Do not come during hours that are busy (afterwork)..service goes down....I feel like I'm being rushed or they're trying to get me to come back another time....(nope cant do it that's why I'm here now)...
Do not come during hours that are busy (afterwork)..service goes down....I feel like I'm being rushed or they're trying to get me to come back another time....(nope cant do it that's why I'm here now)....on the 15th of the month HOLLYWOOD your gonna be busy....so hire more people.....I should feel relaxed and I don't feels like I'm under pressure atmosphere not relaxing

They always do such a great job. The best time to go is right when they open. Otherwise you will be waiting for at least an hour before they start. Eyebrow service, pedicures, manicures, etc. On the ...
They always do such a great job. The best time to go is right when they open. Otherwise you will be waiting for at least an hour before they start. Eyebrow service, pedicures, manicures, etc. On the opposite side of the building is also a nice massage parlor.

Them (pronounced Tim) is the best! Friendly staff.

Amanda was amazing. So sweet, and made my grandma have such an amazing experience from the only other time she got a pedicure and was awful. We will be back!

Good services, reasonable prices, facility could use an update and new towels...a bit dingy. Ask for Helen she is the best.

The best spa in town hands down!!!... The only place I know and trust to do my pedicure and brows with out worrying if it's going to be done correctly!

They did a wonderful job. I went with my cousin, she got a pedicure with a beautiful lavender polish and I got a fill-in with a gorgeous red gel polish (A16).

Took way longer then they said it would. They stop doing your nails to seat and start on someone else's pedicure instead of taking 5 min to finish me it took 30 to finish.. So a trip that they told me...

Made my cuticle bleed bad and didn't nothing to make my experience better will never be back. A mistake is different then not caring about making the customer walk out the door happy!
