I arrived at lunch time on a weekday and was seated immediately for a regular (no gel) manicure. The salon is nice and roomy with comfortable chairs. The technician was very nice and the tools and surfaces were sterile. She was very gentle as well. The price ($10 not including tip) was reasonable for the area and the service received. Starting with 5 stars, I deducted one for being rushed. That drives me bananas, especially when there was no one else waiting. I deducted one star for the manager's attitude which I can only describe as "pissy". I don't think I'll go back. Read Less

the service is awful! went in on Friday asked for a fill and one nail repair. first mistake: moving too fast she cut my entire nail. (let's over look that) miscommunication and mistakes happen! so I get a fill and clear gel polish. Saturday every nail fill were lifting. (I return) owner is out til Wednesday. I was then told the same person can do them again for FREE because anyone else will charge me. (who cares? The owner quoted me a price of $20 for a gel polish change which was high to me. Then when time to pay tried to charge me $25. His own workers says he always does that and that his prices are to high. Ill never go there again he was rude and very unprofessional. Read Less

How are you going to tell me your closed when your door says open until 8, there was no sign on the door or anything stating you was closing early, and that one white girl working in there needs a attitude check, oh well I will take my money some place else, your loss cause I tip hella good! I went to get a spa pedicure done and the lady who did my feet was nice . She had me laughing and she did my feet the right way . She was quick but her work looked like she took time . The wait wasn't long either , I got seated in like 5 min . Will be back if I'm in Columbus Read Less

The lady Michelle was doing someone's nails when I walked in, I got a fill in and was waiting on Michelle to finish up so she could do my feet the person that she was working on they has been watching love and hip hop from the time I walked in they had a tablet on the working table watching it as she worked I patiently waited for her to finish with that one customer so she could do my feet my feet soaked for twenty minutes .I asked for a towel and dried my feet off and she was still working and watching love and hip hop and she was still laughing and watching the tablet ..and I left that was totally unprofessional Read Less

I brought my sister for a new set of nails as a surprise since this was one of her last days visiting me and she was standing in a wedding soon. She was called for her turn pretty quickly, but the gentleman literally 'slapped' her nails on and moved her onto the next person. It took the young lady the same amount of time to paint her nails as it did for him to put them on... She was not happy with the end result as the gentleman did not file the nails down evenly and the top portion by her cuticles were thick and looked 'unnatural'. I've worked for these guys and Trina and cu are some of the most pleasant people that I have ever work for. The staff at pro nails are professional, detail oriented, and compassionate people. Their sanitation and cleanliness is one of their best assets. You never have to worry about anyone reusing anything on you. New everything every time! Read Less

This place sucked. The service was horrible. I go to get my nails done, the man is rough on my nails when he was filing them, the paint kept messing up, and they didn't put top coat on them. Now, my nail paint is coming off on the sides and it is H.A.M (hot ass mess). My aunt got her eyebrows "done" and the lady didn't even arch it, she just put wax all on it. Michelle is terrific! I always ask for her and only her. The other men there were ok. They didn't really thin out the acrylic nail much so when they'd add the gel polish my nails would look very thick. Michelle made sure my acrylic nail was thin enough. She made them look very real. Read Less

This is my second time coming and the LAST! Tech was not fully painting my nail (close to the cuticle), and I ask that he do so, so that my entire nail be painted. He makes the comment, "Idk why you want it done that way". Then goes to say, "I don't like to do that." I politely told him that's it's not about him, if the customer request their nails to be done a certain way, then that's how you should do it. He said, some techs like to do their nails a certain way. Then he... asked me who did my nails last and I referenced back to the last time I was there when another tech worked with me. I couldn't believe this man goes to say, "Well you need to stick with her!" ... Now I'm pissed. I let him know that I'm not aware of that young lady's work schedule and when I come in, I just get who I get, but I expect my nails to be done the way I want them to! I was first recommended by this place by my stepmother about 2 years ago because she advised they did great eyebrow arches and had a great environment. She took me for a girls day and I received a full set which was beautiful and I had no complaints. I went back on my own maybe 2 -3 times. Fast forward 2015 and I haven't had my nails done due to specific job requirements. But if and when I did get a professional set done it was from a personal friend. She moved away during the Summer :( ....So when I decided to go somewhere it was back to Pro Nails September of this year. I was amazed that they hadn't changed a bit in service!!! I was greeted when entering the establishment, I didn't wait long, the staff was great and I was satisfied with my nails. After that long overdue experience, the results were the same. From 09/16/15 til 10/21/15 I have been happy with my visits so far. I plan on getting my next fill-in Wednesday 11/11/15 (French tip w/UV Gel finish....simple but classic). Read Less
