Though I came in as a walk-in I didn't wait long before I was seated at a station despite their being quite a few customers there. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly. Vu did an excellent job despite giving me the wrong set. I'm filing the mistake under "misunderstanding". However, he informed me that gel is only in the polish form and gel setting was obsolete and acrylic was it. I say this was a misunderstanding because I know for a fact gel is new and popular. I've had a gel set and liked it which is why I came for it but oh well. They also offered a full gel set on their list of services and I talked to the woman at the front desk about it. On the bright side, though I would have preferred the gel set the acrylic set was a little cheaper 😃. He noticed me looking at my nails as he worked on the opposite hand and asked what was wrong. I was figuring out how to explain the problem but he took it upon himself to ask rather than ignore my obvious concern. I explained to him that my natural nail was visible due to him filing for shape. He immediately corrected every nail without any argument and made sure I was happy with them before continuing. He was very friendly and we talked as he worked, not too much to where he wasn't focused but not too little to where I felt invisible. I was offered a drink on my way out and noticed there was coffee, cocoa and tea at the door upon entering. My acrylic set was $25 total FYI. Overall the place was clean and nicely laid out. I bought the Champagne package and I would just like to say it was worth every penny! I feel like a completely new person and I love that they actually spent a decent amount of time on everything, nothing was rushed. Really nice, calm, and relaxing environment but the quality is terrible. I got a full set and before I left the shop I had to get my nails fixed twice, then when I went to go sit in my car I noticed that my nails were still horrible (way too thick, and my polish was all over the place). I called the shop and they told me to come back in an hour so it can be fixed. I went back later that day and the guy “fixed” my nails but even after I left for a second time the work was very sloppy. The atmosphere is great. However i asked for a manicure and they failed to do it and went straight to doing my SNS powder. My pedicure was terrible. I came here also because they advertise they have wine, but you cannot get wine until after 5pm for some strange reason. The best part of the entire visit was the massage chairs. Read Less

I typically get Pedicures here, They do A nice job just be prepared to wait a while If you decide to come in on an afternoon. This time I got a Full set, I waited an hour to get started. Once he started everything was fine. Until I left. I went home in better lighting and noticed all the bubbles in the Polish. I picked out two colors that said they were Dips but were done as gel ( My fault for not correcting them i understand that). But then as i looked even closer my cuticles were bleeding! I’ve never had a gel polish done so quickly. He had my nails painted probably within 5 minutes. He missed most of the side of my nails! Usually my nails feel thick and protected when getting gel polish but when I let they felt SO thin! Would NOT recommend. Came back to get them re done because of how awful they did. Figured maybe I just had someone who didn’t care. Nope not the case. My gel polish (which is suppose to last 2 WEEKS!) one peeled right off before I even got home!!! This is the most relaxing salon I've ever been to in my 61 years of life! Yes, it is a bit more expensive than most but I feel it is well worth the money. My dipped nails last 3 weeks (more if the length at that point didn't bother me). The staff is extremely kind, gentle and caring. I'm so happy to have found Posh! Read Less

This place is overrated. First of all let me say that I do not mind paying more for quality work especially when it comes to my nails. For the price I expected better work. I went in for a pedicure and a gel fill-in. The pedicure chairs were nice but not much better than the usual chairs. Definitely not worth $34 for a basic pedicure. Once I left the salon I realized that the gel polish on my nails was uneven and there were gaps in the color. So I went back to the salon to get it fixed. I was told I'd have to wait until the girl that did my nails finished the client she was working on. I literally had to pitch a fit to get her to fix my nails. Even after she fixed them, they still looked worse then they did when I walked in. My nails look horrible. And it was way overpriced. If my nails had at least looked decent, I wouldn't be mad about how much I paid for them. Lesson learned. If my usual salon is busy I will just have to wait. I will never go back to Posh. Read Less

Worst gel pedicure I have gotten so far. Everything looks very uneven, the "massage" was actually hurtful like others said. The staff scrubs your calves so hard that they turn red and sore. And on top of that, it's way too overpriced. I don't mind paying a lot of money for a good service but the Posh doesn't offer that. This is probably the cleanest and nicest nail salon I have visited in Columbus AREA....no disrespect to any other but I have visited quite a few and none have been so patient, comfortable, relaxing, CLEAN, organized as this one. My nail tech was (IS because I'm going back to her) Leona.  Very sweet young lady....professional, friendly, knows what she is doing..no pressure sales to add on service. She as well as the entire staff want to make sure you are comfortable, relaxed, enjoying your service.  They offer for those who may need a beverage complimentary soft drinks, water and tea I thought that was a nice gesture.  It was my first visit but surely not my last. First the pros: it's a brand new salon with plenty of space and plenty of stations. The tools were all new and sanitized. They have a large selection of services. I had a pedicure which was quite good. I thought the prices were a little high for the area, but not way out of line. The con: the man who did my pedicure asked too many questions, to the point of being intrusive. He was more than nosy. It was almost offensive. It was not a relaxing experience at all. The environment was great; loved the luxurious spa chairs and big plush pillows they set on your lap. The staff was not as welcoming as I expected but that was ok, there were no other customers and I assumed they were just taking a bit of a break. I read on the website they offer wine with their services but when I asked they said they don't have their license finished (even though the wine is advertised everywhere online and in the shop). Sipping on a glass of whine during a pedicure is the ultimate luxury for me and I was bummed they didn't have it available. My nail tech was great and she gave an amazing massage, however I was surprised I wasn't asked about the package I wanted until halfway through the regular pedicure, so it was too late to get a more deluxe package. Things got a little awkward when my tech asked me if I wanted to upgrade, I said sure, then she called somebody over to communicate with me and this person acted very confused and he asked me "what's wrong." Well nothing was wrong...she asked me a question and I answered. Then everyone stood around talking as if they were confused. So I finally said maybe I could just add a 15 minute massage and they still seemed a little confused but obliged ultimately obliged. The tech also spent way too much time massaging my legs with scrub (it was rubbing my skin raw) and I waited until I couldn't take it anymore and asked if she could switch to lotion. I felt really confused and awkward as I'm pretty sure acting confused when a customer wants to spend more money is not a great business tactic! I was ready to spent up to 100 dollars but I was never offered any of the more expensive packages and I didn't see a menu anywhere, so I just stayed quiets. Overall the experience would be 5 star if the staff had been a little more professional and accommodating and they had offered all of the services they have advertised on their website. I have been going here since I was 16 years old. Nick does my eyebrows personally and when I walk in they always ask me how im doing, hows my mom, work, ect and sit me down instantly. They have taken pics of my hands and is in book of options of nail styles. Im happy that there is now a FB page, I already highly recommend to friends and family. Ive never thought about going anywhere else, since ive had bad experiences. Golden nails in kenmore (bottem of finn hill) keep up with current styles.
