Michele Davlin is wonderful, takes great care of my nails, and is a good friend. We lost our sweet Del recently but he took loving care of my hair for years. I love JB Phillips Salon! I've been going to Judy and her team for so many years now I've lost count! One of the great things about the salon is the cozy and private mani-pedi area where the sweetest nail technician in the world, Michele Davlin, pampers you and makes your nails and toes  look lovely! She follows all state regulations and uses new files, buffers, etc., on every client. And there is a brand new state-of-the-art pedicure chair with a foot bowl that uses a new plastic liner for each client. This eliminates the danger of fungal infections you can get from those old bowls with drains. I look forward to every visit at the salon, whether for a cut, color or mani-pedi.  Highly recommend!
