm glad that I stopped in. All of the staff seemed friendly and attentive.

Said she never saw me in there before. It was my 3rd time going and she saw me there before. Never going back!

First, the pros. This salon is brand new with plenty of parking. The salon itself is clean and roomy, with plenty of room between tables and a large choice of polishes. Also on the plus side, I wasn't pressured into an up-sell of the original service I requested. The price was reasonable for the area. The cons. About 5 minutes into the manicure, one of my technician's regular customers walked in. He immediately put a rush on my manicure. He literally could not move fast enough and he kept glancing over to make sure no one else took his customer. He forgot the nail art I requested (I was not charged for it). I don't think I'll be back. They do seem to have a lot of regular customers. Maybe it was just my technician, but they didn't makes feel like a valued customer.

I came on March 28,2015 they put me with someone that was new she wasn't good on pedicure she didn't get the dead skin around my toes,scrub,massage nothing containing a pedicure I had to get another pedicure while I was there because it was awful .The 2nd one was better ..I decided to get my. Eyelashes done I got them done the next day I came I had to wait didn't mind doing that ,but another Clint walked in ,and she served them before she got to me...so not customer service in my opinion ....I walked in first I should've got served occurring to service of time arriving .i tried this place because I was in the area ,but the next time I'll drive 20 minutes out my way to the North side for better service

Nail tech Karen is awesome. This is the 4th time I've had my nails filled in and 3rd time w/ Karen. I have yet had one of nails come off. In my history of having acrylic nails there is almost every other time a nail would come off especially when Angel Nails in PC, AL. would do them. Nails were nice upon leaving salon. However I was removing nails at home, as I always do, and my ring finger nail on my left hand has damaged my natural nail. The acrylic was very difficult to soak off and therefore, I have a split in my natural nail. I wanted to rate five stars for my pedicure. The lady that did them was great!
